Traveling with girlfriends, I was deeply attracted by this store at a glance! The overall environment is full of atmosphere, like a romantic Monet garden, and the photos are especially filmed. The rooms are clean and tidy, the sanitation is in place, and the smart facilities in the whole house are convenient and comfortable to use. The store has an elegant cafe and a small tavern with a sense of atmosphere, and there are many places to relax. The restaurant tastes great, the breakfast is handmade, the special dumplings taste superb, delicious and warm. The staff is warm and caring, friendly and easy-going, and takes care of us as family members throughout the whole process. The experience is full. The best choice for girlfriends to travel is highly recommended!

The hotel is right next to May Fourth Square, just a 10-minute walk away! The room is very spacious, a suite with two bathrooms. The bedroom's bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and the ocean view outside is also beautiful! The cleaning lady for the room was exceptionally good, always replenishing mineral water and juice promptly every day. The front desk service was also excellent; sometimes when we returned late and couldn't find a parking spot, they would proactively come to the main entrance to direct and help us find one! Overall, next time I visit Qingdao, this hotel will definitely be on my list!

Qingdao Beer Time Coast Resort Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, close to Golden Beach, and just a short walk to the seaside. The hotel has a distinct beer theme and a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy, with breathtaking ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy unlimited fresh draft beer in the lobby, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening, while savoring craft beer with the sea breeze, is incredibly romantic and relaxing. It's perfect for a vacation, highly recommended!

First off, the hotel's location is fantastic – right next to a commercial street and a subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and ambiance are excellent, showcasing the charm of a century-old courtyard. The rooms are really unique, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. When the hairdryer had a minor issue, a staff member quickly brought a replacement. Lastly, I have to praise the hotel's breakfast buffet. Although the dining area isn't huge, the variety of food is extensive, ranging from Chinese to Western, and from local specialties to popular tastes. It's very comprehensive, tastes great, and all the ingredients are fresh. I'll definitely choose Furuili Shiyu Hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao.

The concierge team provided incredibly detailed service, handling my luggage securely and proactively opening doors and greeting me upon my return. Their recommendations for local seafood restaurants were spot on and reliable. The Executive Lounge offers an unparalleled view, with a rich selection of afternoon tea and happy hour meals, and the staff were prompt in clearing tables. All the in-room appliances and bathroom amenities were immaculate and well-maintained. The infinity high-altitude pool offers direct sea views, and the gym boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with a full range of cardio and strength equipment. From the front desk to the lounge, the service maintained a consistently high standard, with Elly coordinating and following up throughout. The experience was simply flawless.

Everything was explained clearly and comprehensively, saving guests the trouble of having to ask individual questions. As it was my first time visiting Qingdao, I wasn't very familiar with the city's attractions or unique touring routes. Initially, I just planned to quickly check in and head to my room to rest. However, the front office staff attentively noticed my travel needs and, combining them with my preferences, patiently shared recommendations for local hotspots, the best times for scenic views, and reliable tour route planning. They thoughtfully helped me avoid crowded areas and proactively identified potential needs I hadn't even voiced, offering personalized suggestions. This spontaneous, heartwarming service instantly melted away the fatigue from my journey. During my several-day stay, whether it was during my daytime excursions or a late-night query, simply calling the front desk for changes in itinerary, booking taxis, local travel tips, or room-related coordination issues, the phone was always answered quickly. Traveling with kids, my priority was a hotel with direct beach access, which led me to choose the Hyatt Regency Qingdao Shanhai. The location is truly a huge plus! 🌊 You can go straight down to the beach from the hotel and even catch the sunrise over the sea, which significantly enhanced our experience. It's also very close to Wheat Island, Fushan Forest Park, and the Polar Ocean World, making sightseeing and excursions effortless. The executive lounge offers breathtaking views and a wide panorama, and the food quality is excellent; it's a very pleasant spot to relax. A special thanks to Sheila ✨ from the staff. She was incredibly patient and attentive from the booking stage, helping me compare and analyze the executive and sea-view rooms, giving suitable recommendations based on my needs, and enthusiastically suggesting nearby attractions. She also arranged for a child safety rail. Since we were with a child, we also received a complimentary sand play bucket. I initially expected an ordinary freebie, but I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent craftsmanship and quality; my child absolutely loved it. The service throughout our stay was meticulous and thoughtful, making for a truly wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qingdao.

What an amazing stay! I'll absolutely be back. Stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by how fresh it smelled – not a trace of odor! The sheets and duvet covers were incredibly soft and crisp, and even the bathroom corners were sparkling clean. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. It was such a comfortable experience! The owner's hand-drip coffee is an absolute must-try! It's full of rich, mellow aroma, with no bitterness or astringency, just a lovely sweet aftertaste. One cup in the morning truly perks you up for the whole day – honestly, it's better than anything you'd get at a chain coffee shop! The overall ambiance of the hotel is incredibly therapeutic. From the charming little decorations in the public areas to the beautiful natural light in the rooms, everything contributes to a wonderfully relaxed feeling. It was so pleasant to simply read a book or just zone out in the room. A super thoughtful touch was the washing machine – it cleaned clothes thoroughly and quietly, getting all my travel laundry done. What a lifesaver! I was so incredibly satisfied with this stay. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area!

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself looks absolutely amazing, it truly feels like staying in a castle, both from the outside and inside. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the café with its balcony overlooking the sea was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. The food at the café was also very good. One of the highlights of our stay was the concierge service. The concierge was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He assisted us many times with our deliveries and always made a great impression. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming as well. The hotel’s location, away from the city center, is actually a big advantage for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach is not crowded, and the swimming pool is usually peaceful and not busy. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The room cleaning service needs more attention. It wasn't good at all. Some cups at breakfast were also dirty or cracked. The service at the café could be improved as well. When we came to order afternoon tea at around 5 PM, one of the young staff members seemed unhappy and impatient because it was close to the end of his working day. After making a short call, we were told that the kitchen was not answering and that they were no longer working. This experience did not feel very welcoming. Though I understand he really wanted to leave work asap, he could share it with his coworker after we left, not in front of us 🤣 The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant, but the staff could not provide clear information about its opening days or availability. We were told it might be open on Thursday and Friday, but it was not certain. Another concern is the small zoo area. animals appeared to be staying outside in the heat all day. In particular, there was a dog kept in a cage outside during very hot weather (around 35°C), which was concerning and seemed unsuitable for the animal’s comfort.. The beach near the hotel was unfortunately quite dirty, which is something that could be improved. Regarding the swimming pools, the indoor pool felt quite cold, especially with the air conditioning, making it difficult to enjoy with a child when the outdoor weather is too hot. The outdoor pool area also has limited comfortable seating. There are only a few lounge chairs, and adding soft cushions or mats would greatly improve the experience and make the area more relaxing. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, views, and peaceful location. The hotel has great potential, and with some improvements in service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, it could become an even better experience for guests.

The room was great! I really liked the separate layout of the bathroom and the bed. The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous – it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. All in all, I support dog-friendly hotels!
