I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

We got an upgraded room, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was fully equipped with plenty of complimentary vouchers. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean. The room itself was large, and the bed was big and comfortable, easily accommodating two adults and two children without any issues. We slept soundly all night without any itching or discomfort. The two balconies were lovely and offered direct views of the river. Once we parked, we didn't need to drive anywhere; exploring the surrounding area on foot was very pleasant. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel even had robots deliver takeout to the room, which was convenient. Laundry facilities were also handy. The staff on every floor were very enthusiastic. Definitely worth a stay!

This hotel is right in the city center. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on local attractions and recommending great restaurants. They even upgraded our room for free! The room itself was comfortable with a great dry-wet separation in the bathroom. It's super close to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, both within walking distance. Plus, there's a street food alley right downstairs – very convenient!

Discovered a hidden gem of a hotel for my trip to Guilin! Its location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center by Rong Lake. The Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and Jingjiang Princes' City are all within walking distance. Plus, there are electric scooters available for rent right outside, so you can explore all the main attractions without any hassle. The hotel service was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were all so enthusiastic and attentive; they even proactively helped us with our luggage. The lobby thoughtfully provided complimentary fruits and various soft drinks, which you could help yourself to – it's the little details that count! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Guilin rice noodles and Gongcheng oil tea, truly capturing the local flavors. The restaurant also serves genuine Guilin cuisine for lunch and dinner, which was delicious and authentic. The first-floor lobby also has a gym and a children's play area, so if you're traveling with kids, you won't have to worry about them getting bored or restless. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guilin!

The location of this hotel is just perfect in the heart of city centre of Guilin, zhengyang night market, solitary beauty peak, elephant trunk hill just walking distance 10-15 minutes. The hotel is great, the room is spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Our beds are comfortable, the cleaning lady did a good job and very nice, she gave us extra water for us. There is laundry room for guess too and thanks to that facility we bring clean and freshe clothes for our next destination. Breakfast was good as well. They served variety of food, including the specialty of guilin: Rice Noodle soup. Our last day, we couldn't have breakfast but we could take away our breakfast so we packed some food to enjoy on the train to guangzhou. The check in/out process was very smooth. All the staffs were very kind and helpful, specially Jollin. She helped me with direction and when I told her I am IHG member, and because I booked the room through Trip instead of direct booking it couldn't be recorded in my membership she gave me welcome gifts. Thank you Jollin. Our 3D2N stay was perferct. Defitely will come back to HIE.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled within the Banyan Lake scenic area of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes. From the moment I stepped in to check in, my mood was instantly lifted. The hotel clearly prioritizes scent management, so the lobby always smells wonderful with their signature fragrance. The check-in process was also incredibly thoughtful; instead of standing, you can simply sit comfortably on a sofa to complete the formalities. The front desk attendant immediately offered a famous local luo han guo tea and a warm hand towel, which instantly melted away the fatigue of travel. This kind of thoughtful detail is a 'ceremony' I've experienced for the first time in all the hotels I've stayed at, and it was perfectly executed! The front desk attendant helped us with our luggage to the room and gave us a tour. The entire space was incredibly comfortable. The room's minibar offered a good selection, with juices, sparkling water, and more. The snacks were also thoughtfully chosen, with popular flavors that most people would enjoy. The bedding, pillows, and bathrobes in the room were exceptionally comfortable, easily meeting five-star hotel standards. The specially customized souvenir gifts, like the hotel's cushion comb and canvas bag, were very meaningful. In such a wonderful hotel, these items became precious mementos of our trip. ✨ The housekeeping staff were all very kind and friendly, and even offered to help us dispose of our takeout trash. Even our dirty laundry was taken care of; we just had to leave it by the door and inform our butler. The next morning, we woke up to find our clothes washed and neatly folded. The service at Fuyungdan (the hotel name is implied here) is truly heartwarming! Our butler also recommended many local eateries, snacks, and must-see attractions, proving to be a very trustworthy guide! If I visit Guilin again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to family and friends! I hope the hotel continues to thrive! 😄

We booked a two-bedroom family room, and both the adults and children were quite happy with it. The window looks out onto an open field, and you can see distant mountains from the room, which is very relaxing. The hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was fantastic. The butler service was also very good; they communicated and resolved issues promptly. We'd definitely be willing to stay here again on our next trip to Yangshuo and would recommend it to friends visiting the area.

This is a very new hotel, and it feels grand. It's probably one of the most affordable Orange Crystal hotels I've stayed at. I'm guessing it's because it's the off-season in Guilin, but for less than 300, the value for money is incredible! The bedding is fantastic, and the mattress is just the right firmness. The surrounding area is quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. The coffee and tea-making facilities are lovely. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and attractions all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend! The front desk staff were proactive and welcoming. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to try out the pool.

The room was very clean and had a cozy, natural wood aesthetic. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the shower had great water pressure and a comfortable temperature. After showering, my baby and I snuggled on the sofa to watch TV. When we got sleepy, we just crashed and had a wonderful night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly comfortable too. In the morning, after breakfast with the baby, we went to the rooftop to take photos with the 'Sky Mirror' – it turned out great! There's also a kids' play area, laundry, and a lounge on the first floor. The price was fantastic, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area.
