Sofitel is a bit of an older building but service more than made up for it. The front desk was nice enough to upgrade my room, the lifeguard at the pool was very polite, as well as the gym front desk. Overall service was fantasic. I’d say 4 bottles of water per room might be nicer instead of 2? I drink a lot of water. But I had a great stay.

This is a beautiful hotel; all service personnel are friendly, efficient . We will not hesitate to use it again for our next trip.

15 minute ride from nanjing station. Lake very close easy to access. Easy and quick checkin they do speak English. The buffet breakfast on the 20th floor is worth it. Great view.

The location is ideal. It is close to the Min Guo architecture area. It is also within walking distance of local restaurants, shopping malls, and bookstores. A valuable choice. Service with smiles. 😊 Cons: The sound insulation is poor. 😔

The hotel’s location is ideal, with key attractions just a few kilometers away. The gym is well-equipped, which was a big plus for me. However, my stay didn’t quite meet 5-star expectations. Check-in took longer than it should have, and I was initially given a smoking room despite requesting a non-smoking one. The smell was unbearable, but the staff did resolve the issue by assigning me a different room after I asked. The room itself was fine, clean and functional, which is the most important thing. While the service had some hiccups, the price is reasonable for what you get. I’d still recommend this place for budget-conscious travelers, just don’t expect a luxury experience.

Nanjing Jinling Hongqiao Hotel has ample parking and free parking. The front desk service was professional, and the room Xiaofan arranged was nice, with large, clear windows and a lighted makeup mirror. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and transportation nearby. I've stayed at this hotel many times and was very satisfied with my overall experience. The front desk offers free luggage storage. The service is efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was the right height, and the space was ample. The room was spacious, a small one-bedroom suite, and the restaurant downstairs was clean and reassuring. The front desk service was friendly, providing free shopping bags and transportation maps. The room had great lighting, a large, high-definition TV, and one-touch screen mirroring. The robot delivery service was excellent, the blackout curtains were excellent, and the smart toilet was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was varied and comprehensive, and every stay was excellent. They take great care of their regular customers, and they give it a five-star rating.
