"UR Cove is one of the highest quality hotels around Nanjing South Railway Station. I highly recommend this hotel it you are coming to Nanjing South. The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk from Nanjingnan Station and is situated on a commercial building lot. On the lower floors there are plenty of places to eat, get coffee and even get documents printed. The price for the service and quality of the stay is exceptional value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and service orientated. As a foreign person with a very limited Mandarin vocabulary the staff acted with diligence, and patience and found a way to communicate with me effectively ensuring checking was smooth. The hotel added me to thier WeChat and I was able to communicate with them throught this method. I found that when I asked a question, they answered promptly and went that extra step further providing map pins of locations I was asking about as well as photos of the buildings. The customer service experience didn't end there. Having extended my stay after my original booking. I thought I would need to Check-Out then Check-in again, but when I spoke to the staff, they confirmed I could keep the same room.and just renew my room key card. The process was very simple. Now for the facilities. The rooms are modern with tile throughout. They have a smart toilet with Bidet feature, a large generous shower, a vanity basin with a Make-up light for the ladies. There is a desk and a chair in the room which are both very comfortable. The bed is large and spacious although at 180cm I was close to hanging over the end of the bed but that is no fault of the hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable and provides a great nights sleep especially after a long high-speed rail journey. House keeping has been fantastic, they come and clean the room daily and do a fantastic job. The hotel also has a pair.of delivery robots so if you want to order food you can with out any hassles. The overall feel of the UR Cove hotel is that of a modern contemporary hotel with modern facilities and a warm, welcoming friendly environment. There is also a self services laundry and a gym within the hotel so all your needs are met. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This is truly the best hotel choice near the airport, providing exceptional peace of mind. The access control system on each floor adds an extra layer of security. Everything in the hotel is disposable, which is a first for me to see even towels and bath towels being single-use – it really makes you feel safe and clean! Plus, the service from the front desk staff, both the lovely ladies and handsome gentlemen, is absolutely superb. They even offer a wake-up call service in the morning and help with luggage to the room. When I checked out in the morning, a staff member even came to help me bring my luggage to the front desk. The complimentary airport shuttle service also provides great peace of mind, so there's no need to worry about transportation. In summary, it's just really comfortable, clean, and welcoming!!!"

"Traveling to Nanjing, I chose Qinhuai Renjia, and I was truly not disappointed. The Chinese courtyard environment is elegant, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and even provided thoughtful suggestions for local attractions. It's very close to the Qinhuai River, making night tours incredibly convenient and allowing for an immersive experience of the Qinhuai culture. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"My husband and I traveled to Nanjing for 5 days, and we stayed at the Jinling Hotel for 4 nights. Initially, I was worried that an older hotel might be dated and unclean, but after checking in, I realized my concerns were unfounded. We stayed in the Asia Pacific Tower, which is relatively newer and very good, with complete facilities, quiet surroundings, and tidy, clean items. We had two full meals at the hotel. One was at Meiyuan, where the food was incredibly authentic, and the staff were very polite and attentive, quickly approaching to ask about our needs with just a glance or gesture. The other meal was the semi-buffet seafood hotpot on the hotel's 56th floor. Firstly, the seafood was extremely fresh, and the quality of the dishes was very high. The ambiance was also impeccable; being on the 56th floor, enjoying the food while gazing at Nanjing's night view was an absolute pleasure. Furthermore, I must mention the service at the restaurant, especially a young lady named Vicky Xu. She was proactive, enthusiastic, provided excellent service, was smiling and polite, and attended to every request – truly wonderful. She deserves absolute praise!"

"The lake view at InterContinental Nanjing is always stunning. It's beautiful under a bright sun, and even more ethereal and charming on a rainy day, with the majestic Purple Mountain in the background. The service in the executive lounge is noticeably superior to the ground floor lobby, a good three or four levels up. The bathtub in the executive room is also excellent, comparable to what you'd find at the Banyan Tree on the Bund, which costs around 4000 [currency unit]. If I had to pick a fault, it's that the hotel is almost eighteen years old now. Even with excellent maintenance, like someone well-preserved on social security, there are inevitably some signs of aging."

"This is our third time booking this hotel! Every time we visit Nanjing, this is our top choice, especially since our child absolutely loves it. We always have a very comfortable stay; the environment is great and very clean. The owner clearly has good taste – the hotel is beautiful, and the bedding is so comfortable to sleep on. The front desk staff are all wonderful and very welcoming. This time, they even gave us a free room upgrade! The two cleaning ladies were also fantastic and always happy to help. If we get the chance to come back, we'll definitely stay here again. It's so convenient for getting around, and Old Gate East is right outside the door."

"The hotel's exterior design is very stylish. The unique concave and convex marble walls in the lobby are quite striking. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the food at the 40th-floor restaurant is delicious. It's only about a 100-meter walk from the Poly Theatre, which is extremely convenient if you're catching a show. The front desk staff were also very helpful and provided excellent service."

"I stayed for two consecutive nights, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. The king room had good natural light, and the bed was wide enough for two people without feeling too cramped. Although the room wasn't large, the layout was efficient. The guesthouse is very close to the South Station and offers excellent value for money."

"Extremely satisfied with this trip. Facilities: The room was very clean, practically dust-free. The shower room was also spotless, with no water stains. The suite had two toilets and two sinks, one shower and one bathtub. The facilities were comprehensive. (It would have been perfect with a shoehorn!) Service: Excellent. Requests for water or blankets were responded to very quickly. The view from the window was half lake and half city, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a superb vista. The afternoon tea desserts at the executive lounge were exquisite, and the evening snacks were also delicious. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, semi-à la carte style, and the lounge directly overlooked Xuanwu Lake, making for a great experience. This hotel is definitely worth experiencing! I'll come again next time."

"This is my second stay here, and it's still fantastic! The bellboy at the entrance proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff clearly explained all the day's activities. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the kids' activities were really engaging. The pool water was also very clean. Our dedicated housekeeper and Manager Zhou would send us the daily activity schedule, and they were always responsive to our requests. Angel Raina, our butler, patiently helped us with all sorts of issues big and small during our trip. It's exactly this kind of reliable service you hope for when on vacation. The evening variety show left a truly deep impression on us. We hope to meet again here next year."
