"Super place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and modern style. It is about a 25 minute walk to the cathedral area but that's not a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again. I should add, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby by."

"This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's less than a five-minute walk from the train station, and we had no trouble at all with our luggage along the way. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all incredibly nice and provided great service. I was initially drawn to their outdoor dining area, but since it was winter and quite cold, we opted to dine inside the restaurant in the evening. I accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff handled it wonderfully, which left a very positive impression on me. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new, and the bedding was comfortable. The room diffuser also had a very pleasant scent. Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Piazzale Michelangelo at the top of the hill. It's definitely worth visiting for the panoramic views of Florence. Overall, it's a superb hotel with a great location, and the breakfast was also quite good—I particularly enjoyed the fresh kiwi. The transportation is convenient, making it very friendly for train travelers. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice."

"The room facilities were really subpar. The lighting was awful, and the decor felt very rough and unfinished. It definitely didn't live up to a 4-star standard. However, the public areas and service were pretty good. The breakfast was terrible. The pool had a nice view, but it was way too crowded, and it seemed like most of the people weren't even hotel guests, just freeloaders. As a paying guest, I didn't even get a chance to enjoy a drink by the pool."

"This hotel's rooms are incredibly beautiful and clean! They provide a wide array of disposable amenities, including slippers and body lotion, which is quite rare for European hotels. Our room even had a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool downstairs and the surrounding trees. While breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, the variety was impressive, even featuring honey with a honeycomb. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very helpful. A thoughtful touch was the free long-handled umbrellas available for guests, especially since it happened to be raining during our stay. The only real downside is that, despite being close to Florence train station in a straight line, the walk from the station to the hotel is actually quite long. Plus, exiting the Florence station involves going down a set of stairs, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. This made the walk to the hotel feel even longer, especially with intersections where poor signal made maps unclear and it was easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. The internal environment is very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are patient and polite. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The price is truly excellent value for money."

"Facilities: The room was quite spacious, with a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge. They provided 2 complimentary bottles of water, and the TV was a smart TV that supported screen mirroring. Cleanliness: It was very clean. As long as you don't put the 'do not disturb' sign on your door, they'll clean your room automatically every day. Environment: It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop which goes directly to Piazzale Michelangelo, saving you the effort of climbing hills. There's also a tram stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is very large with many, many rooms, and it seems to attract a lot of young people, so it can get quite noisy late at night. The soundproofing is decent, but if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Service: You can store your luggage for free, and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel's location is quite remote, with almost nothing around it. If you're a tourist, it's very inconvenient. The description mentioned that taxis are easy to find, but in reality, it's not that convenient and quite expensive. I couldn't hail a taxi at all, and for Uber, since Italy doesn't seem to allow regular cars for Uber (only premium ones), it's not easy to get one either. You often have to wait ten to twenty minutes, and the price is usually around 70 euros. A round trip would be 140 euros a day. If you add that cost to the room rate, you could easily book a much better hotel in the city center, which would also be convenient for sightseeing and likely offer a better breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel, I'd say, is just average and doesn't quite match its star rating. However, if you're traveling for business, it might be a good option. Out of 100 points, I'd give it a 70. I wouldn't really recommend it to tourists."

"The hotel is right next to the U.S. Embassy, so it is a safe area, a bit far from the historical center, 20-30 minutes walk, the lobby is very beautiful. The room is very spacious, equipped with a modern, discreet refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee bags, a bidet in the bathroom, a bathtub, a beautiful mirror, lighting in the modern interior, very quiet air-conditioning, the dream of a large bed, The hotel soap tastes good and the electronic key is safe. The swimming pool on the top floor is not big, so you can enter the water a little bit and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast is rich, American or Continental, there are several huge coffee machines, there are many kinds of savory, croissants, bread or sweets. All in all I highly recommend, the price is cheap, the quality is impeccable, I will definitely come back!"

"Facilities: I was quite surprised by how large this hotel is; it has two buildings, a pool, and a gym. However, it's essentially set up like a youth hostel. The room had a balcony, but it was connected to the adjacent room, which meant a lack of privacy. Environment: It's located by a road, with a bar across the street that stays open quite late. It can get a bit noisy with young people gathering there. Service: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You can't check in early if it's outside these hours, and there's a charge of 3 euros per piece if you want to store your luggage after check-out. Cleanliness: Generally acceptable! It was cleaned daily. Florence isn't a large city, so most places are within walking distance. It's very close to the Central Market, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat."

However, the location was far from the city center, and there were no convenience facilities such as a mart or restaurants nearby, so it was inconvenient to use. There is a bus to the city center, and the bus stop was close to the hotel. There is a free outdoor parking lot, and 10 euros is required to use the underground parking lot."
