"Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized. A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day. The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable. The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience."

"I stayed for several nights. I sent my suitcase ahead with some frozen food as souvenirs and they looked after it for me. The staff were very friendly. It was a shame that the coffee cups on the first day were dirty, but everything else was great. There was a large public bath and even a sauna, so it was a hot spring. The view was amazing right in front of Harumi Pier. The Yurikamome station is just a couple of minutes walk away, so transportation is very convenient. There were several restaurants within the hotel, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of menu items and was delicious. I will stay here again."

"If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay in Tokyo, this hotel is a great choice. Tokyo can be extremely crowded, so coming back to a peaceful and silent hotel at the end of the day feels amazing. You won’t hear any noise at night, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite things is the outdoor private bath. After long walks around the city, soaking in a warm bath is the best way to relax. The water temperature is around 41.9°C, which feels perfect during cold weather. The bath is open until 1am, so you can enjoy it even after a late day out. I already miss it 🙌🏻 This trip was for my Lady Gaga concert, so I flew to Tokyo just for that. On Day 1, I arrived around 9:30am. The lobby is on the 36th floor, and the guest rooms are between 33rd to 35th floor, with nice views. Check-in is at 3pm, but the hotel allows luggage storage, so I left my bags and went out for breakfast and a slow walk. Near the hotel, there’s a small park and a Blue Bottle Coffee, where you can relax and enjoy the sea view — very chill and not crowded. 🚇Transportation is also very convenient. From the lobby, you can take the lift directly to B1, which connects to the train station and LaLaport. It’s super easy for shopping, dining, and getting around Tokyo. 🚬Tip for smokers: there is a smoking area next to the lobby restroom, and some floors also have smoking rooms. 🚍Tip for transportation : There is a direct airport bus service between Narita Airport and the hotel. From Narita Airport, I believe the service starts around 12pm, though I recommend confirming the latest schedule in advance. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, tickets can be purchased online. The hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful — they will gladly assist with checking schedules and booking tickets if needed. Overall, this hotel is perfect if you want comfort, convenience, and a calm place to rest after a busy Tokyo day. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location for transport - across the road from the metro station, 10mins walk to Hamamatsucho train and monorail station (to Haneda airport). There is a decent-sized supermarket on the way to the hotel from the train station, and a Family Mart convenience store right next to the hotel. There are a few restaurants nearby, and even more on the other side of the train station. The area is more of a business district so there isn't much happening but this also means it's quiet and local, away from the touristy parts of Tokyo. Rooms are not huge but large enough for luggage and a comfortable stay, bathroom is a good size and clean. You need to ask to borrow a kettle, and teabags are in the common lounge room downstairs - there is no mini fridge in the room though. The common lounge room is a nice space to relax, eat, read books, play games etc. The hotel also has laundry and luggage storage facilities. Ask for a room with a sea view - beautiful views of Tokyo Bay! Overall, a comfortable stay with ample hotel facilities (including a free local tour each weekend!) and lots of transport options - very good value for money - recommend!!"

"[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!"

"This hotel is so beautiful, a combination of modern and modern. The breakfast view is as beautiful as a painting. Entering from another door is a historical site. It is a hotel where MacArthur and Chaplin once stayed. It is full of historical sense and very photogenic. I hope to stay a few more days next time."

"Our overall experience at the hotel was excellent. They tried their best to accommodate all our requests before check-in, such as a quiet, non-smoking room near the elevator. As soon as we got out of the car, staff came to help with our luggage and took it directly to our room. For all 8 days of our stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day. The view of Tokyo Bay from the window was stunning. What truly stood out was how seriously and incredibly quickly the customer service team responded to our calls for deliveries, always completing our requests promptly."

"HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip."
