"The breakfast selection is excellent; however, the exhaust system near the cooking and egg-frying station does not seem to be functioning well. My hair and clothes had a strong smell every morning after dining in, even when I chose a seat in the far corner. We were pleasantly surprised to find a slice of birthday cake prepared for my husband by the hotel. It was a very thoughtful gesture, but I would suggest covering the cake for hygiene reasons, as we were unsure how long it had been left exposed—especially since our room was not ready due to an air-conditioning leak. Although the issue was fixed before our check-in, the water leaked again on our last night. Additionally, it would be helpful to have another receptionist available to assist individual guests during group check-ins. I had to wait for your staff to complete the entire group registration before attending to me. :( Overall, the stay was good. Thank you."

"Great hotel worth experiencing. Good location near Japanese street, Bach Dang river, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace,... very easy to move and convenient. The room is clean, neat and meticulous, with soft yellow lights, full of mineral water, towels and automatic toilets, that's great. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is clean. Breakfast here is great, salmon, beef, chicken or vegetable desserts are all delicious, especially Pho with rich Vietnamese flavor. Finally, compliments for the manager and all the staff, the cleaners, restaurant, receptionist and bellman, they all work well, communicate well and take good care of me and the taxi to get here is also easy with the distance to the airport about 30 minutes. And I will come back here and introduce more friends and relatives. Thank Roseland Sweet and all the staff very much ❤️"

"During my stay at M Village Hotel Thi Sach, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service the hotel offered. The hotel looks exactly as pictured and the room is very spacious for 2. Upon our arrival, the staff are very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage up the small step of stairs. They also had a brief introduction of Vietnam and the area we were staying in. Subsequently, they even sent us some recommendations through WhatsApp. We also requested for another chair in the room which they happily provided. Throughout our stay, the staff were very responsive and helpful and typically repl within a few minutes. The gym and rooftop pool are also well maintained and lounge is really pretty. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thank you so much to the team for the welcoming experience :)"

"Besides it's great location and good cleanliness, the rest doesn't look great. Only bed, cloth wall hangar, towel, table and chair available in the room, very basic amenities. Moreover, it is a self check in hotel. So, there is no reception counter for check in, check out and enquiries. Please be careful that you don't lock yourself outside the room. Because it is very difficult for you to reach out to any receptionist. Even the WhatsApp number does not give any reply. There is no proper notice of procedure of check out sent out before hand. If you don't want to accidentally lock yourself outside the room during the nick of time, don't book this place until the communication problem is resolved. To the hotel, you really need to improve communication with customers."
