"This hotel is excellent and highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet area to stay in Tokyo. The staff are available 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and they're not too small – you can even open your luggage easily. The hotel is very new, and the bathroom is also good and not cramped. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities. It's conveniently located: if you're coming from Asakusa Station, you can take bus route 42 for about 3 stops, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The fare is 210 yen for the entire route, and the buses run frequently. It's about 900 meters from shopping areas like Don Quijote (24-hour) and various department stores. Sensoji Temple, the Sumida River, and Tokyo Skytree are all not far from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right across the street."
When staying at TORA HOTEL Kitashinjuku, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore Shinjuku Ward.
"Overall, it was clean and comfortable because it felt like home.
It is about a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, so the location seems good.
However, it is a shame that extra towels cost 500 yen per person.
You cannot even borrow a charger, so it is a different concept from a business hotel."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, with a full set of toiletries provided. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The staff were attentive, warm, and responsive, and the housekeeping was very thorough. It offers great value for money, and my overall stay was fantastic. Highly recommended."

"There are two stations, Keisei Ueno and Keisei Ueno Minami, and I got them confused, but they were within walking distance and I was able to check in without any problems. It's a small hotel, so I often ended up sharing the elevator with men when coming back from the public bath. Breakfast was included, but the Japanese restaurant also serves Western food. I couldn't eat fried food in the morning, so I left more than half of it. I'm sorry."

"Found at least 2 opened candy wrappers on the floor next to the bed near the window side. Cleaning can be done better. Stove is no longer able to use, but no big deal. Location is a bit far from train stations, around 20 mins walk, but there’s bus option connecting from the train station to a few mins walk to the hotel. Staffs are nice. Space is enough for two people with both suitcases opened, although doorway is a bit narrow for the room style I stayed, found difficulty with entering the room especially with a suitcase."

"Although it was only a one-night stay, it was such a lovely room that I would love to stay there for a longer period!
First of all, when I checked in and entered the room, the air conditioner was already on, which was a great help! I was so impressed by their thoughtfulness!
Also, there was a convenience store less than a minute's walk away, a shopping complex right in front, and the station was only about a four-minute walk away, so the location was fantastic!
It was a very cost-effective stay and I was extremely satisfied!
I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance!"

"Loved the apartment! It had a stylish interior and was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and dining. There was even a vacuum cleaner and an iron, which is rare. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It also had a balcony with a street view. We would gladly stay here again.
Additionally, the staff were very attentive to my requests when booking; they provided an extra blanket and a room with a nice view, fulfilling all my wishes."
