"My flight landed too late and there were no high-speed trains left, so I stayed for a night and took the train home the next day. This hotel is right across from the high-speed train station, which is incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large bathtub. Aside from the slightly dirty glass, everything else was perfect, and I had a very comfortable stay."

"While there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!"

"Since it wasn't a holiday, there were very few people and many activities were suspended. Parents traveling with children should take note of this. The amusement park and pet-friendly areas were still open, but the outdoor water park was closed. The indoor pool was available, and the upside of fewer people was more tranquility. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll have to go to nearby attractions for local farmhouse dishes or eat at the hotel's restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was quite good. Our housekeeper, Chenchen, who was assigned to us upon check-in, was very enthusiastic and always willing to help. The hotel environment is lovely, and the walking trails are refreshing. The room facilities are complete but a bit dated. We even received a souvenir upon checkout, which was a nice touch!"

"This is a fantastic hotel, part of Hyatt's lifestyle brand. The design is relaxed and comfortable, breaking away from the stiff stereotype of traditional star-rated hotels. I stayed in a lake-view room, which offered expansive views. The floor-to-ceiling windows, coupled with a window-side sofa, allowed me to lazily soak in the beautiful lake and mountain scenery."

"We love love love the Hilton! This was our second visit. The breakfast buffet is delicious, the room is big and comfortable, and the views are lovely. Our two boys love the pools and the play areas. Many members of the staff speak English and are very helpful and sweet. Unfortunately the outdoor water park was out of service, which is unfortunate, because we were looking forward to it. We still had a lot of fun at the other play areas though, and will be back."

"The hotel is located in a resort area, and the natural scenery is okay. However, it is too hot in August and is not suitable for wandering around. The hotel has its own courtyard with flowers, birds, fish and insects, which is quite beautiful; The waiter's attitude was pretty good. He asked in advance what time he would arrive, turned on the air conditioner, and had water, juice, and Perrier water, which was pretty good; I would like to complain about the sanitary facilities, but I will only mention two points. When I was drawing the curtains at night, a bug fell on my arm, which scared me out of my mind; my best friend took the toothbrush and found that the bag of the toothbrush had been opened...; Although the waiters solved it as soon as possible, the experience was really not OK. Nature is lovely, but you still need to maintain basic hygiene in the room."

"The hotel is in the 5A-level scenic spot, the nearest 5A to home. Short-distance travel always feels almost meaningless, so I decided to stay in the scenic spot for two nights and find a sense of ritual. The hotel has a superior environment. On the mountainside of Xuedou Mountain, one step away from Qianzhang Rock and Xuedou Temple. The typhoon happened to come on the day of check-in. The black lights touched the hotel. The air had a faint fragrance of grass and ozone, which was very fresh. Awakening under the white noise of the wind and rain, it was amazing, the yard was unique, and it could be seen that the boss spent a lot of energy decorating and repairing. We have no special plans. The front desk Xiao Huang was warm and thoughtful and gave travel advice. We went up the mountain in the morning and had lunch at the hotel at noon. The chef’s green onion river carp was very good. The soup was all eaten. In the afternoon, I slept for the highest quality nap this year, and then continued to go shopping. I went to Xikou Town in the evening and experienced the cold drinks that Fenghua people were extremely addicted to. The next day I went to the mountain to hang out. I was very comfortable and enjoyed a trip."

"Traveling with family during New Year's Day, I have to say that since InterContinental took over, the hardware after renovation is indeed very good. The rooms are spacious, equipped with smart toilets, and I even saw cribs for babies. I want to focus on the service: 1. On the last day, we were in a hurry to leave, and my husband packed the luggage. Men, they don't recognize anything! We left behind a nearly empty bottle of essence water, a newly opened jar of face cream, and a pair of headphones. I only realized the items were missing when I got home. I contacted the butler, who said she would check for me when she was at work and also mentioned that the cleaning staff had already left. The next day, she told me they found the essence water (the nearly empty bottle), but nothing else. My essence and cream were together. If nothing had been found, I would have accepted it, but this is truly hard to comment on. (I've never encountered such a situation in a hotel. At other hotels, even if you deliberately leave something behind, they'll call to ask if you forgot it. I really can't comment here.) 2. We went for breakfast around 10 AM on the second day. We called the front desk, and they said there was no more breakfast. However, when we went down, we saw there was still food, although it was indeed winding down. 3. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the second day. We called and the front desk said it was available. But when we arrived, the staff told us there would be a long wait and suggested we eat out. I asked how long the wait usually is based on past experiences, and they replied that they had only been open for two weeks and didn't know. I'm speechless."

"Our trip this time was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is nestled in a valley that the owner has essentially privatized. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with lush green forests, babbling brooks, quaint bridges, and a variety of colorful flowers. It’s perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Each room is a detached unit, offering guests their own private space and a balcony with a beautiful view. And let me tell you, the food here is delicious! We had bamboo shoot braised pork made with freshly dug bamboo shoots in the morning. It was my first time having such tender and fresh bamboo shoots, seriously, haha! We ended up ordering it for two consecutive days. I’ll definitely miss these bamboo shoots when I go back home! The breakfast was also exceptionally good. The service here is also excellent; the housekeepers are all very warm and attentive! We arrived by high-speed train, and it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi here. The housekeeper kindly arranged transportation for us both ways, and I'm very grateful for that 🥹. It also happened to be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay. After I mentioned it to the housekeeper, he helped arrange a cake for us, making our little birthday wish come true! Overall, the experience was fantastic. However, since it's in the mountains, you might encounter a few small insects in the room. Just call the housekeeper, and they'll take care of it promptly. If you can accept this, it's not a big issue. Lastly, it would be even better if there was a shuttle service at Xikou High-Speed Rail Station, as getting a taxi here during holidays can be challenging if you're not driving yourself."

"The room is large and spacious, with a reasonable layout, attentive and enthusiastic service, fruit snacks every day, free laundry service, and timely and clean cleaning. It would be better if we could put some hooks on the walls of the room and the toilet. In addition, if the large windowsill is an openable window, the room will be brighter and more breathable."
