Overall, I'm satisfied with the Shilla Hotel, a South Korean chaebol hotel. The hotel and its surroundings, the room's color scheme, and hygiene are all excellent. The restaurant's breakfast buffet is rich and varied, especially the fruit, which is fresh. It would be even better if the flavors were more diverse. Most of the reception staff are quite polite, especially the young lady who checked me in on the first day. She was very kind and understanding, and I'd like to express my gratitude to her. The room service attendant seemed particularly shy and honest. The room cleaning staff, who appeared to be from other Southeast Asian countries, were also quite diligent and polite. In contrast, the service at the pool and buffet restaurant reception was a bit colder. Overall, for the same price, domestic hotels don't offer this level of refinement and experience, so I would still highly recommend it.

The overall service was good, and the rooms were marked with nationality, so Chinese-speaking assistance was available by phone. We could also request a child toilet seat. However, the overall facilities for families were a bit lacking compared to domestic parent-child hotels. There were no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste, so we had to bring our own or buy them from a vending machine. Only two bottles of mineral water were provided per day, and anything extra had to be purchased. Seogwipo City felt better for exploring than Jeju City, and both were about the same distance. Hyeopjae Beach is highly recommended. There was a sashimi place in the complex that was delicious, but Mom's fried chicken was just okay. For BHC fried chicken, the front desk could help order delivery, and it was a 15-minute walk away.

I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel! It was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Jeju Island. **Facilities:** The room was super new and incredibly clean. I really loved the bedding; the duvet was so comfortable! The room is a bit small, but genuinely very new and spotless. **Service:** The front desk staff were all excellent. They kindly stored our luggage, which was very nice. The souvenirs in the small shop inside are also well worth buying. It's extremely close to both the beach and Seongsan Ilchulbong, making it incredibly convenient! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and wellequipped, great value for the price. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view from the balcony was truly the highlight of my stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm side of Jeju.

The service environment is good, the accommodation is very beautiful and the scenery is beautiful. It’s not a bad hotel to visit. I’m satisfied.🤩

I stayed a few nights in Seogwipo, and this location is truly perfect for independent travelers. It's super convenient to take bus 201 (east line) right outside to Seongsan Ilchulbong and Udo Island. Hallasan Market and Cheonjiyeon Falls are also not far. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom worked well, and it was very quiet at night, making it super comfortable to rest after a day of exploring. There are many convenience stores nearby, so it's easy to buy water or get cash. The service was friendly and very considerate of tourists. Highly recommend for a self-guided trip to Jeju!

Hotel is in a nice location. Near many food places and food market. They offer breakfast however should be more classic western options. Just add more western options like sausage (was just once during 5 night stay), sunnyside eggs, some fresh fruits and vegetables and it would be great and perfectly for all. But of course I understand customers are mostly Koreans/Asian so for sure options are enough for them.

Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.

This is a review of the accommodation where I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days with my 1-year-old baby. - The location is in Namwon-eup, Seogwipo-si. If you're planning to visit Jungmun in Seogwipo, it's not too far, but there are no delivery services (Baemin) around. You can drive 20 minutes to a Hanaro Mart in Seogwipo. - However, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven) at the reception, so it wasn't too inconvenient. - We visited Jeju Island during a hot spell, so it was warm. Despite being a resort surrounded by forests on an island where it often rains, I didn't get a single mosquito bite. - The outdoor pool is located next to the reception, which was quite a distance from our room, so we had to drive there. For those traveling with children, getting to the pool might be a bit inconvenient. - However, the indoor heated pool (toddler pool) was fantastic. I didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool. - Many of the staff (excluding the reception) seemed to be foreigners, but their kindness makes me want to visit again. - The cleanliness of the room was good. There were some gaps in the wooden decking of the resort or the floor, which looked like it needed to be tidied up. - Three moms and three babies visited, and having a bathroom in each room was incredibly convenient. - Since it was a separate space from the adjacent resort building, there was no noise. - The kitchenware was also clean and nice. - The parking space was very generous. - If I ever go to the Seogwipo area again, I'd definitely stay here.

During the Mother's Day long weekend, it was incredibly comfortable to stay in such a spacious hotel with three beds and hot shower water, all for just 2300 per night. It even had a dining table and a kitchen island. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was truly comfortable. It's close to Jeongbang Waterfall and Olle Market. The best part is that if you walk uphill, there are tons of cheap restaurants, and the black pork BBQ across the street is also quite good. There's a CU downstairs, but its opening hours are inconsistent. If you turn right when you exit the hotel, there's a local convenience store that's very authentic and has a wide variety of items.
