"Our flight back home from an international layover was delayed, but the hotel arranged a pick-up car for us at past 4 AM. The driver waited until we were settled before heading back to rest. The front desk staff was so welcoming and even offered us congee! The room facilities were excellent and newly renovated. The next day, several hotel staff members warmly bid us farewell when we checked out at noon! Definitely a five-star review! It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience!"

"My glight was delayyed, and so I arrived at 2 in the morning, and having the shuttle on its way to meet me, was the best! The front desk staff, she was wide awake and attentive.. I really appreciated this. My room was exquisite, even though i was extremely exhausted.. The staff was in communication with me via WeChat since i dont seal chinese. The next day, i missed breakfast because i slept in. The Staff member helped me, very patiently, with my wifi connection and even helped me install a chinese translation app! I will highly recommend this hotel to all! I really loved the full length sliding closet mirrior, and the window view and automated drapes!! Such luxury for a weary international traveler. Your housekeeping staff is phenomenal! Thank you."

"Honestly, their service is truly exceptional. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the pick-up was super fast! I've had so many layovers and usually, airport hotels take at least 20 minutes for a pick-up. But with them, someone contacted me quickly after I called, and within 10 minutes, they were there to get me. The service was also incredibly thoughtful. I was traveling alone with three suitcases, and a sweet young lady helped me carry them all the way to my room. She even told me to call the front desk the next morning for help with my luggage when I left. To be honest, I felt a little embarrassed to trouble them, but when it was time for my departure, the staff was already at my door to help me with my bags. I was genuinely touched! The room was also very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. I'll definitely stay here again for my next layover."

"Great place! It's about a 5-6 minute drive from the airport, located in an old industrial area. Though it was cheap, the amenities were comparable to a 300 CNY hotel in the city center. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very warm and attentive. I arrived at midnight and had a 6 AM flight, so I was just looking for a place to catch a few hours of sleep, but this place exceeded my expectations!"

"For this trip, I chose Yihau Hotel for a one-night stay. The front desk proactively called to ask about my room preferences and upgraded my room type. The hotel is very conveniently located, and the elevators are fast. On the day of check-in, I received a fruit platter. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant on the 49th floor was plentiful, featuring local specialties like 'bazi rou'. It's very convenient for getting around; there's a supermarket downstairs at Yinzuo where I bought some local souvenirs. It's about a 10-minute bike ride to Daming Lake. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"The hotel is newly opened, but there is no smell at all. The whole hotel is fragrant. The room and the room Foreign Minister Corridor are very clean and tidy. The hardware facilities are very new. The rooms are large and high-rise. You can overlook the beautiful scenery of the entire city. The location of the attractions and the airport is very moderate. It is the most satisfying hotel we have ever stayed in Jinan. The younger brother and sister at the front desk and other service staff are very enthusiastic and very happy to stay."

"I still really love the style of Hoshino Resorts. Hangzhou Four Seasons, Beijing Aman Summer Palace, and Amanfayun are all benchmarks for classical Chinese architectural landscape design. While Jinan Hoshino Resorts doesn't aim for lavish elegance, its northern-style courtyards, wooden room decor, tea tables, horseshoe armchairs, pavilions, blue stone floor tiles, and borrowed garden views, although all the buildings are new, share a similar charm with the Yuan Dynasty old houses I stayed in Pingyao. The linens, service, and dining also offer a better experience. The scent of lemon verbena and the room fragrance remain consistent. When the staff member who showed me to my room asked what Hoshino Resorts used to be like, I couldn't quite describe the feeling of Hoshino Resorts being like home. I simply said it's a place to share love and beauty."

"A truly delightful stay, though I regret not taking any photos due to my rushed schedule. The pictures on the detail page seem to be accurate representations. The room was incredibly spacious, modernly furnished, and very convenient. The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all excellent, and the hairdryer was a Laifen. The entire hallway outside smelled wonderful, and the hotel even has a delivery robot. The soundproofing was exceptional. The front desk service was also fantastic; I arrived late at night, not getting to the hotel until 1 AM, but they still warmly checked me in. When I asked for a late checkout until 2 PM, they kindly agreed."

Xiangyunchushui7The hotel is conveniently located near the high-speed train station, making travel easy. It's very quiet, and the service attitude is excellent. The bedding is comfortable and odor-free, and all the facilities are complete and functional. It offers great value for money, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The soundproofing in the rooms is very good, and the breakfast offers a variety of Shandong local delicacies. The service is thoughtful and attentive. It's definitely my first choice for travel in Quancheng. I'll stay here again next time.

Guest UserThe overall environment is excellent, offering a quiet escape while still being centrally located. It's about a 20-minute walk to popular attractions like Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Wulongtan Park, and Furongli. Across from the experience center, you'll find major shopping malls like Henglong Plaza and Shimao International Plaza, as well as Quancheng Square, placing it right in the commercial hub. I was very impressed with the hotel's design and ambiance, and the service was quite good. The only downsides were the smell from the bathroom, which seemed to have drainage issues and lacked proper deodorization. Secondly, the entire Li Xia District was undergoing renovations, which made walking a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the guesthouse didn't offer breakfast, which was a minor disappointment. Despite these issues, my overall experience was very positive, especially with the guesthouse's design. It has a rich cultural heritage, with beautiful courtyard landscaping and old Jinan photos hanging in the corridors, all contributing to a comfortable stay. I hope they can address the bathroom issue.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before because it’s quite close to the train station but this time, I got a room so small that I had to roll on the bed to get to the other side of the room. The space between the foot of the bed and TV stand was too narrow to comfortably walk through.
The hotel is also in an obscure area so the Didi can’t drop /pick you at the door.
The staff is very friendly though.
Breakfast options are enjoyable but also limited.

This hostel experience far exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around, eat, and shop. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is neat, and each bunk has a privacy curtain and charging port. Drawing the curtain creates a personal space with great privacy. The shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly and have no unpleasant odors.
The owner and staff are friendly and responsive to any issues. The guests are quiet and friendly, and there's a comfortable common area to relax in. It's excellent value for money and perfect for a transitional stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Anonymous UserWhile visiting Qingdao, I decided to spend a day in Jinan and chose the Shangri-La. Before checking in, I called to confirm that my room was ready. The lobby is impressive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The toiletries were excellent, and I particularly liked the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Quancheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll to watch the musical fountain. Baotu Spring is also within walking distance. There are plenty of malls nearby, and both takeout and dining options are easily accessible. The old city, however, is genuinely congested; it took almost 40 minutes to get to Jinan Station by taxi, and I barely made my train. The hotel also seems to offer intangible cultural heritage activities, but I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a more leisurely trip to Jinan.

The front desk service was enthusiastic and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. The location is also convenient for getting around, right above Wanda Plaza. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose Meilun Hotel again next time I visit!

Guest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋
