"This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit."

"Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice."

Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. Facilities: The hotel rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Environment: There are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. Self-service afternoon tea: There's a seating area at the front desk with tea and snacks. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"First off, the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Central Street and also close to the Lao Chujia flagship restaurant, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting around by taxi is also very easy. The hotel isn't large but the decor is really unique; I took so many photos for my mom. The service is great too. They provide thoughtful fruit and pastries in the room, the staff helped with luggage, and even food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot. One evening, I had some takeout I didn't want to waste, and the restaurant staff kindly warmed it up for me. Breakfast wasn't perfect but still decent, though the peaches weren't very good and could probably be removed. Just for the location and service, it's definitely worth coming back! Oh, and the row of cat hotels by the entrance is super heartwarming too! 🥰"

"Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.   The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.   Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc."

"For those of you who don’t want to bring winter attire from your country and plan to buy them in Harbin, you should definitely stay at this hotel. You can take a Didi directly to the hotel, drop off your luggage, and head downstairs to buy your winter essentials. Like me, I came here wearing just sport shoes and was able to buy really cheap winter shoes right away. This means you don’t need to walk around outside searching for what you need, and you don’t have to worry about your clothes being too thin for the cold. You don’t even need to bring full winter gear to feel safe and comfortable. Just make sure to take a Didi to the hotel—the fare is really cheap. The location is super strategic, the host is very kind and helpful, and the shopping center for winter clothes is literally less than a two-minute walk away!"
