Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi
The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography
we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm
Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-)
The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help
The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful
Overall we had a great time here thank you

Whenever I visit Nanjing, I always choose this place. The location on Hongwu North Road is incredibly convenient, saving me time and hassle getting around.
The quality of the stay is consistently excellent. The rooms are always spotless, and the soundproofing and bedding are as comfortable as ever. The water pressure is stable, making for a truly comfortable daily experience.
The attentive service remains a highlight; things like restocking supplies and parking assistance are always hassle-free. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive and convenient. Each stay is so reliable and pleasant. I'll definitely keep choosing this hotel on future trips to Nanjing.

GGuest UserThis time, our large family of 9 stayed here, and the hotel provided immense convenience. During our stay, there was a minor incident that we didn't think was very serious, but the hotel took it exceptionally seriously, communicating with us face-to-face and by phone multiple times, and even offered us many perks because of it. We were very satisfied! Every staff member at the front desk was professional, patient, and enthusiastic. Our other experiences in Nanjing might have been just average, but our stay at Mercure Hotel left a deep impression and was incredibly comfortable! Thumbs up to you all! 👍
The hotel's location is excellent, with Deji Plaza nearby, just a five-minute walk away. The beautiful environment also deeply appealed to me, and of course, the popular 'Trouble Solver' (Jieyou Suo) was a must-see! 👀

XXavierasyI booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby.
The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt.
The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone.
The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

GGuest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert.
The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high!
The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help!
The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning!

I arrived quite early because I was on an early train, and the front desk staff proactively helped me with my luggage. Their service attitude was excellent, and they even arranged for me to check in early! The price is economical and affordable, and the environment is very clean. It's incredibly good value for money!

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at night and walked from Dongliu subway station. There was no light outside and the road was pitch black, which was scary. After arriving, there was no light and we walked around in a circle. It was not easy to find. In fact, it is located near the southeast of the community and is easier to find during the day. The bed is right at the entrance of the room, and you can hear people coming and going in the corridor. The sound insulation is average. The newly opened hotel is fairly clean. There is a foul smell in the bathroom, I don’t know if it is related to the weather. There is a storefront at the west gate of the community where you can have breakfast. The advantage is the affordable price.
