"I have to commend UrCove by Hyatt Nanjing South Railway Station: Unbeatable location: Right outside the high-speed train station, with intersecting subway lines – no stress for catching your train! Exceptional details: Smart voice control for the entire room + Peet's capsule coffee machine + mini-fridge with free soft drinks. The mattress is perfectly balanced, neither too soft nor too firm, and incredibly comfortable. Amazing service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient. For food delivery, a little robot brings it directly to your room door. The 24-hour gym and laundry room are so convenient. Definitely on my must-stay list for my next trip to Nanjing! "I highly recommend the Pudin Yanxuan Hotel (Nanjing Tongshan Metro Station)! ✅ [Location] The hotel is located 800 meters south of Exit 1 of Tongshan Metro Station and is very close to Lukou Airport, making it perfect for catching flights. ✅ [Front Desk Service] Our family of three stayed here, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively upgraded our room for free, providing a much more spacious bed, which made our experience fantastic. ✅ [Airport Shuttle Service] The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. Before departure, they call to wake you up and remind you of your departure time, so you don't have to worry about oversleeping. The shuttle driver was warm and attentive, helping us with our luggage, and the ride took about 15 minutes directly to the airport. It made traveling hassle-free and efficient. This is my top choice for early morning flights and layovers. The overall service is thoughtful and excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm catching a flight!"

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had great natural light and was clean and fresh. The front desk staff processed check-in quickly and were very polite and friendly. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, making dining and shopping very convenient. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely book here again on my next visit."

"My overall experience staying here was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making for a very relaxing sleep. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were very friendly. All the facilities in the room were new, and the location is great for shopping and public transport. My favorite feature was their delivery robot. I didn't have to go downstairs to pick up my takeout; the robot delivered it directly to my room door. It was fun and convenient – truly hassle-free. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing isn't ideal. I was woken up in the morning by the loading and unloading sounds from a nearby logistics company, which might bother light sleepers. Putting aside this small issue with soundproofing, the hotel offers incredible value for money and is definitely worth staying at."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless: as soon as the car stopped, a bellhop promptly opened the door and offered to take my luggage. At the front desk, check-in was handled with a gentle attitude and detailed explanations. The supervisor even personally escorted me to my room, kindly informing me that I could call the VIP hotline anytime. Room service was incredibly responsive, truly catering to every request. The extra surprise was the 57th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower, offering unlimited drinks, fruits, and delicate snacks throughout the day. From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM daily, a complimentary light meal was also provided. Every detail throughout my stay showed thoughtful care, making me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable."

"The details are commendable. The makeup mirror has a magnifying side, and there are additional coat hooks outside the wardrobe. The front desk lady was super nice, warm, and gentle. She even upgraded me to a deluxe family room with a fridge... it was great! There's a Hema Fresh supermarket on the basement level, and it's right next to Confucius Temple and Qinhuai River. If I had to nitpick: 1. No robot delivery service; you have to call the front desk for takeout. 2. The facilities are a bit dated, and the style is quite simple. It could use more decoration and renovation. 3. The soundproofing isn't great."

"The room was very clean and well-equipped. It's a decent distance from the subway station, and right next to Ke Lane, which has a snack street. I was traveling with my child this time and extended our stay for an extra day. The front desk staff was very helpful and assisted us a lot. Although the entrance looks a bit ordinary, I was very satisfied with the room. After our one-night stay, we had some takeout trash from my child in the room. I told the cleaning lady not to bother with it, but she insisted on cleaning it up. Details truly show quality. Overall, this stay was very good. Recommended."
