"The hotel is very big with the Main, East, North and Annex Towers. I booked a 3-night in July 26 in Annex Towers. The room is clean and very quiet and the aircon is also very quiet. This gave me a very good rest during my short stay. The staff are generally friendly. The train station is just across the hotel. This made travelling very convenient. There are several shops and restaurants in the hotel and prices are affordable. There is also a 7-Eleven on the second floor."

"Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. "Overall, this was a great value-for-money stay in Asakusa. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the facilities were well maintained. The only downside was the location. It’s not particularly close to the main Asakusa subway stations, so if you’re carrying luggage or planning to use the train frequently, be prepared for a 10–15 minute walk. However, it’s still within walking distance of Senso-ji Temple and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it a pleasant area to stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price."

"Location of the hotel is excellent and is within close proximity to major establishments/shopping areas in the Ginza area. There is a convenient store (”Natural Lawson”) on the ground floor of the building. I booked the Standard Room with Queen Bed as I was worried that the Standard Room with Single Bed would be too cramped. I'm glad I made that decision. At about 20sq.m., the room is spacious and comfortable enough for one person but may be slightly cramped for a couple. Then again, hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small in general. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 16/F of the building, and the guestrooms are located from 17/F up, so you get a very nice view of the Ginza area. I didn't try the breakfast on this trip, but I've heard nice things about that. Will definitely try that next time. Recommended."

"The room was comfortable and bright. The Higashi-Ginza subway station is right outside the hotel, offering direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports. It's very close to Ginza, and you can easily walk to Tsukiji Fish Market in the morning. Shopping is super convenient with Mitsukoshi department store just across the street. I really loved it! While the hotel price is high on weekends, it's very reasonable on weekdays. The breakfast spread was excellent, and surprisingly, there's even a Mala Tang restaurant not far from the hotel."

"The renovation year on Trip.com must be incorrect; it definitely doesn't look like it was renovated in 2025. It seems more like 5 years old. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a drugstore nearby. On the night I stayed, the guests next door were talking very loudly in the early morning. I called the front desk, and they immediately came up to handle it. Great service!"

"Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout. The room and the toilet was spacious and clean. There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast."

"The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing."

I stayed at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu for several nights during my trip to Tokyo, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It was easily one of the most satisfying hotels of my entire Japan trip. First off, the location is fantastic. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Ginza shopping district, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It's also very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Tokyo Station, Asakusa, Shibuya, or Shinjuku – a real time and effort saver for getting around. The room design was a pleasant surprise. While Tokyo hotels are generally not known for their spaciousness, this hotel boasts remarkably high ceilings, creating a very comfortable sense of space that completely avoids any feeling of being cramped. The decor is minimalist and modern, with excellent natural light, making for a very relaxing stay. The cleanliness deserves special mention. I stayed for several consecutive nights, and my room was spotless every day. Towels, toiletries, and other replenishable items were promptly replaced. The attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. Breakfast truly exceeded expectations. Each morning offered a delightful array of small, exquisitely prepared dishes, including fresh fruit, eggs, miso soup, noodles, bread, salad, as well as fish and meat dishes. The variety was extensive, the presentation beautiful, and the taste exceptional. You could tell a lot of care went into preparing everything; breakfast was a genuine treat every day. Service also merits praise. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, reflecting the consistently professional and meticulous service you expect from Japanese hotels. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel with an excellent location, convenient transportation, comfortable rooms, outstanding cleanliness, exquisite breakfast, and thoughtful service. "The hotel is incredibly close to the train station. The rooms are spacious, and the ocean-view rooms offer a fantastic panorama, especially at night when the view outside the window is simply stunning – like something out of a movie, a true visual feast! The breakfast is high quality with a rich variety of options, including both Western and Japanese styles, and the food is excellent. You can easily walk to popular Yokohama attractions from the hotel, and there's a bus stop downstairs for trips to Chinatown."
