"First off, their service was absolutely superb! I booked online, and they called me a day before to confirm, even sending over hotel details, transportation info, and a travel guide. Since we arrived in the morning on check-in day and our room wasn't ready, we left our luggage at the front desk and went out. Later that afternoon, they texted us to say our bags had been moved to our room. When we got back, seeing we had a child, they proactively provided kids' slippers and even brought an extra bottle of water while escorting us to the room – truly thoughtful! The room itself was also amazing – incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. The large-format terrazzo-like floor tiles paired with Morandi-colored walls gave it a high-end, timeless feel. The orange padded headboard and the green plants by the window added a vibrant touch to the entire space. The oversized vanity was both convenient and made the bathroom feel more open. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, a smart toilet, and a large rain shower – every detail showed incredible care. The circular light and plant combination by the window created an instant ambiance when lit up."

"We stayed for four nights, and it was a perfect Chinese New Year getaway. There were so few other guests around that it almost felt like Xiamen was uncrowded during the holiday season. While the hotel isn't brand new, the facilities are very well-maintained. Both the standard rooms and suites are great. A pleasant surprise was the spa's hot spring pools – we visited at different times and usually had the place to ourselves, which was perfect for our family of three. Highly recommend for families with children! The hotel service was excellent. A big thank you to our butler, Molly, for her attentive service. We were offered tea and snacks at check-in, and they even delivered our takeout to the room. During Chinese New Year, there were plenty of activities, like lion dances and family photo shoots. I just wish I had managed to book a cocktail session. The complimentary yacht trip with the suite was also fantastic. The journey was about an hour, the yacht was new, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks. We shared the trip with another family, and the lady was a big fan of the Seaseven brand. She even recommended another Seaseven hotel on Gulangyu Island, which I hope to experience someday."

What initially drew me in was the incredible infinity sea view. I happened to wake up before sunrise and glancing out the window, I couldn't help but revel in that serene blue moment! The hotel's location and orientation are fantastic! And the room type and package we booked this time felt like incredible value for money after using them!"

One wall of the room is rock, and there are branches passing through the house. There are steps in the room, which need to be climbed up and down, which is suitable for young people. When the weather is good, you can sit outside the hotel lobby to watch the sunset. Service: The housekeeper service is very good. He took the initiative to contact us a week in advance to remind us to buy boat tickets and sent us a transportation guide to the island and to the island. Neicuoao Pier is closer to the hotel. There is a tourist service center 100 meters left after getting off the boat. Large luggage can be placed at the tourist service center, and the hotel will send someone to carry the luggage. It is better to travel light, after all, the hotel is at a high place and you have to climb a little mountain. "The hotel environment is good, the scenery is great, cars can drive up directly, the super large terrace can see the sea, the boss also upgraded our room type for free, overall it is good. However, there are some small details that need to be improved. The electric curtains in the terrace room are broken and can only be pulled by hand. Some disposable items are not in place. The slippers were sent up by the waiter. We went down to get the disposable bath bag because calling may not be as fast as getting it ourselves. When brushing teeth at night, I found a toothbrush with no bristles but only a handle, but because it was late in the morning, I didn't find the front desk and used the same one with my husband. Overall, the environment is good, and it is also beautiful to take pictures. It is recommended to come when the weather is warm so that you can experience the swimming pool."

"The handsome receptionist was very welcoming, the room was clean and bright, the bed was comfortable, and the stay was exceptionally pleasant – a truly wonderful seaside guesthouse! "This is a very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. The weekend dinner buffet was beyond our expectations especially for that price, it’s a must try thing if you stay at Renaissance. Can say the same about the breakfast, however the coffee could be improved. The only disadvantages could be the location (it’s a little far from all fun places and the beach in front of the hotel doesn’t look attractive for swimming, so it’s only good if you have a sea view room) and the swimming pool is quite shallow (1.2m depth) and small (it’s way overcrowded on the weekend in particular, full of kids yelling, splashing and approaching you if you are a foreigner and screaming HELLO HELLO HOW ARE YOU which is quite annoying). Another swimming pool isn’t a pool at all as it’s probably 0.9m depth and the other one is closed and only available for those who book the room with the direct access to the pool. If we knew it before, maybe we’d consider staying in another hotel. Anyway, we appreciate friendly hospitality and a late check out. It was a good stay overall."

"The owner is a very nice person. She upgraded our room for free. The experience was very good and friendly. The front desk guy was very kind and helpful. He helped us take our luggage to the room. "During the Chinese New Year, I came to Xiamen for a trip and stayed in this B&B for two nights in a family room. The facilities and appliances are all very new, clean and tidy. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom also has a heater and hairdryer. The decoration style is simple and fashionable. The toiletries are very complete, even men's razors are available. There is a fish tank in our room, and children and adults can take a bubble bath when they are tired. The B&B also has disposable bath bags. It can be seen that the B&B is very attentive. The room is also large and the space is not cramped. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is really attractive. It's a pity that it's winter. If you come in summer, it would be so cool. You can go to the beach not far away. It's about 3 kilometers away from Zengcuo'an. You can eat all kinds of food at night. In short, the B&B experience this time is super good. The boss and the sister inside are also very enthusiastic. "We had a wonderful 5-day, 4-night stay at Haiyue Villa, and the experience was excellent – both the seniors and the kids were happy. We booked a package for a waterfront family room in the Aqua Villa area, which had direct access to the pool, making water play incredibly convenient. Traveling in late September, off-peak, meant very few people, and the Aqua Villa area was especially serene; having a whole section of the pool to ourselves was incredibly pleasant. With blue skies, white clouds, and lush greenery everywhere, it was picturesque and full of tropical charm. **Dining:** Our first meal was at the Xiangcha Palace restaurant. The Shacha Hot Pot had a rich flavor, and the taro rice was wonderfully smooth. We had the buffet lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant in the main building, where we'd reserved a window seat overlooking the infinity pool. The food selection was quite extensive, with freshly sliced salmon, and I particularly enjoyed being able to customize my own 'Four Fruit Soup.' Breakfast was mostly at the Aqua Villa Cafe, which was quiet and less crowded. We did go to the main building's breakfast one day, which offered a wider variety. There's a complimentary afternoon tea every day, and we tried three different types: The floating afternoon tea, which you book a day in advance and is delivered to your room. The buffet afternoon tea at the Aqua Villa Cafe, which was themed like a surfboard. And the one at Tianyue Pavilion on the 6th floor of the main building, offering sea views and outdoor seating. **Activities:** We spent most of our water play time at the Aqua Villa. The nearby Little Egret Paradise had a very small slide, but we didn't go to the main building's pool. We participated in the 'Plant Mobilization' activity, where we found 9 types of plants to redeem prizes. We rode the garden mini-train and the rainbow pony cart; the latter is only available on weekends and is an outsourced, chargeable activity. We also experienced the indoor play area, the Little Dolphin Kids' Club, and the wooden boardwalk. We borrowed sand-digging tools and went through a small hotel gate to dig for sand at Huangcuo Beach opposite. **Service:** I especially want to praise the staff's service. The Aqua Villa butler, Xiao Lei, contacted us a day in advance, sending hotel information and activity introductions, and was very enthusiastic and thoughtful in answering our questions. She arranged for us to stay in Building 8, close to the Aqua Villa Cafe, which made getting around very convenient. Upon arrival, the room was already equipped with a bed rail, a step stool, a child's toilet seat, and a dehumidifier. They also upgraded our package's buffet lunch so we could enjoy it daily throughout our stay. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly and kind to children. There's a buggy service for transfers between the Aqua Villa, the main building, and other hotel areas, and requests for a buggy were responded to very quickly. One day, my child's sunglasses went missing. We thought they might have been left at the concierge. When we called, they said they hadn't found them, but promised to check with colleagues in other areas. They called back quickly to say they had found them. Although there was a sign on our room's balcony stating 'no lifeguard or staff on duty at the pool,' there was always a lifeguard patrolling the poolside, who even proactively helped us inflate our own swimming vests with an electric air pump."
