The price is reasonable, and the facilities are quite comprehensive, making it a top choice for value for money. Of course, if you're looking for luxury, this might not be for you."

"Bringing my family and kids to Dalian for the May Day holiday, choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! Our entire experience was fantastic. We're a big family, so we had a lot of luggage when we arrived. Lisa immediately greeted us with a smile at the hotel entrance and enthusiastically helped us with our bags, not showing any signs of annoyance. She was incredibly patient during check-in and great with the kids. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully arranged a quiet, lower-floor room away from the street, and she even made sure it wasn't near the elevator to avoid noise at night and ensure a good rest. She was more considerate than we were ourselves! The moment we walked into the room, we were super pleased! The hygiene was impeccable. What truly touched us were Lisa's thoughtful details, every single one of them hit the mark! When we checked out, she even gave us a little gift that the kids absolutely loved. She told us where the nearby supermarkets and convenience stores were and even drew a simple map for us. Knowing we were visiting Dalian, she enthusiastically recommended reliable seafood restaurants and family-friendly attractions, even advising us on the best times to go to avoid crowds and the sun – it was incredibly helpful. Getting around Dalian, whether for shopping, seafood, or the beach, was very convenient. Traveling with kids was a breeze. Overall, our stay was truly impeccable, and Lisa's service made our entire trip incredibly enjoyable! She was gentle, patient, thoughtful, and meticulous, always greeting us with a smile and always looking out for guests. She was as warm and caring as family, making us feel so welcomed in unfamiliar Dalian. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Dalian!"

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and had excellent natural light and ventilation. The service was warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The surrounding area has everything you need, and getting around is super convenient. They even gave me a thoughtful little gift when I left, which included wet wipes, a small charm, and hand cream. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my stay. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"Booked 2 rooms on a higher floor to enjoy the city views. Unfortunately there was a noticeable toilet smell in both rooms. Reporting this to the hotel staff we were allocated alternative rooms. They still had a smell but it was less pungent than the others. Having stayed at this hotel a few years ago, its showing signs of tiredness in fixtures, fittings and facilities. We were told the hotel will be refurbished in the year ahead. Breakfast buffet is good with a wide selection of western and Asian cuisines. It gets busy, especially at the weekend. There is a decent sized pool though the changing rooms are in need of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of other 5 star properties in the city. Room rates are currently low to reflect the hotels current situation, as told by a manager when the room smell was reported. Still a great stay thanks to its location and breakfast offering and the room rates. Look forward to its refurbishment in the future."

Whatever requests I had, she always coordinated and resolved them immediately, with a consistently gentle and professional demeanor that put me completely at ease. Thanks to her care, my entire stay was smooth and heartwarming, truly making me feel at home. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, the bedding is soft, and the amenities are comprehensive. The breakfast at the restaurant is diverse and delicious; both the local seafood and the made-to-order noodle bar are highly recommended. The entire service team is well-trained, and whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or concierge, everyone showed great attentiveness. This hotel. "I had a very satisfying stay. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get to various places. There's a direct passage on the fourth floor to the mall, which is entirely dedicated to restaurants and an IMAX cinema. On the first basement floor, there's a supermarket and a florist. I bought live seafood from the supermarket and had the vendor steam it for me to take back to my room – the flower crabs and conches were absolutely amazing. Parking is available right outside, free of charge. The room facilities are great; the shower head and water temperature were perfect, and I used the washer and dryer multiple times. The hairdryer is also high-speed. Overall, everything was ideal."

"The location is good, pretty central. The building itself is a mixed-used building, i.e. not fully owned by the hotel. There appears to be private residents and other tenants. The hotel's front desk is housed in a room located on level 19. The building front desk staff (located at the main entrance on level 1) and hotel front desk staff are kind and helpful. The free to view shows available on the room's tv is severely limited. Room cleanliness is ok considering the price point. We found a used spoon and a piece of leftover crisp under the room's table, and the kitchen cupboard's are dirty inside. The cleanliness of everything else is acceptable. The bed is comfortable too. So if you're looking for a cheap place and relatively comfortable place to stay, I would recommend it."

It was perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and the city lights in the evening. The room featured a simple yet elegant modern design. The twin room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable rest. In terms of details, the mirrored wardrobe, embedded lighting, and the well-maintained wet/dry separation in the bathroom were all impressive. Basic amenities were comprehensive, and the air conditioning ran quietly, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The location is a major plus, being close to the Zhongshan Square business district, making transportation very convenient with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the check-in process was smooth, and responses were prompt. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business travelers and tourists, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. In short, it was fantastic! I highly recommend everyone to stay here."
