"The location is very convenient, if you intend to leave/arrive early/late by train, as it is located in the parking lot of the train station. Besides that, the room is modern and comfortable. The bed and bathroom were clean. However there were actual piles of dirt on the floor under the sink area. Please start cleaning that, it seems like the room has never been vacuumed properly."

"I especially loved the view from the room. As soon as I entered, I could see Wuhan Railway Station across the street – a truly delightful and expansive view! 🤩 I was staying alone this time, catching my high-speed train the next day. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the West Square of Wuhan Railway Station to the hotel, so I didn't feel rushed at all. 😗 Besides that, I particularly loved the Lelabo toiletries in the bathroom; they smelled wonderful and helped wash away the fatigue of my journey. What deserves the most praise is the hotel's laundry service. You can either go to the laundry room yourself or ask the front desk to send your clothes in. I simply put my clothes in a laundry bag with a note and hung it on my room door. After the clothes were washed, the staff would hang them back on my door. I really want to thank the hotel staff for this; thank you so much! 💦"

"My stay at Orange Crystal Wuhan West Railway Station Plaza was a perfect 10! The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, answering all my questions promptly, which made me feel very welcome. The hotel's overall decor is modern and sophisticated, with a great sense of design. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-equipped with new and complete facilities, and the soundproofing is also good. The location is excellent, close to Wuhan Railway Station, making travel super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan!"

"I booked this hotel for a high-speed rail transfer. First off, the location is excellent. It's only a few hundred meters from the East Square exit, and there are hotel signs along the way, making it super easy to find. Secondly, it was very quiet at night. I expected it to be noisy with announcements and train sounds since it's near the high-speed rail station, but it was surprisingly peaceful here. Overall, I highly recommend it; it's a very comfortable stay for a transfer."
