The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking. They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants. Nice view at night. I will book again if I’m in the area. :)

The receptionist was very kind and arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated after our overnight flight. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of nearby restaurants and is about a ten-minute walk to the subway, making it easy to access downtown New York. Amenities are well above average. The only minor downside is that there is no kettle in the room, although hot water is available in the main hall.

The hotel was clean and the view from lobby was nice. The room suprisingly bigger than I expected. The mall just below the hotel. Very convinience

Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

It’s a brand new luxury hotel with good staff service.  Room is clean and modern

This hotel was clean and overall I had a very pleasant experience here. The hotel shuttle was convenient and a good location. Free breakfast with a snack table in the lobby that would serve water with fruit inside of it, which was very refreshing.

The room is very comfortable, the environment is very clean, and the sound insulation is good. I will come again!

Great love the breakfast items new rooms clean fresh love the stay only issue there is no parking only valet parking which will cost you 41 dollars per night but  on the street have lot of parking  behind the  hotel safe area  around the hotel cross the road have good resturant which stay open till 2am

The hotel is a at perfect location in the middle of China Town and close to LGA. The room is new and clean. The breakfast is very good
