"This hotel was a great stay! It's clean and the room had no strange smells. The service was excellent, and the front desk agent even upgraded my room. It's only a 3-4 minute walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can also walk to Shanhai Pass for breakfast, where the 'jiguanjiao' (chicken crown dumplings) are cheap and delicious. Wuhan Tiandi is also a fantastic area to explore, with a whole street dedicated to bakeries, just a few minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wuhan."

"The hotel environment is still very good, the decoration is very chic, the color is very atmospheric, very quiet, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the curtain shading effect is also good, this is very good for me who has a poor sleep quality, it is worth mentioning that the location of the hotel is quite satisfactory. There are a lot of snacks and supper out of the door, and I am drooling. Unfortunately, I have no time to taste it when I come to the exam. In addition, I have to praise the service attitude of the staff, especially warm and patient."

"The front desk lady was so kind and upgraded my room, I was so lucky! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside the door. The lobby also offers some thoughtful amenities like sewing kits and earplugs for guests to take, which I really appreciated. The service was good, and the breakfast was tasty too. I especially enjoyed a delicious small apple; it was truly the best apple of my life, but unfortunately, I didn't see it at breakfast the next day. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"The Hilton Optics Valley Hotel offered a truly perfect experience! Nestled by Yanxi Lake, my lake view room was spacious and spotless, with stunning views of the lake and trees right outside the window. The custom Hilton bedding was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The turndown service and thoughtful amenities really showed attention to detail. Breakfast was incredibly generous, featuring a full spread of Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and lotus root soup, and the freshly made omelets at the live station were cooked to perfection. Aria provided warm and attentive service, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, responding promptly to all requests. With complimentary parking, high-speed WiFi, and a 24-hour fitness center, the hotel is perfectly equipped for both family vacations and business trips."

"Hygiene: Room hygiene is OK, but the smell in the room is difficult to describe. Facilities: When plugging in the charging at night, I accidentally licked a panel on the wall. The room suddenly made a very loud sound of the waves. I couldn't turn it off. The guess was that I licked the panel, but there was no display on the panel. I couldn't turn it off. The sound was very scary in the middle of the night. I was scared to wake up. Called the front desk, came to a big sister, said to turn it off. She looked at it herself and said that the panel was not displayed, and she left after turning it off. I squinted for a long time, I don't know what design it is, but it is really scary."

I didn't understand it. Normally it is not in the morning. Is it being cleaned? And I didn’t sign up and didn’t tell the front desk about it.) I said no need and the aunt opened the door directly. I was so shocked that I said it doesn’t need to be too scary. Forcing the door to open is really a ******** attribute. It’s so exaggerated that it scares me to death. I feel helpless when I encounter someone like this."
