"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is superb, offering stunning oceanfront views. Olle Trail Route 6 is right outside the door, perfect for a sunset stroll by the sea – an amazing experience. Although the hotel is older, the rooms are still in good condition and don't feel dated. The lawn outside is beautiful, and the hotel environment is excellent overall."

"The hotel has a very good location, which is a big advantage. There is a coffee shop nearby, a convenience store, and many places to eat within walking distance. This made the stay very convenient and enjoyable. The room itself is spacious and has a nice layout, including a comfortable single bed and large windows with a great panoramic view. I really liked the view from the room — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. However, there were some cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the slippers provided were also not clean, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location and view are excellent, and the room size is good, but cleanliness and some facilities need improvement."

"The location couldn’t have been better. They provide parking, for SUVs, there is a separate parking lot which is nearly 4 mins walk from the hotel. And they also reimburse parking charges. The room is appropriately spacious, well-furnished and clean. And the bathroom is also very convenient and provided with basic things. It could be better to have different coffee and tea options in the room. But it is fine. For me and my family, if we go to Jeju again, would surely stay here."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly touching. I accidentally left my phone in the taxi on the way to the hotel, and Antonio Lee, one of the hotel's front desk staff, was incredibly helpful. He called the driver and helped me get my phone back. He was absolutely amazing – reliable, responsible, and so willing to help. A huge thank you to the hotel and especially to Antonio!"

"The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside that takes you to Olle Trails 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, which is incredibly convenient. There's a 7-Eleven and a CU convenience store downstairs, making it easy to grab supplies. Olle Market is about a 10-minute walk (uphill), and the popular cliffside cafe is just 4 bus stops away. The room was very comfortable, but the only downside was that the air conditioner vent was pointed directly at the bed. It got cold and gave us a headache after a while, so we ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed to solve the problem. Also, it was a bit surprising that the front desk staff didn't know about the Olle Trails or where the tourist center was located."

"A gorgeous hotel! A car is a must! The rooms are very clean and cozy. Robes, comfortable slippers, all toiletries, and even a washcloth are provided! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, not superficially! They bring you as much water as you need. The complimentary wine and snacks were a pleasant surprise! The breakfasts are excellent! We highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the sun loungers by the pool require a fee; you can only use the benches for free, which is extremely inconvenient. The staff is very friendly! The room has a capsule coffee machine and a steamer."

"This hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have balconies. The pools are beautiful and plentiful. Most importantly, the service is outstanding, from the front desk to the late-night meal service (the fried chicken was also delicious). It's a stark contrast to the Shinhwa Hotel. The ocean view is stunning, and it's right next to the folk village. It was a very comfortable stay. If you're not planning on exploring the city, this hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation."

"Overall, the hotel experience was decent. Most of the staff were very service-oriented, actively greeting guests and offering assistance. The only exception was a female front desk staff member who had a poor attitude during check-in. The hotel is situated on a cliff, adjacent to Jungmun Beach, and boasts a popular infinity pool. The environment and views are outstanding, but the scenery is highly dependent on the weather; on cloudy days, the experience is significantly diminished. The lobby windows weren't cleaned properly, making the view outside consistently hazy. The public areas are spacious, but all room types are generally small, with decor and amenities roughly comparable to an Atour Hotel in China. The hotel isn't new, and the bathroom infrastructure is average, with noticeable water leakage when showering. The pool management was well-organized and orderly, but the swimsuit spin dryer was quite dirty, which made me not want to use it. Upon check-in, a deposit was required. We wanted to pay in cash and have it refunded immediately upon checkout, but we were told credit card payment was mandatory, and the deposit was not refunded within the promised timeframe after checkout. Since we had a continuous stay, the housekeeping department wasn't very thorough with room cleaning."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and offered lovely ocean views. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness—everything was spotless, even when walking around the room in white socks, there was no dust or dirt at all! The hotel also offers convenient facilities, including a gym, laundry facilities, a small convenience store, and breakfast that can be booked. We truly appreciated the hotel accommodating our request for an early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The buildings and front yard are beautiful and outstanding, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we were impressed that they can all speak at least three languages: English, Mandarin, and Korean. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again if possible. Highly recommended!"
