The experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and clearly explained the deposit policy. The hotel is located in Arlington, a comfortable taxi ride away from popular attractions. The lobby is very spacious and clean, and the rooms are also very clean and large. The breakfast experience was great too. I initially thought a buffet wouldn't involve much service, but it was actually quite good, with staff checking in to see if guests were enjoying their meal. The ingredients were fresh, and there was a wide variety of options.

Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean.
I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional.
The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station.
One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training.
Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in.
It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction.
As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back.
Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner.
The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility.
I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality.

This is too good. I don't know how high the expectations of the negative reviewers are. I like it very much. The brand is prestigious, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a shuttle. The only drawback is that there are no slippers.

The room is large, with two Queen-size beds, and can accommodate 4 adults.
But the heating has some problems. It will blow cold air at a certain temperature, and it doesn't work to turn it off. You can only keep turning up the temperature, but it's very dry.
The breakfast is a buffet, 29 dollars per person, plus tax and tip, about 40. When booking on Ctrip, it says that the breakfast is 15 per person, but the hotel doesn't have this option.
The location is right next to the airport, there is a free bus, and it takes only five minutes to get there, which is very convenient for catching a flight.

The room is indeed a bit older, but it still maintains a certain standard. The waiters are excellent and the location is great. The subway is just downstairs.
Over all ,this is and older hotel, but it appears to be taken care of, the rugs in the halls were nice and clean. Getting into the room was a problem, you had to put the room key into the slot many times before you would get a green light to enter. This was every time you went into the room. It took 10-15 minutes for the shower water to get warm/hot, every time.
I purchased a king size bed but was put in a room with two double beds. They claimed that all the king size were booked. I showed them my confirmation of a king size being booked but they said there was nothing they could do since no king size beds were available. The price was very reasonable
You will definitely not miss out if you choose to stay here for one night. It is close to the airport, convenient for overnight transfers, car rental companies and gas stations are all nearby, parking is free, and Marriott's service is good.
The only problem is that the hotel is a typical flat layout. To find your room, you may have to go through several long corridors, and you may even get lost.

The location is good, and the hotel also has a free shuttle to Reagan Airport. The room feels renovated and comfortable. However, the soundproofing is average. You can hear people talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. In addition, the water pipes in the bathroom make a loud noise. In short, it is worth the 900 night price.
Had a nice time with the family. The hotel was a nice getaway for a staycation with family. We had someone in a wheelchair and found the room easily accessable for them. It was clean and the check in was easy. The room were big and we had a view of the city I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are not bad, and the sanitation is not bad. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is also very convenient. It is also very close to Cascade, about ten minutes' walk, and the service is also very good

AAnonymous UserThe room is very good, the service is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding area is safe. In short, the overall feeling is very good. I stayed there for many days and slept well at night. So recommended
TTreyNeat hotel to try. The hotel is a little bit hard to get around and could use better signage in the halls, elevators, roads, etc.
The bed was comfy, I was in room 419 and the vanity mirror was broken on one side, and the shower showed signs of mold.
The room was cleaned each day, but I was not given more coffee pods. The conditioner bottle did not work.
My biggest complaint is that I requested late checkout during booking, at check-in and the morning of departure. I was told it shouldn't be a problem twice but I had to call in the morning. When I did I was given some lane excuse about why they couldn't do it. Because of this, I feel like I can not trust the front desk staff. I would probably not book here again.
GGuest UserSince I had previously stayed in other houses of the chain, the meter ladder was up. This house couldn't travel, it remained below expectations. The room used by me was quite small, as well as the bathroom. It was very quiet and clean, but it seemed unpleasant, as did the breakfast presentation. There is no interesting way to wash wash for departing guests, as the receptionist was not from the area, he could not give any information to the washing salon.
GGuest UserOn the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options. It is also a lovely historic property full of character. On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up. Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it.
GGuest UserAs we checked in, we were told that the hotel was having problems with the system that activate the keys for the room door and that if we played around with the key at our hotel room door that it would eventually work. We tried getting into our room for over 20 minutes and couldn't. Went back to the desk and this time she was able to activate the key because it let us in this time. Then, it says on the door of the pool ( in which our room was directly in front of) that the pool closes at 10pm. We'll, at 1am people were still in the pool and the children were screaming like crazy. We didn't get rest at all. We would never stay here again
