Hotels near Horikawaebisu Shrine, Osaka

This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby. The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best. The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep. Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!

Everything is was good just the location a bit far

The location was good. The room was adequate in size for 2 persons. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel was nearby the subway station and a supermarket as well. Great area if you want to be away from the loud touristy area.

Location was next to subway and it works till midnşght. There is 7 eleven under hotel. Also starbucks is on the other side. Room was comfy and quiet for sleeping. Aircondition was very good. Bathroom was good. Laundry at 4th floor and around 5 dolar. There are only 4-5 machines so you might have problem on the line . Also my wise and debit card payment didnt work and l couldnt wash. Prepare your coins(100 yen only) check in was smooth. If you find a good price, you can consider it.

The hotel is conveniently located between JR Osaka Station and Umeda subway stations, about a 10–12 minute walk, and can be easily accessed via elevated walkways. In the afternoon, the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, and in the evening there is a free lounge with unlimited drinks and light snacks, which is a great bonus. Guests can enjoy the large public bath both in the morning and at night, with the last entry available until 1:00 a.m. The hotel also provides a wide range of skincare products and amenities for guests, which adds extra comfort to the stay. There are two convenience stores and a drugstore right next door, and just one street away is a lively shopping street with a shrine, making the area both convenient and enjoyable to explore. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

First time in a love hotel, and let’s just say expectations were weirdly exceeded. The room? Actually huge—bigger than anywhere else I stayed during my Japan trip. Came complete with an obnoxiously large TV, a projector for impromptu movie marathons, karaoke setup (in case you suddenly discover your inner pop idol), and a massage chair that felt suspiciously life-changing. Oh, and obviously, a jacuzzi because normal bathtubs are for peasants. They also went hilariously overboard with amenities: coffee, tea, a small pharmacy of cosmetics, and a vending machine dispensing essentials like lingerie or contact lens solution (because clearly, these two things belong together). Yes, I genuinely bought some solution; the machine knew my struggles. Overall, weirdly awesome experience. Would do it again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the room was very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle, which added to the convenience. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful during check-in, providing excellent service. The location is particularly convenient—there’s direct access to the subway station from the B1 floor of the building, and it’s close to all the major attractions. Overall, the experience was very comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Happy to be here Very comfy room and easy to find location

This hotel is okay. The room isn’t too small — as expected in Japan, it’s quite hard to find a spacious hotel at a reasonable price. The price is affordable, and it’s very close to public transportation (Kitahama LRT/MRT). At night, the area isn’t too quiet, but it’s also not overly crowded. For food, they serve bento-style meals. There are 4 set options that rotate on different days. The food choices are limited, probably because of the bento style. The taste is average.

Staff are friendly. Convenient location easily accessible. Walking distance from metro. Close to shopping area. Book a triple room, extra bed takes up almost all the space in the room.
