Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend for travelers to Guilin. The location is excellent, close to many sights and the festive night food street is right outside the hotel. Cleanliness is a 10/10, service 10/10. The rooftop area where breakfast is served was so refreshing to be at. Food was good, atmosphere 11/10! The front desk accommodated all our needs including providing a curling iron to use when mine couldn’t work. Thank you. Loved the robot .. made me smile everytime. Super clean, super hotel and room design. Front desk staff so welcoming and friendly. Thank you!! (Only improvement could be to add a mini-fridge in room to make 11/10. But the hotel was amazing that it even had a laundry room with a washer AND dryer to use for free! Very thoughtful!)

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! I stayed one night and wish I stayed longer! The view from the shared balcony is very nice. I enjoyed relaxing there. The connected restaurant had delicious food. I forgot to use my hotel coupon for the restaurant because no one mentioned it to me and I didn’t realize I could use it. They also did not mention that we can try on the costumes. They also didn’t mention the free tea and snacks—but luckily I saw this on my booking so I asked them about it. The hotel offered discount tickets to attractions but when I checked into my next hotel, the next hotel offered even cheaper tickets for the same attractions, and my cab driver also offered cheaper tickets.

They are patient with our queries, and even helped us switched rooms fuss free, not one but twice cos cigarette smoke somehow get into our rooms. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. It is located between Liu Sanjie and West street, and you can either walk or cab to these 2 venues. Good amenities for kids too.

Maya continued to patiently explained the features of the hotel, and various options for exploring Yangshuo. She then led me to my room and showed me its facilities. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities for comfort. Every utilitiy and amenity functioned well, and the balcony had a superb view of the river and distant hills. The hotel is situated along a small road next to the river, so I could hear street noises in the daytime, but the street was quiet with minimal activities in the evening. Close to the hotel were many restaurants offering affordable food, and convenient stores. The touristy West Street 西街，was just 5 minutes’ walk away. What I liked most about this hotel was the viewing gallery and restaurant (also cafe and bar) at the rooftop, where I viewed a magnificent sunrise, and had dinner while gazing at the picturesque scenary. The food was good. I will stay in this hotel again should I re-visit Yangshuo.

Really enjoyed the family room (booked 2 different room types while I was there). Highly recommend it. Breakfast was also accommodating to western palates. If you visit during the colder months they only have a heating system and no air-conditioning, found this out the hard way as we set it to 18C and hot air was still blasting. We just turned the system off and kept our windows open which was good enough. Some of our rooms smelled like smoke but i guess it really wasn’t the hotel’s fault since they have clear No Smoking signs along the walls.

Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

In the heart of Guilin, overlooking the lake with pagodas. Very tasty breakfasts! The restaurant has a nice view, we had a very tasty dinner! We have upgraded rooms, for which thank you very much! Personal doesn't speak English, it was a little problem for us, we used translator as almost everywhere in China.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Li Zongren's official residence and the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. Across the Twin Pagoda Park is the Elephant Trunk Hill. The rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient and clean, and the layout is very warm, suitable for family outings. The staff is enthusiastic and efficient, the parking lot is guarded, and they will help guide you in and out, and it is self-driving friendly.

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

It was my first time staying at Orange Hotel. I was not disappointed and was very happy. The front desk lady provided good service, was enthusiastic and professional, and helped us upgrade to a room with mountain view. The room was spacious and bright. Although it was not far from West Street, it was quiet in the bustling city. I had a good rest. They also provided a rich and delicious breakfast. There were many places to eat around, and Sister Liu's beer fish was right next to us!

Room is very clean & comfy, I stay at room 8501, can enjoy sunrise scenery from balcony around 7am+, hotel location about 6km from west street, able to call didi so quite convenient, e-bike can rent from reception at $30/day, return by 11.30pm on the same day. Customer service officer very polite and responsive through WeChat, can book attraction ticket with them which much more cheaper than online booking. Hotel also provides complimentary one trip from hotel to bus station. Overall very satisfied with the stay, one of the improvement can be done is breakfast. Breakfast menu for both day of our stay are the same which includes Guilin noodles, hard boil egg, sweet potato, mantou & banana.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the soft and fluffy 1.8-meter-long bed allows people to sleep until they wake up naturally. The morning sun shines into the room through the large floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing people who are used to the hustle and bustle of the city to return to tranquility. The room has heating, air purifiers, and the bathroom has a ventilation system, which makes me feel happy because I am afraid of the smell of smoke and alcohol. In addition, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is super good. She will try her best to help us with any questions and introduce us to many fun places.

This is a very nice hotel, clean and new. Shortcomings are that the location is on top of the high place in the small alley and there is no car/ vehicle allowed to go into the hotel. Try to minimise your luggage as you will have to walk a long distance from the station to the hotel. Even we tried to ask the hotel if they can use an electric motorcycle to help to send our luggages out but it wasn't possible. So it was a bit of a hectic to go in and out with big luggages

Booked a family room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room is clean, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen and laundry staff are also very helpful. Only minor negative point is the toilet door cant be locked and the control for lights for 2nd room is located in 1st room. Other than that it's been a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

A great location for concert going peoples, not far from nanning sports stadium, infavt you can walk over easily. I had a river view which jad an amazing view of the mountain and skyscrapers of nanning, beautiful sunset and sunrise. The only drawback of this hotel my room when i go back after being out smells of sewers, i think the hotel needs to loom into that, room 4203.

The environment is very good. I came to watch the concert. The stadium is right next to it and can be reached within walking distance…………………………………………

Come to listen to Deng Ziqi concert, very close to the performance gymnasium, walking is very convenient, there are many roadside stalls after the performance to solve the nightingale, so convenient. The restaurants around the hotel are a little less, you need to go a long way to IKEA to eat, usually no performance will not come here, a bit remote. The location is great from the airport only for the 30min trip . nearby have a big shopping mall Wanda with lots of restaurants and food.Hotel room is really clean and very thankful that they let me check in early about 9am as I land early. Hotel breakfast is so so ，recommend to eat some local breakfast outside is more worth it as per breakfast cost was RMB68 .overall experience is great for the hotel .my priority for the hotel was cleanness 👍 bed and toilet was clean with no smell . recommended hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic big room and all well maintained facilities plus good view!

We really enjoyed our stay in this great hotel next to the airport. We spend here two days and everything looked really great. Rooms where really up to date with all the extra’s. The staff is number 1 why I would come back here (Haining and bingeing) They helped us with everything, trips, food etc. Also the people in the restaurant were really great. The chef asked us what we would like and they would cook these dishes. Haining gave the best service I ever experienced because we don’t speak any Chinese and wouldn’t come far without her. Thank you for everything!

When checking in, we were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded. The front desk assistant, Xiao Wu, also added WeChat to facilitate communication at any time.
