This isn't my first time staying here, and I really love it; the experience is consistently great. The breakfast selection changes a bit daily, always featuring authentic Southern Fujian specialties. There's a wide variety and the food tastes excellent. The room is also very dorm-like, quiet, and the bed is fantastic, leading to naturally high-quality sleep. The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. For example, she'd ask what we wanted refilled in the minibar and prepared turn-down service nightly before we came back (which included a pre-sleep dessert, a floor mat next to the bed, and indoor slippers).

My recent stay at the Kulangsi Resort in Xiamen was nothing short of exceptional. It's an ideal spot for both couples and families looking to unwind. Excellent Hotel Facilities: The facilities are top-notch. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a modern design with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Beyond the room, the swimming pool was a delight, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Every corner of the resort is maintained to a very high standard. Standout Service from 小陈 (Xiao Chen): While every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, one individual truly made our stay unforgettable: a gentleman named 小陈 (Xiao Chen). His service was, without exaggeration, world-class. He was incredibly thoughtful and anticipatory, always seeming to know what we needed before we even asked. From offering insightful local tips to ensuring every small detail of our room was perfect, his attention to care was remarkable. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality and is a tremendous asset to the Kulangsi Resort. Verdict: I wholeheartedly recommend the Kulangsi Resort. The beautiful environment and excellent facilities provide the perfect backdrop, but it's the outstanding service from people like Xiao Chen that transforms a great stay into a truly memorable one. Facilities: The showerhead has a very weak water pressure. Cleanliness: The tables are generally dusty, and the blankets and pillows are not very clean. Environment: Average. There's no elevator, so you have to climb stairs, which is tiring to carry luggage up. Service: Average. Not very enthusiastic.

The room's overall decor is exquisite and creates a wonderful ambiance. The lighting is soft and not harsh, the space is generous, and the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep in. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the blackout curtains work perfectly. The room is well-equipped with a TV, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a separate lounge area. A mini-fridge is also provided, and the hygiene is top-notch. The location is convenient, and I'm very satisfied overall. It definitely deserves a five-star rating! 👍

I absolutely loved my stay at Yunhai Yuxi Hotel Apartment! The room was spotless, so clean and beautifully maintained. It felt incredibly cozy, with a calm, home-like atmosphere that made it hard to leave. The view from the apartment was stunning day or night, it’s something you’ll always remember. What really made the experience special was the owner and the staff at the reception, so gentle, kind, and genuinely hospitable. From the warm welcome to the small thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being cared for by friends. And honestly, for the quality, comfort, and experience, the price is far below the value you get here. It’s a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. Highly recommended I’ll definitely stay again! 🌸

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The room had a large bed and a small bed, which was enough for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children). The environment was elegant and the soundproofing was good. There was also a mini-fridge in the room, perfect for storing fruits and drinks. The kids loved the pool downstairs. The only downside was the TV; it wasn't connected to the internet, so we couldn't choose what we wanted to watch. The hotel's location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining!

Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The room's mattress was very comfortable, the toilet was smart, and there was a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant. The room overall had a great design aesthetic, and getting around was very convenient with a subway station right nearby. There are also many dining options within 500 meters of the hotel. For this price, staying at such a hotel is excellent.

Every time I come to Xiamen, I stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the environment is good, and it offers great value for money. The hotel has washing machines and dryers, which is perfect for families traveling with children who need to do laundry.
