"This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit."

"This is one of the few times I've felt compelled to leave a review, mainly for the following reasons: 1. **Location:** The hotel is situated right on the Songhua River. The subway Line 3 Youyi Palace station is directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to get around. About 200 meters ahead, you'll find the Songhua River Cableway, and Central Street is just a five-minute walk away. The location is truly excellent! 👍🏻 2. **Hotel Environment:** We dropped off our luggage in the morning and didn't return until around 5 PM. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a family suite free of charge. It was a very spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, complete with children's toiletries, a tent, and toys. My child's favorite was definitely the car-shaped bed. 3. **Service:** The service was incredibly thoughtful. My mother-in-law and I went down separately to return our room cards. Two staff members helped us carry our luggage to the entrance, waited for our car to arrive, loaded our bags into the trunk, opened the car door for us, and even said, 'Princesses, please board the carriage!' 😁 I've stayed in five-star hotels before, but I've never experienced such exceptional treatment. I was honestly a bit overwhelmed by the attention, but it was a wonderful feeling. Their warmth felt genuinely friendly and personable. Choosing this hotel was a delightful surprise for this trip. It was super convenient. After dinner on Central Street, we strolled to the Flood Control Monument and walked along the river, enjoying the breeze back to the hotel. It was such a relaxing trip. My kids kept saying, 'Mom, next time we go to Harbin, let's stay at this hotel again!' After checking out, we arrived at the station, and my child realized they'd forgotten their smart watch. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly mailed it back to us. Many thanks! 🙏🏻"

"Bringing my family to Harbin, staying at the Ocean Ritz was such a great choice! The hotel has a beautiful European retro style, and the lobby is grand yet inviting, perfect for photos. Our room was spacious and bright, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering city views. The bed firmness was just right, and they even offered a pillow menu – so thoughtful! The staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile. The concierge was super efficient with luggage and calling taxis. The location is absolutely excellent; we could walk to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, which was so convenient for resting at the hotel after exploring. The breakfast was fresh and delicious; my kids especially loved the desserts and fruit. Overall, a perfect experience – clean, comfortable, and great service. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good."

"Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened."

"The room was comfortable, with a snowflake ❄️ theme on both the floor and carpet. The front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were all warm and provided excellent service. The location is very convenient; it's within walking distance to the cathedral, Central Street, and the museum. There's also a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to other attractions. The congee restaurant downstairs was delicious too. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean and tidy, with smart home features and a walk-in closet, which I haven't seen in other hotels. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room for free. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a local specialty from Northeast China during my May Day stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to St. Sophia Cathedral, and very close to Harbin Station, making taxis easily accessible. Plus, the privacy is good, as you need to use a key card to access the elevators to the rooms. Overall, my stay was great and I highly recommend it."

"The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.   The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.   Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc."

"Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. The front desk staff (especially the lady who helped me) was wonderfully helpful and patient, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and served in a great environment with a decent variety of options. It was a really pleasant meal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
