The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and provided thoughtful service, including airport shuttle transfers. It's perfectly suited for layovers or catching early morning flights. Highly recommended!

Blindly picked this hotel for a short trip and my experience exceeded expectations. The environment is serene and quiet, with lots of greenery which is very calming. Housekeeping was meticulous; no water stains in the bathroom, no hair on the floor. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even delivered takeout right to my door. The room facilities were well-maintained and looked brand new; plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a good rest after a long day. Super value for money!

The overall decor was simple yet cozy, and the bathroom was fully equipped with disposable toiletries, which felt very hygienic. Love the location, the metro station Yangang has line 11 and GF line which connects you most places of interest. The apt room is clean everyday and the staff are really helpful at the desk. There are plenty of food choices at exit B of Yangang station and the streets around the area..

Convenient downtown location, with Gangxia C exit metro station right downstairs offering direct access to the entire city, making travel a breeze. The apartment-style room is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, and the toiletries are excellent. The room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and doesn't feel cramped. It was also very clean.

The room was pretty decent and clean, and the staff was nice to give me a bigger room as I've got 3 pax. The only 2 issues are the Wifi is very bad, basically no connection even when Wifi connected. Also, you got to pay to watch the TV channels! This is the very first time I am encountering such thing for a hotel. They only allow you to watch for free for first 5-10mins, then after a payment QR pops up. I am talking about their normal China TV program, not those Disney+ or Netflix channels. CCTV, jiangsu channel etc you got to pay. As such, I will not return to this hotel next time, as basic local TV program should be a complimentary item in a hotel. 看普通当地电视频道也要钱，这个我不能接受。

The rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful view, perfect for staying with family and friends. The accommodation is conveniently located and accessible by both the subway and private car. Close to various restaurants and shops. The owner and caretaker provided excellent service. They arranged everything we needed. If I have the chance to go again, I will choose to use their services because it's great value for money.

First time staying at the Regal Riverside Hotel in Sha Tin, and my experience completely exceeded expectations! The decor is simple, elegant, and high-class. I was a bit worried about a new hotel having a smell, but my concerns were totally unfounded; the room was fresh, clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was just the right firmness – I slept incredibly soundly and comfortably. The front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly and approachable. They patiently helped with any issues, providing excellent and thoughtful service. Overall, my stay was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Genuinely great!

My stay here was excellent. The hotel is very close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, making it super convenient for travel. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou or catching a flight.
