GGuest UserChecked in for a few nights as a solo staycation and really love this property. The room is very well spaced and incredibly cozy. Lobby always seemed organized and absolutely everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Philippine weather has also been at its hottest ever but the air conditioning inside is very reliable. Dying to arrange another staycation here again soonest.

Every staff member went above and beyond to anticipate needs and create a welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was equally impressive—each dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with elegance. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and variety of the food were truly outstanding. This combination of excellent hospitality and memorable cuisine makes Discovery Primea a standout choice in Manila.

The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

AAnonymous UserThis is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here.

The layout was clean and open, and the location was convenient for getting around, making for a very comfortable stay. The overall vibe was fantastic, and it was excellent value for money. I really enjoyed my stay.

UUncle_AhmedThe room was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal. The space is great, but the amenities aren't quite up to standard—an additional wardrobe would be a huge help for guests staying a while. Also, the front gate being occupied by car parking made coming and going a bit inconvenient. One thing that left a sour note: I arrived for an early check-in around 6-7 AM. The counter staff charged me an extra PHP 600. I'm not sure if this is standard hotel policy, but in my experience elsewhere, if the room is ready, it's usually offered as a free gesture of goodwill. That would have made the service feel much more comfortable.

GGuest UserRoom was clean and with just enough space for staycation. Buffet breakfast was good. Though, there were only 2 well functioning elevators serving the whole building. You have to wait long to go up and down. Long queue during peak hours. Also it stops at all floors even if it’s full already. No water was served, and the TV is not smart tv and poor signal on selected channels.

MmoahmadGood location and the breakfast is the best. This time as i stayed more than one day and i complained about my previous stay then they gave me a very nice room.
There is a small pool and gym.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful i think i will definitely recommend you to stay here

GGuest UserGood location. Almost central of everything. Few steps away from malls, convenience store and beauty salons. The building is old and rooms need some enhancements. There is only 1 working elevator for the whole building serving 25 floors. The second elevator is being replaced and will hopefully be done end of 2026.
However, we need to call to make them aware we need the lift so they can go to our floor to get us. The staff are very attentive and friendly and are doing their best to help and make our stay comfortable and easy.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
