"stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit and it was perfect for our family. My daughter’s absolute favorite part was the lovely bathtub — it made every evening so relaxing. The room was cleaned every single day, which kept everything fresh and comfortable. One of the biggest plus points was the location: plenty of halal food options and cafés nearby, and just a short walk to Namba, which made exploring Osaka so easy. The staff were truly excellent — always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay extra memorable. Highly recommend Plum Hotel Osaka for families and anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service!"
"The hotel is a muji style stay which allows travellers feel cozy and warm. The team was professional and addressed our requests perfectly, a big thanks to them. Complimentary coffee and chocolate tastes good especially during freezing winter. Location is superb and is walking distance to most places. We would like to stay again if return to Osaka!!"
"Really nice capsule hotel. Easy to go under ground walking to shops and restaurant. Very clean and provided extra pillow. Can't use bath from 9.30am to 5pm, this is too long, not friendly for people want extra sleep in the morning. Also the single capsule bed still can see the light from top at night. Overall is good price and clean place."
"Hotel is located a few minute aways from the train station and other major areas. Its relatively quiet. The staff is helpful- more spaceous compared to my other hotel experience in Osaka."
"Good location, near Namba main station hub... staffs are friendly. One of a few hotels in Osaka where you can use Chromecast app from your mobile device to stream on the tv."
"The hotel has a very convenient location near the station where you can get straight from the airport. But not in a crowded area so it's quiet. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. You have 2 kinds of pillows in the room to choose from. I slept well. Staff is friendly. We were also allowed to leave our luggage till the evening after the checkout."
"The location is great near a train station, near the market Kuromon where seafood are sold in abundance. The rooms are spacious (larger than standard hotels rooms),bed comfy. The children had 2 large single beds. Staff friendly. Will stay longer next time. Will recommend to family and friends"
"A nice budget-friendly hotel with clean rooms and a pleasant stay. It’s slightly away from the main road, but still within walking distance. Other than that, everything was good and I had no complaints"
"Richmond hotel Namba Daikokucho, in my opinion, is by far, one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The guy who attended to my sister and I, when we checked-in, was really helpful. Forgot to ask his name, but he tied his hair into a ponytail. Although I speak very little Japanese, they (the staffs) aren’t afraid to help me when I asked questions like how do I go to a certain place from here. The room is spacious and clean. There’s water dispenser and laundry room on the floor I stayed. Not sure if it’s on every floor though. The area is okay, not noisy even though there’s a pachinko arcade next to this hotel. ‘Kombini’ is nearby, just a 2-minute walk. Overall, I’m truly satisfied with my stay here."

Amazing
GGuest UserVery worth it in Osaka Japan hotel !!! The hotel is impeccably clean, extremely convenient, and offers spacious rooms that easily accommodate four large suitcases. The thoughtful layout and ample space made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both comfort and practicality!
GGuest UserPerfect location, it is only a min away from the train station and next to USJ. Best part is they have a spa that you absolute want it after a hard day at the amusement park!
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Sakaisuji Hommachi station, exit 5. There are Family Marts, 7-11, and 100 yen stores (Seria) nearby. The room is equipped with 2 semi double adjustable beds and a large projector screen that allows guests to screen movies in their room (during rainy days). The breakfast provided was great too, love their breads and pastries. Had an enjoyable stay, recommended 👍
Mabilis mag-assist at very approachable.Perfect ang hotel na ito for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Babalik kami ulit for sure!
HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
