"I stayed for eight days and I'd like to specially commend the cleaning lady. She noticed we had a child and made sure to change our sheets and vacuum every day. I remember one day we went out for an hour, but it was too hot, so we came back to rest, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned. I thought the housekeeper hadn't told the cleaning staff, so I called the front desk to inquire. The housekeeper also said she'd coordinate the issue immediately. My husband was a bit upset then because, on one hand, the child needed to sleep, and on the other hand, we had specifically told the housekeeper we needed the room cleaned before we left. Later, when the cleaning lady arrived, she immediately said it was her fault and emphasized that she had gone for her meal, not because she was too busy. After her meal, she rushed to do a thorough cleaning, which is why she didn't clean our room immediately. The housekeeper had mentioned it to her initially, but she thought we wouldn't be back so soon. I think the cleaning lady is a responsible and accountable person who doesn't push problems onto others; she owns up to them. Therefore, I hope the hotel can commend her. She's responsible, accountable, thoughtful, and considers the guests – a truly excellent employee. And please pass on a message to her for me: from room 3702, who stayed for eight days, I wish her good health and smooth work! Also, the hotel facilities had a few minor issues, but the staff resolved them quickly. Every time I told our housekeeper, Riley, to clean the room before we left, it was only this one time it wasn't done on schedule, but Riley still resolved it quickly. Our experience at InterContinental Dalian was truly great."

"The space, cleanliness, location, and price were all quite good, and I was very satisfied. The overall value for money of the stay was excellent! However, I was unfortunately scammed by the day trip vendors right outside the entrance. A man enthusiastically offered to help with my luggage, and I thought he was assisting with check-in. In reality, he was trying to sell a Dalian Port day trip for 58 yuan. This money was a commission for the tour agency. Most of the time was spent at paid attractions, watching poor-quality performances, and taking a dilapidated sailboat out to sea (which normally costs 50 yuan per person, but they charged 260). The guide constantly pushed sales throughout the trip, which was incredibly annoying. They kept asking for more money, and the attractions we visited were all rather unappealing. It seems the guesthouse allows this tour agency to set up stalls right outside. This was the only downside. Avoid this at all costs – don't be tempted by the seemingly cheap offer."

"This large family room is a fantastic deal! It has two big double beds, easily accommodating 4-5 people. It's perfect for an older couple who prefer separate beds, or a young couple with two kids – plenty of space to roll around on the beds and have fun. It comes with a large refrigerator, big enough for all your fruits and vegetables, and a drum washing machine for laundry anytime. There are at least 10 hangers too. The sunset views from the 32nd floor are absolutely stunning, and you can even see the high-speed trains at Dalian Station! Shopping nearby is incredibly convenient. We ate the 'Yikouxiang Baozi' from Dalian Department Store every day and never got tired of it. It's also easy to get to the Kunming Street morning market. Line 2 of the subway is right outside the apartment building to the left, making it super convenient to get to the North Station without any transfers. The value for money is definitely high. My friend from Dalian came to visit and was surprised to find such a great big apartment in this prime location; his son's family wants to stay here when they return to Dalian for Chinese New Year."

"The hotel is located within the Furama International Apartments, and I was thrilled with the free upgrade to a sea-view room for my four-day stay. It's super convenient being so close to the Qiyi Morning Market; I could buy fresh cherries every day! Taxis to all the main attractions were quick, so it definitely feels like a city-center location. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!"

"The room was indeed quite old. Breakfast was good, but the facilities were also outdated and could be renovated. The lighting was dim, so overall it was just average for the price. It's suitable for business travel. The bed and bathroom were quite nice, as expected of a long-established five-star hotel. However, the facilities and lighting could be improved."

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and safe, with plenty of attractions and dining options nearby, and excellent amenities. Our family felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay. "Good day to all travelers! Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, we chose these apartments. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The rest is calm and pleasant. A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!"
