JJoey 911Is over my expectations, service super good, very delicious food . Room super nice, I will stay again soon. Highly recommend for couple , everything are perfect. stayed in the biggest villa , I was the best experience in my life . Only the thing not prefect was no parking inside the hotel due to the villas are 170 years so no space for it . But very very good . 👍👍👍

You know the situation when you are going to country side to visit your grandma and she feeds you so much that you can't move and just rolling from one room to another? So visiting this place is like that, but it's a Japanese grandma and also there is an onsen

Enjoyed the stay so much! The room is cozy with tradition modern Japanese design. End the night and start the day with private onsen, great experience. Check-in staff can only speak little English, using translations tool makes everything so well.

NNgChristineA beautiful property with traditional Japanese architecture. Both the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable outdoor public onsen, as well as the very relaxing private bath (just be sure to book in advance!). Most importantly, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Umakoshi. My husband felt unwell during the night, and she provided us with so much help and support. Thank you so much for your kindness!

The staff is very friendly. There is a paid private onsen. Suitable for a couple who want privacy. The half-board meal is worth it. It is a 10-course Dinner.

SSumiAll aspects of the environment are very satisfactory, the food is very good, but the Japanese-style hotel that does not accept children. It is my favorite Japanese-style hot spring hotel. Another point is that it is more convenient to drive by yourself. However, the hotel should arrange a station pick-up and drop-off.

Typical traditional onsen ryokan with expansive sea view. Free parking is available onsite opposite the hotel. We did not try the food at the restaurant and opted for dinner at a nearby restaurant. We had a spectacular view of sunset over Sugura Bay as the weather was clear.
