From the moment we checked in, they proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers, and even gave us a small gift when we checked out – the service was excellent throughout. During the May Day holiday, breakfast was extended until 11 am, which was super thoughtful. The front desk staff was efficient and enthusiastic, and the room cleaning was meticulous. Even late-night requests were handled quickly. The location is excellent, the facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant. Every detail shows care, making you feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wuhan."

"The front desk lady was so kind and upgraded my room, I was so lucky! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside the door. The lobby also offers some thoughtful amenities like sewing kits and earplugs for guests to take, which I really appreciated. The service was good, and the breakfast was tasty too. I especially enjoyed a delicious small apple; it was truly the best apple of my life, but unfortunately, I didn't see it at breakfast the next day. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"Hygiene: Room hygiene is OK, but the smell in the room is difficult to describe. Facilities: When plugging in the charging at night, I accidentally licked a panel on the wall. The room suddenly made a very loud sound of the waves. I couldn't turn it off. The guess was that I licked the panel, but there was no display on the panel. I couldn't turn it off. The sound was very scary in the middle of the night. I was scared to wake up. Called the front desk, came to a big sister, said to turn it off. She looked at it herself and said that the panel was not displayed, and she left after turning it off. I squinted for a long time, I don't know what design it is, but it is really scary."

"This time I came to accompany my child Wuhan for an interview. I was fortunate to book the Zhongnan Garden Hotel. The cherry blossoms in the yard were very good and very beautiful. "I stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄"

The river flows leisurely, ships shuttle back and forth, and the sunrise and sunset are even more breathtakingly beautiful.
