Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

Staff was very kind during check in. Room in pretty comfortable and spacious. The bathroom kit was very complete and decent quality. Breakfast has a wide range of options both Chinese and western. I wouldn’t doubt to stay here again if I were to come back to Jinan.

The hotel is very clean and the location is amazing. It is very near the the east train station. The room charges is affordable and good.

Great view and nice atmosphere! It took us a little time to find the exact location of the hostel because we did not realise that it shares its ground-floor entrance with another hotel in the same building. Check-in was straightforward: the receptionist was very friendly and showed us around, explaining the basic rules. There are separate rooms for women and men; ours had ten bunk beds and a locker. Extra luggage can be stored in a secure luggage room. Both the room and the bunk bed were very clean. There is a small cupboard and a socket inside each bunk bed. This is very convenient. The room also has air conditioning, but this can be annoying if you have the bed right next to it and cannot agree with your roommates on a suitable temperature at night. In such cases, having a consistent room temperature would be a better solution. There are separate shared bathrooms and showers for men and women, as well as a cosmetic table and washing machines. There is also a community room with a great view, access to a spacious balcony, a fitness area, a coffee/water station, and some other soda and ice machines. The community area has a bar, a home cinema, sofas and tables, as well as a tea corner. This area is great for meeting interesting people. The lake is within walking distance, as is the public transport. Overall, we had a great time there. The staff are welcoming, and there's a family atmosphere. We would choose to stay there again if we visit Jinan again!

Staff very helpful to settle all issues. I like the free laundry service the best. Hotel staff will assist to finish the wadhing and drying process and send to the room. There are many eateries around the neighborhood.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities and self-service laundry, which is very convenient for me who travels on business all year round. The front desk beauty Xiaogu's service was super enthusiastic, and she also helped me upgrade to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. It was my first time staying at the Oriental Hotel, and the price-performance ratio was so high! ! ! The main thing is that the room price is affordable, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with my stay! In short, it is great!

First time searching for this hotel can be a challenge because the lobby is located on the 19th floor. On the first floor, it looks like any normal apartment. Once you get past the first floor shock, what you get is almost full hotel vibes. The ”soft water” that they provided makes your skin feels smooth too.
