GGuest UserStayed at this hotel for my trip to Qingdao. The front desk staff were warm, patient, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, so there's always something for everyone. There's parking available in front of the hotel, perfect for those traveling by car. Overall, it's a great hotel with good value for money, and I would recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserIn Trip.com I have chosen it for a long time, and I decided this one with the mentality of trying it out. The result was completely unstepped! The real scene is far more amazing than the picture, the environment is full of atmosphere, and the shots are all beautiful blockbusters. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the service is more intimate and thoughtful, and the experience in all aspects is superb. The breakfast tastes authentic and full of home-cooked fireworks, eating the taste of mother's cooking, the taste of the dinner in the store is also very colorful, and the coffee is delicious. In the evening, accompanied by a beautiful sea view, listening to the soothing music to have a few drinks, comfortable and healing, this trip is complete and comfortable, really recommend!

GGuest UserAfter my son's high school entrance exam, our family of three took a trip to Qingdao. This hotel was our first stay and we were very satisfied. The room facilities were new, the shower was especially spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to MixC. The front desk service was attentive, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit!

SShifujibushiyouyongquanWe took our kids to Qingdao and booked a 4-day, 3-night stay. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, and they even gave the little one a sand-digging toy, plus complimentary fruit and drinks. Every staff member provided excellent service; it was a fantastic experience. The hotel has direct access to the beach from the basement, which is super convenient. The beach right below the hotel was uncrowded and peaceful (whereas the area closer to the Shilaoren entrance was packed with people). There are also several large shopping malls near the hotel, making dining very easy. We could order takeout from Hema, 7-Eleven, and Decathlon, which was great because we didn't bring all our gear, haha.
The hotel didn't have many parent-child activities; we mostly just dug in the sand and swam during our stay. It would be even better if there were more family-friendly activities.

Elly from Guest Relations was incredibly efficient in handling my requests; she responded instantly to my inquiries about late check-out and luggage storage, and her solutions were always reassuring. The reception staff were gentle and polite, proactively informing me about the pool and gym hours. The concierge team was reliable, expertly arranging taxis and providing precise directions to attractions. The room's soft furnishings and hardware were well-maintained, and the smart devices operated smoothly without any issues. The infinity pool boasts a luxurious design and consistently clean water, while the gym is massive and fully equipped with yoga mats and towels. The Executive Lounge offers excellent privacy, perfect for a quiet break. The staff there maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. The combination of the beautiful views and thoughtful service truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe.

GGuest UserRoom: The floor I was on was average. The soundproofing was decent, but the facilities are quite old. The TV was slow to turn on, and the bathtub faucet leaked. Both of the children's playpens provided had holes.
Service: The service was very mediocre, I'd even say poor. I've stayed in many hotels, and this Westin really underperformed. Especially the front desk staff during check-in – they didn't provide any basic information about the hotel, like breakfast times or the pool's location. We had two kids, two strollers, luggage, and a bunch of bags, and all the staff completely ignored us. Not one person offered to help. The only positive point was the housekeeping gentleman, who was very diligent and responsible despite all the issues.
Breakfast: We booked for three consecutive days and specifically included breakfast. The food selection wasn't very rich, and the service was still bad. On the first morning, a Saturday, we went down around 9 AM and had to queue. With the crowd, the service simply couldn't keep up. We were moved twice, and the young lady at the noodle station was flustered. On the second day, they couldn't even replenish cups and bowls in time, and many dishes weren't refilled after 9:30 AM. We just gave up on breakfast on the third day.
All food deliveries were sent to a central locker, and we had to call concierge to have them brought up, which added extra work.
For this price, this location, and this service, I'm extremely disappointed. Staying here for three days then moving to the Haitian hotel truly showed me that there's no comparison. The Haitian hotel wins hands down. This is a genuine review; it was so bad that I had to comment. The only benefit for traveling with kids was the heated 'vibrancy pool,' which the children enjoyed. That's it.

CCangkuhuaerThe room was great! I really liked the separate layout of the bathroom and the bed. The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous – it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. All in all, I support dog-friendly hotels!

GGuest UserBearing the Crowne Plaza name, it once must have been glorious. My first stay here was a huge disappointment. The beach near the hotel is truly mediocre. The outdoor family pool is out of service, the Ferris wheel isn't operating, and the surrounding environment is completely different from what I saw in the online videos – a classic case of expectation vs. reality. Breakfast is served one floor below the lobby, and there's no direct elevator access, which is inconvenient for older guests. I had to ask a staff member who led us through a long, disused section of the restaurant, opened a door, took us to an elevator in Zone A to the second-floor lobby, and then we had to walk back to Zone B to catch another elevator. The breakfast selection was extensive, but the taste wasn't up to 4-star standards. The staff were all very nice, but the management is nowhere near 5-star hotel quality. I understand that with lower prices, there are more guests, and they need to cut costs. I definitely won't be returning for a second visit.

GGuest UserStepping into the room, the sea view immediately greets you, and at sunrise, the entire ocean glistens like scattered gold – it's breathtakingly beautiful. The room itself is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with thoughtful details, and the service is attentive. The most amazing feature is the third-floor terrace; watching the sunset with the sea breeze in the evening and falling asleep to the sound of waves at night is truly therapeutic. This was our closest-to-the-sea accommodation experience, and my whole family was very happy. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Magic Hotel, which we chose because it’s a new building. The rooms are spacious, the service is good, and there’s a wide selection for breakfast. However, the place is very crowded since it consists of three large buildings. It has three outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool. The largest pool is divided into two, and one side is used for paid boat rentals — but no one really uses them, so they should probably stop offering that.
Because the complex is so big, you can enjoy everything without even needing to leave the premises. I even went alone to watch the newly released F1 movie in the hotel cinema. There’s also a food street, although some areas were empty. The beach is shared with outsiders, and pool as there are a lot of families with kids.
That said — you can truly relax here. In other places, especially hotels in the city center, it’s much harder to unwind due to the heavy traffic and constant honking. I do wish the air conditioning had a dehumidifying function — that would have made it even better. The minibar fridge had limited options and only provided water, which was a bit...
