"I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, so my review should be quite insightful! **Excellent Location:** The subway station is right downstairs, with direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports. There are also many options for getting around the city. If you have luggage, I recommend using the B3 exit, which has a direct elevator; otherwise, you might question your life choices, as many subway exits in Japan are stairs. You can see the Tokyo Skytree right outside the hotel. Downstairs, there's a large Life supermarket where you can buy sushi and sashimi to enjoy in your room. The fresh milk is incredibly delicious and affordable – highly recommended, a must-try! Besides the supermarket, there's also a shopping mall next to the Skytree, featuring Uniqlo, Zara, Onitsuka Tiger, and Loft (from stationery to cosmetics, they have everything). There are also plenty of restaurant choices! **Hotel Service:** The staff are very friendly and speak fluent English. Although the rooms are small, they are very clean. Typically, rooms are cleaned every 3 days, but they offer daily towel changes, bed tidying, and trash removal. Of course, if you want daily full cleaning, you can select that option on the TV! The in-room TV is also a major source of information, providing Wi-Fi passwords, weather forecasts, and more! **Hotel Breakfast:** It's predominantly Western-style, with delicious food and a wide variety of choices. The salads and fruits are very fresh, the milk and coffee are great, and the pastries are tasty. There's even ice cream and a DIY waffle maker, which many guests love and sometimes requires a short wait! Japanese rice is famously expensive, but here it's unlimited. Pairing it with curry provides plenty of energy for the whole day. Plus, they have salmon for breakfast! The cheese toast is a must-order. I ate so much every morning that I sometimes skipped lunch. You absolutely *must* buy the breakfast! Don't say I didn't warn you – this is a steal you shouldn't miss. You can practically leave all your toiletries at home and use the ones provided by the hotel, which are from Pola. This frees up space for all your shopping, as Japan is a great place to shop, with favorable exchange rates and tax-free options!"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station Exit 35. From Haneda Airport, you can take a bus directly to the Sunshine City bus stop. The hotel staff, including the front desk and restaurant, were all excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. On the 15th floor, there's a hot spring bath, with Yakult available in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. The ice cream was really good – on our first day, we foolishly bought ice cream at the supermarket, but after that, we just waited for the complimentary evening ice cream! Oh, and there's free ramen available after 9:30 PM. Everything was great, apart from the small room size."

"The room wasn't huge, but it was fair for the price. At least it had a separate shower and toilet. Even though I didn't request housekeeping, the staff consistently hung fresh towels on the doorknob every day. The hotel's location is pretty good; though it's a bit of a walk to the subway, there's a bus stop right outside, and it's only four stops to Ginza. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a Family Mart across the street. I'd definitely stay here again."

"ELE Hotel is such a lovely place to stay in. It's hidden in a quiet area so you don't have to worry about noisy streets at night! The room is perfect for solo travellers. I was expecting a small and tight room, however the room was so spacious that i could even fully open my luggage. From my Hotel room, I could see Tokyo skytree and it's such a treat:) I felt really safe here as a solo female traveller. The Hotel provides laundry at a charge and it was so convenient. The nearest train station is 5 mins away which is not too far. Downsides were: 1. there was no bottle water in the room 2. there was a funky smell that came from the toilet. However, taking into consideration all the amazing stuff mentioned above, I will still recommend this place to others and even stay here again when I visit tokyo next time:)"

"I was on a business trip, and my company is in Toranomon, so I booked this hotel because it's within walking distance. It's conveniently located, just a short walk from the subway station. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member who was very warm and considerate, which added a lot of comfort to my tight schedule. Although the room wasn't huge, I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and a washing machine. I paid extra for breakfast but didn't get to eat it due to my packed schedule. I feel like I'd want to book this place again even if I'm traveling for leisure next time!"
