"The hotel's location is great, conveniently close to Saint Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Market, and Central Street. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very polite and friendly. The lobby offers complimentary snacks, candies, and tea, and even traditional Northeastern 'big floral' coats for guests to wear and take photos. Although the hotel isn't very large or brand new, it's cozy, clean, and well-maintained. We even received a thoughtful little souvenir upon checkout. The only area that needs improvement is the showerhead in the room; it was leaking and the water temperature wasn't very stable. It needs prompt repair and maintenance. Other than that, everything else was excellent! Recommended."

"If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!"

"Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices."

"The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures."

"I booked a loft family room. My family and I stayed at the McLaren Hotel on the afternoon of the 19th after returning from Xuexiang, as we had a 6:30 AM flight on the 20th. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were incredibly satisfied. First, it was very clean. The receptionist who checked us in was very gentle, and she arranged our room on the first floor. She also helped us register for the 5 AM airport shuttle service for the next morning. Once we entered the room, with its two levels, my kids were absolutely thrilled and found it very novel. My mother was also very pleased with the room layout and especially with its cleanliness, praising it highly. It's a shame our stay was so short; my kids hadn't had enough of it! The two levels are completely separate, which is great! The receptionist on duty on the morning of the 20th and the shuttle driver were very professional and had excellent attitudes. The hotel is only a 3-minute drive from the airport—super fast! This stay left us with a fantastic impression. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain was a bit slow; I'd suggest some maintenance."

"Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night."

The room facilities are complete, with a well-functioning water heater and reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to stream videos and upload photos without issues. The owner is a fantastic cook; their authentic Northeastern dishes like Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms, Di San Xian (stir-fried potato, pepper, and eggplant), and Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) were incredibly delicious, generously portioned, and affordable. They also provide free snow tubes, shovels, and other snow play tools, saving us the cost of rentals. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep to recharge. The owner even helped us book our return tickets, taking away any worries. It was a comfortable and stress-free stay, definitely the best value for money in Snow Valley!

It was exceptionally clean and very quiet, allowing me to finally get a much-needed good night's sleep. Thank you! I'll definitely be back. Given that Mudanjiang airport is currently under expansion and I was heading to Harbin, this hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect. Plus, they offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which is truly excellent!

Seeing how tired we were from skiing, they even upgraded us to a large suite for free! Facilities: The facilities are new and highly intelligent. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathrobes and slippers are of great quality! Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and there are no strange odors in the room. Environment: Located in a prime area, less than a 10-minute drive from the ski resort. The room offers direct views of the snow, making for a delightful sight to wake up to! GGuest UserVery pleasant hotel for a short stay in Harbin. It’s an Ibis, so you know exactly what it will be like. Rooms are simple, but clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is okay, but there is another Ibis about half a mile down the road that is closer to the main attractions. Still, a short and easy walk to Central Street. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the breakfast is good, with a wide range of dishes (especially pickles). Recommended!
