Special thanks to 小杨，小赵, for their exceptional service in helping us to get around the place and even told us that we forgotten and left a package at the hotel. Really appreciate them going the extra mile to help guests. The hotel is also very clean and it was a great hi-tech experience with their robot food delivery service and in-room robot-automated/assisted lights, TV, curtains, etc. I will definitely book this hotel again next time when I travel there. Location is very convenient, especially near KuanZhai Alley. In the afternoon, there is even free local snacks, and free ”live” music in the evenings. In the restaurant, the auntie manager 梁纪平 is also very friendly and helpful directing us to where the utensils are and all the tasty food available. Overall 5-star for this hotel and their staff! 超满意，超值得！

The staffs are extremely friendly, they explain to you everything about Siguaniang moutain, and advice you where to go, even take you a ride for free to Chenpinggou. Remember to drop off at Chengpinggou (the first stop) if you have a bus from Chengdu to Xiaojin.
The room has incredible view to the mountain in the opposite. There is a public community room that you can chill and enjoy your meal with friends or family. It's about 2.2 km from Chenpinggou (the 1st bus stop from Chengdu)

AAnonymous UserLocated on the East Third Section of the First Ring Road, the hotel boasts a very convenient location for both subway and taxi travel. I must say, their facilities are excellent. The water pressure for showers is fantastic, making for a really comfortable hot shower. The smart toilet is a convenient and hygienic touch, and the entire bathroom was spotless. The curtains are also automatic. Chengdu has been sunny these past few days, and the view from the room looks so warm and inviting. Overall, great views!
Service: The service was also excellent. From the moment we walked in, someone helped with our luggage and offered hot tea. I was very satisfied with the check-in process.

The front desk service was warm and attentive; seeing our group of five, including seniors and children, they proactively helped with our luggage and kindly recommended nearby attractions suitable for both elderly strolls and kids' play. Check-in was efficient and swift.
The room was spacious and bright, with clean and soft bedding. The living room had ample space for the whole family to gather and chat. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient, making it comfortable for both elders and children. The hotel facilities were incredibly thoughtful, not only featuring non-slip flooring and children's slippers but also providing a kettle and tea set to meet everyone's needs. The high-speed WiFi was stable, perfect for kids streaming shows and adults getting work done without interruption.
The location is also superb. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the local market and snack street, making it super convenient to buy local specialties and try authentic foods. There's also a park nearby, just right for walking the kids after dinner or accompanying the elders for a relaxing stroll. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with light porridge, refreshing side dishes, and sweets and fried eggs that kids loved. Everyone in the family found something they enjoyed. For our next family trip, we'll definitely choose this hotel again!

MM321187****Our whole family was incredibly impressed with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, Victor's warm welcome made us feel right at home. He not only meticulously helped us with our luggage but also patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, making us feel genuinely cared for.
Our butler, Victor, provided professional service that added so much convenience to our vacation. Whether it was planning our itinerary, recommending restaurants, or daily communication, he consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. What truly stood out was Victor's attention to detail, which made us feel incredibly well looked after.
The entire resort was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The sectional design ensured that guests with different needs could find their perfect space. Although the room facilities were standard, they were exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The hot spring pools had very clean water, and the anti-slip measures on the ground were excellent, making the hot spring experience both enjoyable and safe.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the Chinese dishes were authentic and delicious. While the Western options tasted good, they could be a bit more refined to be perfect. The kids' play area was a bit dimly lit in the morning; adding more lighting would make it more enjoyable for children. The river boating was a huge hit with the kids, and we suggest providing life vests for them to ensure safety during water activities, as children's safety should always be the top priority.
The hotel's car-to-room access design was a blessing for families with elderly members and children, significantly reducing the hassle of carrying luggage. We recommend implementing a one-car-per-room policy and clearly marking room numbers on the ground for parking. This would prevent multiple cars from occupying spaces and ensure a better experience for all guests.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the environment. We look forward to returning and hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standard of service quality.

GGoMan21First, the hotel signage name hasn't changed. Tell the taxi driver ”XIPU- HIDDEN CULTURE HOTEL” and you'll be confused. The original name was ”JIANGUO HIDDEN HOTEL /”. Second, you have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk to the restaurant, and then take the elevator again to your room... I met an old Chinese man who blocked my way to my room... The advantage is that it's not far from the IFS building.

It's in a prime location with easy access, and the room's work area is well-designed with comfortable chairs that make long hours at the desk a breeze. The internet is stable and lag-free. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The service team proactively offered local guides and taxi services, and printing documents was super fast. While there's no mini-fridge, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Five stars! The front desk lady provided excellent service, offering a coffee voucher with three choices. There's also a robot in the lobby that delivers food to rooms, and the concierge service is available 24/7. Highly recommend!

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
