The hotel's location is fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to almost all the attractions like Suochengli, Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, Fisherman's Wharf, Yangma Island, and Penglai Pavilion. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady – she was incredibly kind and responsible. The hotel breakfast was freshly prepared, varied, clean, and delicious. All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back!

This hotel undoubtedly deserves its reputation as the top-tier hotel in the area. The environment is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with superb amenities; they're very warm in winter, the beds are comfortable, and most importantly, the pillows are the perfect firmness, including slow-rebound foam pillows – they truly understand what travelers need most when staying away from home. I especially loved the hotel's Japanese restaurant; I ate there almost every meal, and the food was excellent. The lobby is spacious and bright, where guests can relax comfortably, and the staff are incredibly attentive, bringing water to guests. This hotel truly makes you feel at home.

As spring comes and flowers bloom, there are more days for business trips. I brought my clients to Yantai for business trips and stayed at Tianyuewan Hotel again. Although it is not a new hotel, it is well maintained, especially the surrounding environment and breakfast are good. It was the spring equinox, and the store thoughtfully made some small ideas in the room, which surprised foreign customers. It was the first time for customers to stay, and they still liked that they could go to the beach when they went out, and they all got up early to take a walk. The small links are also constantly growing. Previously, the feedback that the front desk did not show the bill when checking out foreign guests easily caused poor communication. When the newcomers checked out this time, an old employee behind them whispered to remind them of the water bill. Overall, it is a good choice for business and family accommodation.

The service was really warm and welcoming. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, staff were greeting us and asking if we needed any help. The front desk even proactively told us about the hotel's kids' activities. The room cleanliness was okay, but I'm not sure if it was because of high occupancy, but the room cleaning really lagged behind. The mini-bar wasn't refilled; we had to call for it. On the second day, the room cleaning only happened around 3 PM after we called. They said they prioritized cleaning check-out rooms, which caused the delay, but that still seems a bit too late. The hotel's parent-child activities were a big hit. Baking cookies and painting plaster dolls – my kid had a fantastic time. However, the hotel pool was also being used for swimming lessons, making it way too crowded. My child didn't even want to go in. You can get to Golden Beach by walking through the garden, which is great, but unfortunately, there's a lot of moss now. At low tide, the beach turns into a grassy field...

During the May Day holiday, all the hotels I had collected were out of rooms, so I found this hotel by chance. The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, the staff is very dedicated, and they have a strong sense of proactive service. It is also very convenient to shop at restaurants near the hotel. The morning was very rich, and they took the initiative to send a breakfast to the children. The facilities in the room are good, the only regret is that the refrigerator in the room has no power supply and cannot be used normally. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible.

Opened in 2023, the facilities are quite new. I really like the hotel's name, the in-room music, and the architectural design. It's a bit far from the beach, and the beach itself is rocky with no sand, but the hotel makes up for this by allowing guests to use the pool at the neighboring Westin. Please note that you must bring a swimming cap to enter the water, otherwise you'll have to buy one for 49 or order one for delivery. I really liked the room layout. The bed facing the floor-to-ceiling window is something I haven't seen in other nearby hotels, which is a big plus. At night, you can see the lights of the nearby 'center' building. The bathroom has a three-part separation, and the toilet stall has a sliding track door. Both this sliding door and all the drawers have soft-close dampers, which is great. The TV can access TV channels and is connected to the hotel's Wi-Fi, but you have to log in to the hotel Wi-Fi, so connecting to it is essentially useless. The TV has an HDMI port, so I recommend guests bring devices like a Nintendo Switch to enhance their vacation. There's a seemingly random speaker that supports both Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack, but you need to bring your own Type-C power supply. The elevator with the missing letter in the picture belongs to the Westin next door. There were staff at the entrance who helped take our luggage out of the car, which was very much appreciated. I had a very pleasant stay, so I'm writing this detailed review and would be happy to stay here again.

Traveling to Yantai, the Westin Hotel truly enhanced my entire trip! From the bellman opening the car door and handling my luggage, to a lovely lady gently taking my bags in the lobby, and then the delightful woman at the front desk who warmly assisted with my check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly attentive. She kindly and clearly explained the operating hours and locations for both the executive lounge and the breakfast buffet. Furthermore, my experience at the Yun Ting Chinese Restaurant on the third floor was exceptional. They deeply respect guests' privacy, avoiding excessive disturbance, yet their service details are outstanding! They even suggest packing up any leftover food to take back to the room, which I really appreciate. My overall experience in Yantai was perfect – hospitable Shandong, beautiful Yantai! I will definitely stay at the Westin again next time!

However, the hotel facilities are aging and the summer peak has just passed, so the hotel hygiene and facilities are really not good.

The gym has a table tennis case, 15㎏ dumbbells, dumbbell stools. It is recommended that the multi-functional equipment in the gym can be thrown away, it is too tasteless, and it is not much money to get a professional point. The gantry frame is professional. The gym is too short. The pull can't go up, and the equipment can't do the pull. Will go here again next time. Also a suggestion, the water cup is basically no one uses, you can change to a disposable paper cup, this is also to see other hotels with paper, as a customer I think it is very good.
