"I came to Jeju Island to watch a football match, and this hotel was my top pick after a lot of searching. Its location is great; you can take bus 600 directly there and it's just a few hundred meters walk. There are a lot of Western tourists, and the front desk service is excellent. The ocean view rooms have balconies with amazing views. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it has a cozy vibe. There are also some coffee shops and small restaurants nearby. It's not far to walk to the city center or the Olle Market. The only downside is that the hills in Seogwipo can be a bit tiring to climb. Seobok Park is also right next door, and the beach isn't far either. The price is also fantastic value. Highly recommend this place when you're in Seogwipo."

"This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip! Staying in Seogwipo felt like being in California. Even though KAL is an older five-star hotel, its facilities, cleanliness, and location are truly outstanding! The swimming pool water quality is unparalleled; it uses mountain spring water, and we happened to see the staff meticulously cleaning it for several hours. From within the hotel, you can directly access some of the most classic spots on Olle Trail Route 6, and a popular cafe is also nearby. A five-minute taxi ride takes you to delicious raw fish and grilled pork. The hotel front desk staff were also very friendly. I personally recommend staying for at least two days to fully enjoy the slow-paced vacation vibe. The large lawn by the sea is perfect for taking photos in minutes."

"The location is great and it's not noisy at all. The room is clean and tidy, just right for one person. You can also enjoy the sunset views later. The location is excellent, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Olle Market, where you can buy some food and grab lunch or dinner."

"The hygiene was surprisingly good, which was a pleasant surprise. There wasn't much in the way of service, but honestly, we didn't really need any. The breakfast restaurant staff spoke Chinese in the kitchen, and the breakfast itself was on par with, or perhaps even worse than, pre-made dishes you'd find in China. "Modern and aesthetic hotel lobbies - would have been better if the two buildings had a shelter link as it was raining during this period. Very clean lobby toilets. Sufficient carpark lots although we normally parked beside the hotel (no shelter). They provided water every day. Helpful staff who brings extra towels to our room. Location is good as it is near to convenient stores and many food options in the area. Some attractions are located nearby too 👍🏻"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and everything was well-maintained. The hotel's public areas were also very clean, giving off a comfortable and relaxing vibe. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted good. The staff provided attentive service, making me feel right at home. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, from the service and cleanliness to the value for money. "Super, super convenient! There's a bus stop right outside, it's very close to the starting point of Route 7, and the Olle Market is also nearby. The room was quite clean and offered great value for money. It's a good choice."

"We stay 2 nights. The room for first night is not present as the walk in light is faulty and the wall of the bathroom door is broken. So we reported in the next morning but nothing was done when we return back to hotel in the afternoon and they did not change our towels. We have to report it again then they send their staff to check it out. Then they have our room changed. Location is good as you can walk to Olle Market in less then 10mins."

Service: The front desk staff are fluent in English, making communication effective. There's also a Chinese guide detailing all hotel policies. Note that check-in is strictly after 3 PM; early check-in incurs an extra charge. Cleanliness: Housekeeping is prompt, and there's a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. Facilities: Features a kids' play area, karaoke room, gym, and a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here when visiting Seogwipo."

"Twin room was comfortable and had everything provided (towels, toiletries, water). Wifi was fast. The pillows were too soft for my taste. Keep in mind that this hotel does not have a reception for the majority of the day. You must use an electronic kiosk to check in. It was fine for me, but there isn't an ability to extend your stay. I had to contact the staff by chat. I did my laundry elsewhere as machines only accept domestic cards (no cash)."
