I recently stayed at Vienna International Hotel and I have to give it a five-star rating! There is a shopping mall downstairs, and you can meet your dining and shopping needs in a few minutes' walk. The location is great for business trips and tourists. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They actively handed over warm flower tea when checking in, and also kindly informed the surrounding traffic routes. Special thanks to the girl at the front desk. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, toiletries are complete, and the shower water pressure is sufficient! The view is great! The most important thing is free parking!

Excellent hotel with large rooms that are clean and quiet!! With out-of-the-ordinary genuine from the heart exceptional  personalized attentive service provided by the entire hotel staff, especially LV who went out of his way to provide for all of my particular needs. The service is impeccable! Check-in at the front desk is efficient and fast, and also actively recommends local special attractions and food, intimate and professional. The room cleaning is completely free of dead ends, there is no dust in the corners, and the linen is replaced in time and has no smell. If there is any demand during the stay, the staff can respond quickly, and the whole process is warm and not disturbed, and there is no mechanized perfunctory feeling at all.

The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is spacious and bright, the facilities are complete and brand new, the quality of toiletries is good, the reception is intimate, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the overall warmth and comfort, I highly recommend it to everyone!

As a veteran hotel that has been in business for many years, I actually didn’t have much hope, but after I checked in, I found that everything was not simple. First of all, the surrounding environment was not perfect because of the subway construction, but the traffic was very convenient. There is also an underground parking lot of the exclusive hotel. When I checked in, the front desk was not only warm but also very kind. I took the initiative to introduce the surrounding snacks, shopping malls and scenic routes. This kind of humanistic care far exceeds the standardization process of chain hotels: secondly, the facilities of the guest rooms are inevitably a bit aging. But everywhere revealed the maintenance intention, the overall design does not want the current various European-Korean styles of net red style, closer to our traditional red culture, this really makes people feel like returning home! The charm of this old store should be described as ”like a love home on the road, people are practical and reassuring!

I came to Taiyuan to do something. I saw a lot of hotels and finally chose Hanting. When I checked in, the reception was very timely. I proposed the need to not have a head and tail room. The front desk lady gave me coordination in time and specially gave me a room type upgrade. Overall, all aspects are still very good.

Great hotel, new and model facilities, voice control system, wireless charger, offer laundry and gym. Breakfast is amazing, great range of choices. Convenient to hail taxi or didi, close to Wuyue shopping mall. 30 mins to airport. Strongly recommended!
