Breakfast was simple but fulfilling — a nice way to start the day without feeling overwhelmed. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would return to."

"The location of the hotel is surp! Opposite of the hotel is a fruits shop. Fruits are fresh and value for money! A lot of restaurants around, dumplings restaurants and hotpots are within walking distance. There are different design of rooms available to choose from. Staff’ responses are fast. If they can wear more smiles that will be greater! Thanks to Manager Ying, attentive,professional and willing to take an additional miles and put in our shoes! Thank you. Tatami is not very suited for elders. Loft design is first floor and B1, it’s difficult to get heated in B1, if needed can request heater from hotel. Breakfast is not so attractive but also with a great variety."

"A Hidden Gem in the Hutong! Hutongs have always been my favorite way to explore Beijing, so this time I specifically chose a hotel nestled within one. I arrived late at night during a heavy downpour. The dimmed room lights, combined with the white noise of the rain outside, created such a relaxing atmosphere – it's been a long time since I felt this calm. I asked the front desk for a latex pillow and slept incredibly well that night. The next day, when the sun came out, I explored the hotel. Though not large, its design and exquisite details are clearly very thoughtfully done! The birdcage-shaped staircase, inspired by Beijing's Hutong culture, along with the iconic red walls, makes it striking yet minimalist – perfect for photos! The small clay sculptures in the public areas are also quite unique. The hotel service was excellent too; even with the rain, they were always prompt in responding to guests' needs. Truly wonderful!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Very close to lots of attractions, which is super convenient but also super busy. The hotel itself was clean and spacious. The staff did a great job making sure we were comfortable. Candice in particular was super communicative and accommodating, especially since we don’t speak Chinese. Our room was quite warm so she checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and included many different options. We took advantage of the amenities including the gym which we really enjoyed. The self service laundry was also super nice amenity. All the staff were kind and helpful. Would recommend."

"Overall, loving its convenience in the strategic location. It is within a mall and near several shopping malls and across the road to a subway station. The housekeeping was fantastic, delivering way beyond than we expected! Cleanliness and hygiene was observed to ensure a sleek stay within our hotel. "My wife and I really like this hotel. It's best asset is it's location, just a few short steps away from the beautiful Houhai lake waterfront. Eventhough it's so close to the lively waterfront, it is still set back far enough to be completely quiet at night. We also liked the modern facilities combining contemporary design with traditional Chinese influences. The hotel itself is very new and all facilities are newly installed. The young staff are also very helpful and enthusiastic. Bonus is the pair of plump cats that grace the reception area, and carefully inspect each guest! However, my only concern with this hotel is the other cats who are kept in cages in a side building. I hope the management will allow them more space to roam. Other than this concern, we like this hotel a lot, and will return here whenever we are back in Beijing."
