"Stayed here for 2 nights. The property is in an amazing location in the Lijiang old town. The courtyard was as beautiful as the pictures and the room was very spacious and clean. My host, Dalin, was extremely kind and responsive to all of my needs. He even helped reach out to drivers when I was unable to call a Didi back from the Yulong mountain visitor center! Highly recommend!"

"I decided to book this hotel because it is the first time that I saw 100% positive comments in the Trip review! But after I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in early June 2026. I now confirmed the review is correct. I came with my daughter and this was the first time that we travelled to China by ourselves. Our first impression was the location of the hotel, their courtyard garden, and activity experiences that the hotel gave to all their guest. The hotel locates close to … gate. (walking ＜ 5 minutes) so that staying in the old town that doesn’t allow car has no impact to our traveling at all. The hotel’s garden was a stylist design of Chinese garden. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. Coffee with soy milk was great, while noodles were also delicious. It was a good combination of western and eastern breakfast style. The hotel also provided afternoon tea. They served good qualities fresh-made tea and coffee. Although the exterior design of the hotel’s building and surrounding are traditional chinese in old town, the design in the room is very modern! So staying here was very relax and comfortable. Hotel staffs took into consideration in details. All the necessary items were provided, including a very good quality pair of slippers. The toilet was also automatic and having warm seat. Hair dryer was also Dyson. The best part of our stay in this hotel was the very nice, friendly, and efficient staffs. They all are enthusiastic to help and warm. They gave us WeChat before we arrived in China, so we could contact them anytime. And they responded very fast. We felt very safe and comfort all the time while we were in Lijiang. The hotel also provided the free airport pick-up and drop-off with free of charge! They arranged everything, we just showed up on time. If we visited Lijiang again in the future, we will definitely stay here again and will also tell our friends and family to stay here too."

"Pretty good 4-diamond hotel in a good location, just on the edge of Lijiang Old Town. The room decor was a bit dated, but we had a comfortable stay. The view of the old town from our windows was lovely. I think the platform for the tea table and chairs was unnecessary. Low chairs made it a bit difficult for me to stand up, due to my arthritis in my knees. The hotel provided 1 complimentary transfer to the train station, and a fun photography session with costume, hair and make-up. The make-up artist was very friendly, patient and helpful, when I did costume selection. The photographer gave us 2 free photos, but we bought 4 more as the photos turned out well. He was also very patient, and listened to our requests 🙂 Breakfast spread was decent, even though not as abundant as in big hotels. I enjoyed the mixian noodles 😛 We had a very early morning when we left the hotel at 6am, and hotel provided a packed breakfast of bread, boiled eggs and apples. So thoughtful. Free to use washing machines and dryers were very helpful."

"During my 7-day trip to Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, this was my favorite hotel. The staff provided amazing service, welcoming us at the entrance and carrying our luggage to the 3rd and 4th floors—making the lack of an elevator no issue at all. As soon as we opened the room, the electric curtains opened to a stunning snow mountain view (thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade!). The bed was comfortable, the room was smoke-free, and breakfast was delicious. At checkout, staff carried our bags down and loaded them into our taxi. The location is excellent. just a short walk from the alley to the main road, close to attractions, and surrounded by restaurants."
