Before check-in, they sent detailed instructions and thoughtfully recommended local authentic eateries and sightseeing routes. They maintained a perfect balance – not intrusive but always available when needed. It felt like a relaxed home away from home. The food was delicious and exquisite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

Nestled in the old alleys of Sujia Alley, it truly offers the best of both worlds: bustling outside, peaceful inside. It's just a few minutes' walk to IFS and Huangxing Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. A rare tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The New Chinese courtyard design creates an incredible atmosphere, with both the courtyard and lobby being incredibly photogenic. The rooms are clean and tidy, with quality amenities including a Dyson hairdryer, branded toiletries, and soft bedding that ensures a very restful sleep. The butler service is thoughtful and attentive; they even used an electric cart to help with luggage on the cobblestone path. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were excellent and could even be delivered to the room. If you're in Changsha and don't want to stay in a noisy chain hotel, I highly recommend this one. You get to experience the charm of the old city streets while enjoying a high-quality accommodation experience. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha!

Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. Location & Transportation: The hotel is situated right at the entrance of Taiping Old Street, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Square. It's very convenient for dining and getting taxis. Service: Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Room: The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the soundproofing was absolutely amazing (like a secluded paradise!). The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, though the AC is central and can get a bit cold if left on for too long (but you can just turn it off). The room lighting is more for ambiance, so if you prefer a very bright room, this might not be it. It's a matter of personal preference, but my friend and I were very satisfied. Cleanliness: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The towels were clean. Breakfast: Didn't wake up in time to eat. Summary: I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The hotel is very close to the South Railway Station, just about a ten-minute drive, which is super convenient for business travelers. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The decor is quite stylish and feels very fresh. The front desk and customer service staff were responsive, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff even extended my breakfast till 2 PM for me. Lunch was also very good and filling. The pool wasn't crowded, and the water was crystal clear; it was really nice to have the 25-meter pool all to myself. All in all, booking the W Hotel was a great experience.
