Excellent
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is right in the city center. We drove there and initially went to the wrong place, navigating to Atour S Hotel instead. The navigation for this hotel and the Atour S hotel was only off by an 'S', so the names are very similar. I hope they can improve the name on the map. The hotel upgraded our room for free, and the river view was beautiful. The service was also excellent. Overall, a great experience.

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

AAjith M AThis hostel was incresibly good. I wonder why its not having a 10 star rating. Its super clean and well maintained. Dorms are very spacious. Lot of common space , a living area, reading room, resting room. Lot of snacks to buy, water dispenser everything. Very close to the main area that turns into a food street at night after 10. Luckin coffee and many other eateries nearby. Affordable place. 5 mins walking to Pengialing metro station and park.

GGuest UserI traveled some time ago and had a great experience staying there. I must share it! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its grand and elegant appearance. As you step into the lobby, you will find it spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and pleasant fragrance, which will instantly dispel your travel fatigue. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, checked us in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities attentively. The room was even more stunning. The space layout is reasonable and the lighting is excellent. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds. The sleep quality is excellent. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and full of details. The service was first class. Whether it's helping to call a taxi or recommending local attractions, the staff are always responsive and warm and thoughtful. One time I accidentally left something behind, and the staff contacted me immediately after discovering it and kept it properly until I retrieved it. It was so heartwarming. The environment, facilities and services were impeccable in every aspect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

EEthan Matthew HuntI came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

DDaixigongyuMarco Polo Wuhan: An Unexpectedly Great Stay at a Classic Five-Star Hotel **Reason for Choosing:** When booking a hotel, location was my top priority, and the Marco Polo certainly delivers. However, after browsing online reviews, which were a mixed bag of good and bad, I was a bit hesitant. Then I remembered the Hong Kong Marco Polo, a long-standing establishment I’ve always held in high regard. Trusting in the reputation of classic hotels, I decided to go with this one. **Location:** Absolutely unbeatable location. The hotel is right next to the Yangtze River, and just across the road is Jiangtan Park, perfect for a pleasant evening stroll – it has a bit of an old Shanghai Bund vibe. Next to the hotel is Lihuangpi Road, a charming street with many cafes, also reminiscent of Shanghai. The entire riverside avenue features old, historic buildings, and the view of the buildings across the river from Jiangtan Park is simply stunning. **Room:** I booked an Executive Floor room, which offered a view of the Yangtze River. The hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2024, so while the room's layout retains a classic hotel style, the soft furnishings, carpets, and other elements are all new, making for a very comfortable stay. The room size was also quite generous. Many online reviews mentioned issues with the rooms, but I was extremely satisfied with mine. **Executive Lounge:** The Executive Lounge was the highlight of my stay. * **Ambiance:** The lounge boasts excellent river views and a fantastic atmosphere. The table linens and decor transported me back to the golden age of classic hotels – I remember a time when staying on the Executive Floor meant checking in separately at the lounge, enjoying breakfast there for peace and quiet away from the crowded main dining area, and having afternoon tea and happy hour. Nowadays, many hotels cut these services to save costs. We had just come from the Grand Hyatt in Changsha, where they’d even stopped offering breakfast in the Executive Lounge. So, it was truly satisfying to see that this hotel still maintains the high standards and style of a classic hotel. * **Service:** The Executive Lounge staff were incredibly attentive. I can honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in an Executive Lounge at any 5-star hotel in recent years. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to meet every guest's request. A special shout-out to Xiaoxiong (Fairy)! * **Food & Beverage:** The afternoon tea and Happy Hour selections were abundant. The breakfast was even more impressive, featuring an à la carte menu. This truly embodies the customer-centric philosophy of a classic luxury five-star hotel. **Service Philosophy (Special Commendation):** In an era where many five-star hotels have completely forgotten their fundamental goal of “serving guests” and prioritize cost-cutting, the Marco Polo stands apart. It continues to uphold its service philosophy, truly embodying the essence of a luxury hotel. This dedication is incredibly touching and highly commendable. **Overall Impression:** This stay was unexpectedly wonderful. It offered great value for money. All the negative issues I had worried about from online reviews didn't materialize. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, and if they visit Wuhan, especially Hankou, this will be my top recommendation.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

GGuest UserAs a guest of this hotel, I must say that this stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I felt a unique sense of novelty and attention to detail. All facilities were brand new and spotless. The room had no unpleasant odor from renovations; instead, it had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The cleaning was impeccable, evident in every detail. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in check-in. Upon learning that it was our first stay, they responded quickly to any requests we might have. The location is excellent, situated on Jianghan Road, with convenient access to dining, entertainment, and other amenities. This was a near-perfect stay. It's rare to find a new hotel so mature and meticulous. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel! I've already recommended it to my friends, and I wish the hotel great success!
