This inn left me with a very good impression. Seeing that I had elderly people who needed care, they upgraded my room type. The room decoration style was what I liked. The comfortable environment in the public area was suitable for tea and chatting. There was also a Steinway piano. Friends with strong hands-on ability could come and experience it. There is a large platform on the sixth floor, where you can see the beautiful scenery of the old city. It is very convenient to get to Heyuan Pishi Street. It is very convenient to walk to the Huaiyang cuisine. I am also very satisfied with the warm service. It is very suitable to bring my family here. Even if I am away, I still feel at home.

An ideal hotel with one courtyard, one living room and two bedrooms, where the whole family can live alone, with good privacy. The banana trees in the yard are so eye-catching that they even bear fruit. The living room has plenty of sunshine. The family can sit around the Eight Immortals table to bask in the sun and chat. It feels like my hometown when I was a kid. The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very talented in painting the scenery in the courtyard and decorating the interior with great care. I booked a room for the elderly in my family. The elderly responded that the hotel was very clean and the service was very good. The room was new, fully equipped, and the room service was fast. There was also coffee in the lobby. The elderly were very satisfied and stayed for another night.

Service: From the moment we stepped in, the staff rushed to open the glass door for us, and did so everytime we go in or out. Check in & check out was fast and hassle free. We were upgraded to a better room with king bed. Only hotel where we were given 2 key cards automatically. Facilities: Except for the outside facade, all facilities were new and good including room and lobby. Bed, pillows, quilts, towels etc were clean and in very good condition. Everything, including decor looks new. Room slippers, bathroom slippers provided. Only hotel who gave us 4 bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping. Good water pressure and heated. Breakfast: Chinese buffet, good and adequate. Cons: Although 4 clothes hangers provided, wall hooks for clothes in bedroom and bathroom would make this a perfect hotel, but sadly missing. All in, a very good hotel and value for money.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the old town center and right next to the small crook in town, connecting lots of very cute coffee shops and cool bars. Very convenient! It's next to a large road but the noise was not too much. The service was outstanding! The staff was so helpful in giving advice on how to best get to sightseeing spots and went above and beyond with any issues I had. Truly outstanding! Unfortunately the room was a bit dirty. I'm not sure if anyone ever cleaned underneath the sink. The rest of the room was fine though.
