The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and provided thoughtful service, including airport shuttle transfers. It's perfectly suited for layovers or catching early morning flights. Highly recommended!

This is our go-to spot for a couples' date, the atmosphere is simply amazing. The courtyard environment is fresh and lovely, perfect for a relaxing stroll after dinner. The entire place is sparkling clean, with no hidden spots or stains. The staff provides just the right amount of service – attentive but never intrusive, respecting our privacy. As for the room, the large bed is incredibly soft and the shower pressure is consistently strong, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's stay.

It's excellent value for money, and my stay was better than expected. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

This hotel offers a wonderfully quiet and livable environment. The sky garden has fresh air, which my elderly relatives particularly enjoyed. It has direct access to the subway station, with multiple lines making getting around very convenient. The surrounding area is packed with shops and restaurants, so you can easily explore all sorts of food options right outside the station. It's perfect for a relaxing outing and trying different cuisines with friends. The value for money is excellent, definitely worth returning to. It's lively yet photo-worthy, and incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping.

The room was pretty decent and clean, and the staff was nice to give me a bigger room as I've got 3 pax. The only 2 issues are the Wifi is very bad, basically no connection even when Wifi connected. Also, you got to pay to watch the TV channels! This is the very first time I am encountering such thing for a hotel. They only allow you to watch for free for first 5-10mins, then after a payment QR pops up. I am talking about their normal China TV program, not those Disney+ or Netflix channels. CCTV, jiangsu channel etc you got to pay. As such, I will not return to this hotel next time, as basic local TV program should be a complimentary item in a hotel. 看普通当地电视频道也要钱，这个我不能接受。

It's conveniently located right next to Fuhuali, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. Plus, there's a convenience store downstairs, so grabbing necessities is a breeze.

Four Seasons Feng Hotel (Sha Tin Store) is light and luxuriously decorated, warm and high-end, warm and light atmosphere is super comfortable, the lobby has green plants and books, and the atmosphere is full. The room has no smell, fresh and clean, the bedding is soft, lying on it is super relaxing, and the fatigue is instantly relieved. Really great! The decor is quite new, and the front desk staff was super helpful, even giving me a free room upgrade. I slept incredibly well; I didn't hear any airplane noise throughout the night, so I got a really good sleep. Plus, there's breakfast in the morning and a shuttle to the airport every hour. The value for money is seriously high. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future business trips!

I had a wonderful stay at J Residence Guangzhou. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, especially when assisting us with parcels that were delivered to the hotel — it made the whole experience very smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent, right in the central area with many shopping malls and amenities nearby, which made it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
