Excellent

GGiuliaThis place is absolutely wonderful. Centrally located, the building is magnificent and our room was a dream (we were also upgraded and our room was on two levels with a nice balcony and a really spacious living area). Staff was really helpful and kind - they also hired a driver for us since we wanted to visit Hanging Monastery directly from the high speed station, before even checking in at the hotel: they took care perfectly of our necessity and the organisation was flawless. I really recommend this place to anybody! you will not regret it!!!

MMarioNon-smoking room was created on the fly for us. Consequently the smell of smoke lingered on in the room. Service was extremely prompt. The person taking care of our laubdry ran up the stairs faster than me. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Limited English language capabilities.

KKaren PhilomenaThe service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. There isn’t very much around the area but the stay was comfortable. The bed could be more comfortable and offer better refreshments in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
