There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring
Hotel location is very good, very close to the bus station, outdoor activity center, the room is warm, the hotel service staff is very warm, the hotel has a free sauna and gym, the room is a bit old, the bathroom is a bit tide, but it is within acceptable range, very good
The hotel is great! There wasn't much snow in early November, so we couldn't ski in and out, but it was very convenient to take the cable car to Levi Ski Resort.
There is a place to store ski equipment downstairs.
There is also an observation deck upstairs.
There is also a spa.
The breakfast is very rich!
The à la carte pasta and burger for dinner are also very delicious, and the price is reasonable, not outrageous!
One-bedroom, one-living apartment, living room sofa bed with worms, my husband slept a night and the sofa bed became infected a little bit. I fell asleep for two nights because of a cold, and became infected with severe insect bite dermatitis. , Half of my right face is full of blisters and scars, so depressed
Rooms are superb! Clean and good decoration. Breakfast are of high quality and provides a variety of choices. Staff are helpful. But parking costs 18 euros per night. Excellent location, just in the city centre. Shopping malls are 1 to 2 minutes' walk.
The front desk was in a big house and arranged a lot of Christmas things. Just opened the door of the room, there will be a smell of wood, and then there is no, I feel that the bathroom is very clean, that is, the bath is limited to 13 minutes, there is not much hot water, so I did not wash my hair for two nights. The bacon for breakfast was delicious, the surrounding environment was very good, by the sea, and there was a small forest. I feel that Kemi is not big, there are not many people, I like it very much. There is a supermarket nearby, and then walk around, there are many restaurants on the beach. The cathedral is very stuffy. The gem museum didn't see the gem, and the square in front was a flea market.
The hotel looks old, but the staff is particularly good. We arrived in the morning. We wanted to store our luggage and wait for the afternoon to check in. As a result, the front desk directly helped us check in early. There is a big supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also rich and very good.
The room is warm, the spa is fun, the hotel quality is good, the price is cheap, the buffet is also very good, the attitude of the merchants is good, the customer service staff are very service-minded and have a great attitude, the skiing is high-quality and low-priced, the equipment can be rented with confidence, and you are happy to use it, everything I like it and am completely satisfied with it, friends who want to buy it
Don't hesitate, place your order as soon as possible, be happy early, and will book again in the future. Please give it a thumbs up.
I like this 40-year-old hotel very much. The service attitude is good. The facilities are worthy of its age. It is not very old to use. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bedding is not comfortable.
I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to town or take a bus.

AAToiI recently had the privilege of staying at Apukka Resort in Rovaniemi, Finland, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of my Scandinavian journey. From the moment I arrived in this snowy wonderland, with daily temperatures around -7°C, to my cozy cabin room, everything about Apukka was simply amazing.
Having to see the mesmerizing Northern Lights from my bed was a dream come true. The comfortable bed, warm water, and the delicious food served at the restaurant made each moment special.
The view of the frozen lake was nothing short of magical; it felt like stepping into an AI painting turned real. Even in the cold, I had one of the best swing rides of my life with the view of the lake.
As someone from warm and sunny Singapore, this escape to the cold was a unique and unforgettable experience. The reception team at Apukka was top-notch, and they even had a room ready for me when I arrived slightly earlier than check-in time, which was a great relief after my long journey from Copenhagen.
But it wasn't just the accommodations and the views that made my stay exceptional. I also had the pleasure of experiencing a thrilling husky ride and learning about how these incredible dogs are trained from puppies to their role as working animals. The passion and knowledge of the guides who led this adventure were truly remarkable.
The 'Meet the Reindeer' session was a delightful educational experience. I gained a newfound appreciation for these magnificent creatures and learned so much about their role in the local culture and environment. The guides who accompanied us during the husky and reindeer experiences were nothing short of amazing. Their expertise and enthusiasm added a whole new dimension to the trip.
Apukka Resort delivered a magical and unforgettable experience. The comfortable bed, the regular appearance of the Northern Lights, the enriching encounters with huskies and reindeer, and the exceptional guides all contributed to making this trip one of the best times of my life. I highly recommend Apukka Resort to anyone seeking a un
WWooiKenSanta Claus Holiday Village Hotel – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Lapland
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas.
The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel.
The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments.
The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.
EEmconcBad management during check in.
I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

KKim_10The staff was really amazing, very friendly. I wasn’t very impressed by the room. The heating was not fully working, there were no basic amenities like a kettle, or even drinking water. Biggest concern was cleanliness as I asked for cleaning on one occasion and beds were poorly made, sheets weren’t changed, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned as there a piece of paper on the floor which was clearly visible, tissues weren’t restocked and also one of the over covers from the bed was removed and just chucked over the ironing board which was absolutely horrifying to see.
Food at the hotel was good and restaurant staff were also very helpful.
兔兔兔愛睡覺The environment is very good, but it is a bit far from the city center and you have to take a taxi to get there. There is a supermarket for supplies in about 20 minutes' walk. The chalet is close to the ski slopes, perfect for those who want to ski for hours with ease. The restaurant provides a simple breakfast, which is the same every day, so the small kitchen in the wooden house is very important. You can cook some simple meals by yourself with basic utensils😙 Finally, we also successfully chased the Northern Lights by the lake
SSimonHassle free checkin where email instructions were given to enter the building and acquire the keys to the apartment. New and clean apartment with many amenities including a washing machine. About 3mins walk to the city centre where there are restaurants, cafe, pubs and shopping malls. Recommended.
GGuest UserThere is no elevator. The sauna room is divided into male and female time periods. Men can use it from 7 to 9 pm, while women can only use it from 9 to 10 pm for one hour. The time is up before I sweat enough. The hotel is in a good location, a 7-minute walk to the Arctic Museum. There is a Greater China Chinese restaurant next to it. The shower in the bathroom can only be lifted for one minute. If you want to use it again, you have to lift it again. It cannot be stuck for a long time. It is a weird design that is too stingy.
GGuest UserI gave the hotel's amenities poor because the day we arrived it was almost midnight. The key card door in front of the hotel doesn't work. We had to wait on the street in front of the hotel for at least 20 minutes in -20C. We were able to enter the building because a hotel guest opened the door from inside. and received the assistance of a taxi driver Not from the help of the hotel staff. But the breakfast and location are good. There is a supermarket across the street.
