"Ningbo was the sixth stop on our self-drive tour of nine cities in Zhejiang, and we stayed at the Ningbo Zhongdu New Century Grand Hotel, which we were very satisfied with overall. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the south square of Ningbo Railway Station. For those traveling by car, the hotel boasts a huge free underground parking lot, making parking very convenient, especially for self-driving trips. The hotel lobby has a dignified and grand business style, and the front desk service was warm and efficient. We even received fresh fruit upon check-in. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped. The hygiene was impeccable; the room was neat and meticulous, making for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. Overall, from its convenient location and comfortable rooms to its excellent hygiene management, the comprehensive performance was quite satisfying. It's a perfect stopover point for self-driving tours in Ningbo."

The distinctive musk and cedar notes of 'Another13' pervade from the expansive lobby and public areas right into the guest rooms. Thanks to Ms. Alora for guiding me through the public spaces, where light and shadow constantly shift, expertly designed to be both open and intimate. The nearly ten-meter-high atrium features dark oak grilles as its texture, with natural light pouring down from skylights on both sides, connecting to the ground. To the right, the shimmering lake view is unobstructed. Ningbo Park Hyatt excels at and enjoys using negative space. The overall flow features minimal paintings or decorations, with wooden materials creating a natural sense of luxury through their play with light. A single spotlight on a piece of art at the end of a pathway is enough to become the entire visual focal point. The best view is reserved for the bathroom. While the full set of Le Labo toiletries has become standard, they don't exist as isolated, jarring elements, but are seamlessly integrated into the room's space, which is dominated by wood and linen. Breakfast is definitely a hotel's touchstone. With early summer having passed but 'Xiaoman' (Lesser Fullness of Grain) not yet arrived, the refreshing lake breeze outside Yue Xuan dispels the early heat. Starting with Western vegetarian options, followed by freshly baked 'shaobing' (sesame flatbread) to fill up, and ending with osmanthus tangyuan (glutinous rice balls). "The hotel is located by Jiulong Lake, right next to a reservoir. I booked a lake-view king room, and was immediately captivated by the scenery upon entering. Although it was a bit gloomy and rainy, the mist swirling around the mountains still created a unique charm. For my first meal, I tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The local pork looked fatty but was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the steamed buns served with it were perfect. I do think they could offer one or two more buns to match the generous portion of pork. The mixed fish dish tasted good, but the shrimp felt a bit mushy, suggesting it wasn't very fresh. The osmanthus-scented welcome tea at the restaurant was lovely. The room environment was decent, and considering how long the hotel has been open, the facilities were reasonably well-maintained. However, the bathtub drain is designed to empty directly into a floor drain near the wall corner. The first time I used it, I thought it was leaking, and when draining, a lot of water splashes around the tub, creating a slipping hazard. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The steamed buns had very thick dough, and while pre-scooping the tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) might be convenient, they weren't warm enough and had a rather dry, choking texture. Overall, there's still potential for improvement, and I hope they do better."

"My husband and I arrived in Fenghua on September 15th and checked into the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo Fenghua. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Mr. Zheng (Zheng Shuangquan) at the front desk carefully introduced us to the hotel's facilities and amenities. Later, due to our age, we made some special requests, and he helped us arrange them one by one with the approval of the lobby manager, Mr. Lei. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your care and concern! Furthermore, the hotel's rooms and breakfast restaurant were exquisite, elegant, and comfortable. The cleaning staff diligently kept the rooms and corridors spotless, and the beautiful concierge also provided warm care! [Strong][Strong][Happy] Thank you for your hospitality. "The scenery is really good. On the mountain, the floor-to-ceiling windows open up the rolling hills, and the scenery is delicious. The breakfast environment is very good, there are not many varieties, but it is clean and attentive. The scenery outside the window is beautiful during the meal, and the swallows are flying. It feels good. The outdoor infinity pool is also good, the water is clean and the scenery is good. Usually there are not many people and it is relatively quiet. Many recreational facilities in the mountain are not open to tourists and are not open. The hotel is not easy to find for the first time. You have to drive up from the bottom of the mountain along the right hand side. The sign of the hotel at the fork in the road is not very conspicuous. In fact, it is difficult to find the hotel. Just turn right at the fork in the road. There are no charging stations, and there is nothing to eat or do near the hotel. It is in a village and is surrounded by farmland. However, looking out from the hotel, the scenery is indeed beautiful, and it is pitch black at night. I didn't find a place where fireflies are flying. I read reviews before and said there was no service. Except for holidays and weekends, this hotel is usually not crowded, so there are not many waiters. If you like cleanliness, you can't go wrong. The air at 5 o'clock in the morning is really good and original. , but no mosquitoes. The bath water is quite large and the air conditioner is cold enough. On Monday, we will have a room and enjoy the service of the owner."

"The facilities and amenities were all fine, but many aspects of the service were just speechless. For example, I booked two executive king rooms with balconies for three adults and two children. For two whole days, from the front desk to the restaurant, they kept asking me to pay for an additional half-price child's breakfast. So, could one of my original four adult breakfasts be converted to half-price for a child then? Secondly, I found out that guests on the executive floor could enjoy drinks at the executive lounge, but no staff member informed me of this from check-in. I even傻傻地 asked why there were no drinks in the mini-bar. For a room rate of four to five thousand, not even a simple reminder about a complimentary drink or a proper discussion about a half-price children's meal is just baffling. Other services, however, were excellent, from the room's cleanliness, the view, the restaurant's food, to the service at the recreational facilities – all were very good."

"The B&B I chose for this May Day holiday was a fantastic experience. It's located on Xuedou Mountain, a 6-7 minute drive from Xuedou Temple. The road up the mountain is well-built and easy to navigate. Some tourists parked outside during the holiday, but a space became available later. The staff was very friendly and offered local recommendations for itineraries, which made me feel warm. The complimentary afternoon tea latte was delicious, while the chocolate cake was a bit sweet. I enjoyed the rice noodles for breakfast, and the soup was very fresh. The dinner I ordered was also quite good. The B&B is very quiet, with panoramic views of Xikou and the towering mountains. On clear days, you can even see the sunrise. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on May 2nd and 3rd, so we didn't get to see the perfect sunrise. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The only downside was that the shower was a little small, the water temperature wasn't high enough, and the semi-open bathroom was a bit cold. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B and will return next time I'm in Fenghua."
