"Bad experience for service. We have problem entering the room because digital door lock didn’t work. Very difficult to contact hotel, no given phone number to contact. We message again & again until the last solution, spare key. It took us 2 hours after finding out the battery ran out. Apology for door problem is what we get. Early check-out to get the train, I told the hotel I left the damaged luggage in the room and send the picture to them. Finding out later that disposal of big garbage cost me JPY 7500, to comply with Japanese law. If I know i will take it with me for sure. The hotel told that it sent the file informed for this policy when I already booked the room, not In reservation page before you book the room. It supposed to be my fault not read carefully. For me, payment is acceptable, but very disappointed with the communication!"

"I really liked the cleanliness, the super friendly staff, and the mattress and pillows. We also used the sauna. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside was the view from the window, which was just a wall of the neighboring building, and this wasn't mentioned beforehand."

"Everything was great! The room was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Although small, it was comfortable for two. The room was clean. The location was convenient: there were two metro stations about a kilometer away and a train station 300-400 meters away, which was very convenient. The area was quiet, with lots of cafes and shops nearby! I downgraded my rating because the hotel didn't send the PIN code for the key locker in advance, and we couldn't get into our room for two hours at night after a difficult flight. A huge thank you to the Trip.com team for their quick response and resolution! They were very helpful!"

It is conveniently situated near Tokyo Skytree, making it easy to explore one of Tokyo's most famous landmarks and nearby shopping and dining options. Despite being close to a popular tourist area, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing."

"Great location. Near Oshiage skytree station which had few metro line and keisei line direct from narita airport. Just 5 to 7 min walk to station. Near 7eleven which is very convenient. Room just nice size for 3 of us. Small kitchen that you can be use. The owner very responsive about my enquiries. The check in process is clear as instructed since this is self check in accommodation. And I comfortable during my stay here"

"My wife and I had an amazing 7D6N stay in Tokyo, including 2 short day trips to nearby cities. The apartment was extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable and feel just like home. The property was in brand-new condition, it felt as though we were the first guests to stay there. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location is situated between several train stations, with a walking distance of 12–15 mins. While it is not right next to any station, we found it manageable. Despite being located near the Yamanote Line railway tracks, we could barely hear any train noise thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo."

"This was the best value-for-money experience I've ever had! Although there was a slight hiccup during self-check-in, the facilities were really new, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner thoughtfully provided kitchenware, so I could buy groceries and cook my own meals 🧡. I took a bath almost every day during the trip, which was very relaxing. The bathroom also had heating, so I didn't feel cold while showering! There are also bus stops and subway stations nearby, about a 5-15 minute walk, which is very convenient."

"We absolutely loved the apartment! It was spacious and cozy, with everything we needed: a kitchen with a large fridge, a washing machine, and a balcony with a great view! We checked in before leaving Tokyo, and it was so convenient for packing our suitcases. We had plenty of space to spread out, with room left on the floor. The location was incredibly convenient. We could easily and quickly get to all the places we wanted to visit. On our departure day, we simply took the monorail to the airport. Thank you for a comfortable stay!"
