GGuest UserThis is the most satisfying hotel service I've ever experienced. The room was neat, organized, and clean, and the bathroom was spotless with no drainage issues. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and originally our room only included one breakfast, but the front desk staff, especially Candy Tan (🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍), kindly provided an extra breakfast every day. We're very grateful! She also showed me how to use their washing machine and dryer. What's more, after I put my clothes in for a 30-minute wash and went to grab something across the street, a staff member had already moved them to the dryer by the time I returned. Very thoughtful. The location is also excellent, and getting a taxi is very convenient. This hotel truly cares about and is very attentive to its guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGazze AzriThe owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags.
What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

You can head downstairs for shopping and dining, making it a one-stop destination for entertainment. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with Dongda Road Metro Station just 50 meters away, connecting to Metro Lines 2 and 8. It's only two stops to Chengdu East Railway Station and four stops directly to Chunxi Road, making it super easy to visit Taikoo Li and IFS for sightseeing.
The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms and even has an adorable mascot dog named 'Xigua Di' (Watermelon Patch) who 'works' every day. There's also a 24-hour fitness center on the 36th floor, where you can work out while enjoying city views.
From the moment I arrived, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave me a baggage tag. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the operator, Mila, even contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs, which was very thoughtful. Whenever I had any issues, the staff were quick to help resolve them, making guests feel valued and cared for!!!

EEyes Hung SirThe hygiene, environment, and location were all excellent, really top-notch, so I'm giving 5 stars for that. My biggest complaint is the tiny laundry room. There were only two small washers and dryers, and with so many people using them, I couldn't even wash my clothes until after midnight during my two-night stay. And the dryer? It ran for two hours and my clothes were still damp – absolutely ridiculous! I'm also wondering if the restaurant's tablecloths are washed in the same machines as guest laundry (as shown in the picture). On top of that, there were used takeout containers left in the hallway outside rooms, and they were still there at 10 AM, completely untouched by hotel staff (as shown in the picture). It left a really bad impression. This is just my personal experience and not meant as a malicious bad review.

DDenis#We stayed at this hotel in Chengdu for 5 days, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The location is quite convenient — not far from the city center, yet in a спокойный and quiet area. We were even able to walk to the Financial Center, which was very convenient.
The room was truly very spacious, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. We booked a family room, and it was perfect for our stay. The bed was very cozy, and there was also a working area and a fully equipped kitchen. The room includes a washing machine and a separate dryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and all the necessary kitchenware — which is especially convenient for longer stays.
We also really liked the hotel facilities: a large indoor swimming pool, a kids’ playroom, a pickleball area, and a gym — everything you need to enjoy your time even without leaving the hotel.
Breakfasts were also great — tasty, varied, and served in a pleasant atmosphere. A perfect way to start the day.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice both for short and long stays. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The service was meticulous, and I especially appreciated the alcohol-based sanitizers provided, which made me feel very secure. Although there seemed to be a minor issue with the fresh air system, the overall environment was still comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped, completely meeting my needs. I will choose this hotel again next time and look forward to an even more perfect experience once the fresh air system is improved. It's also very convenient to get to other places, including Kuanzhai Alley.

It's not too far from Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They have a parking lot, and the staff were very helpful with directing parking. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with complete facilities, and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff provides warm and welcoming service, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied.

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
