"Located in the middle of Seogwipo. Room was decent in size but all basic amenities are available. They have functional ac which was essential to me😂 if you’re taking public transport, there’s bus stop right in front of the hotel. There’s very minimal car park around the hotel but they’re nearby public car park (about 8 min walk). I wish they told us in the booking in advance so i dont have to circle around many times and just park there. There’s supermarket nearby and you can walk around the area to find food street and other shops/restaurant. Overall, its pretty decent hotel to stay in Seogwipo"

The hotel management should consider upgrading its pillows into better quality ones to further improve customer experience. Room as per the hotel's images. "Spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the Dongmun area in Jeju. It is an established hotel at a convenient location. The airport limousine makes its stop there. You can have your dinner there at affordable rates. A special shout out to one of the staff (a middle aged bespectacled guy who spoke excellent English) helped to arrange for a cab from Hallasan trail back to the hotel as we missed the last bus back to the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness."

"I came to Jeju Island to watch a football match, and this hotel was my top pick after a lot of searching. Its location is great; you can take bus 600 directly there and it's just a few hundred meters walk. There are a lot of Western tourists, and the front desk service is excellent. The ocean view rooms have balconies with amazing views. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it has a cozy vibe. There are also some coffee shops and small restaurants nearby. It's not far to walk to the city center or the Olle Market. The only downside is that the hills in Seogwipo can be a bit tiring to climb. Seobok Park is also right next door, and the beach isn't far either. The price is also fantastic value. Highly recommend this place when you're in Seogwipo."

"A gorgeous hotel! A car is a must! The rooms are very clean and cozy. Robes, comfortable slippers, all toiletries, and even a washcloth are provided! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, not superficially! They bring you as much water as you need. The complimentary wine and snacks were a pleasant surprise! The breakfasts are excellent! We highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the sun loungers by the pool require a fee; you can only use the benches for free, which is extremely inconvenient. The staff is very friendly! The room has a capsule coffee machine and a steamer."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! 1. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help, even with a slight language barrier. 2. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the large and safe swimming pool. 3. It's within walking distance to Pyo Seon Beach, which was clean and not too crowded. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to all my friends!"

"I came to Jeju for a 3-day relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. My main criterion when choosing a hotel was having a swimming pool, as I really wanted to swim but wasn’t sure whether the sea would already be warm enough. The rooftop pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxing after my hike up Hallasan. The views of the ocean were stunning, and on my first evening I was even able to watch fireworks over Saeyeongyo Bridge directly from the pool. The location is excellent, especially for travelers without a car. I do not have a driver’s license and relied entirely on public transportation during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, and I was able to reach Hallasan and Jeju Airport by limousine bus without transfers. The airport bus stop is almost right in front of the hotel entrance. My room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the park, waterfalls, the ocean, and Saeseom Island. The hotel also has a CU convenience store, a yoga room, and a fitness center. Breakfast is available as a buffet with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. Even though I arrived close to the end of breakfast service, there was still plenty of food available and I was able to put together a well-balanced meal. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff. I asked one of the receptionists for recommendations on beaches and seafood restaurants, and she kindly printed out a detailed list that the hotel staff had prepared specifically for guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju."

"We stayed in Jeju for an 8-day, 7-night vacation, 5 nights at Parnas and 2 nights at Marriott. Our whole family preferred Parnas. The Parnas pool is huge, and breakfast is abundant with a rotating menu every three days, so even after five days, we didn't get tired of it. We booked a club suite, and the executive lounge food also had a rotating menu every three days, so our family loved going there every evening for some food and drinks. Parnas has plenty of public seating for guests to relax, and the staff are very professional and warm. After check-out, I quickly received an email from Parnas surveying satisfaction across various aspects, showing their dedication to service and focus on customer experience. Marriott, despite being the most expensive hotel in Jeju, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variety. The brunch, while plentiful, was also identical on both days, which would definitely get monotonous if staying longer. Plus, the Marriott's layout is a bit complicated and involves a lot of walking around. If anyone is torn between Parnas and Marriott, I'd definitely recommend Parnas; it's more satisfying in all aspects. The welcome fruit and wine at Parnas felt much more thoughtful compared to Marriott's three oranges and a snack box."

"If you're looking for an authentic Korean stay, I highly recommend this place. The courtyard and room environment are excellent, and the breakfast I ordered was very satisfying. The front desk service was great; when we couldn't get a Didi (ride-hailing app), the kind grandmother at the front desk even used her own phone to help us call a taxi. The room we booked had two bathrooms, which was a plus, but they were very small and didn't have separate wet/dry areas. The shower space was cramped, allowing for only a quick wash, though the water was hot and had good pressure. In the room with floor bedding, a small black bug fell from the ceiling. Additionally, while both sleeping rooms had blackout curtains, some windows didn't have complete light blocking, which might affect sleep if you're sensitive to light. If you can overlook these three minor drawbacks, this place is highly recommended."
