It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . I couldn't have been happier with my stay. I've never been to Guanxi province before, but it surpassed all my expectations. The village itself is beautiful, and around 7km from Yangshuo, so it's not as busy as central locations but still plenty to see around the Yulong river. But most of all, the family and all the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, and made me feel so welcome. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and they service your rooms every day which means you always have a freshly made bed and water bottles. Breakfast was included and was wonderful and plentiful....porridge, watermelon, yams, boiled eggs served with red tea, and you could also order coffee. You can also get a big bowl of noodles, but after they realised as a foreigner, I don't really like to eat this kind of thing for breakfast, they simply adjusted to my tastes and gave more eggs and sweet potatoes the next day without me even needing to ask- fantastic service! I really enjoyed the company of the boss man, and I assume his wife. After watching snooker together the first evening, they invited me to eat dinner together the next night, along with the kitchen cook. It felt like a family meal, and I felt very welcome indeed. By the way, I walked between villages in my afternoons, which was great exercise and there's plenty of good routes for bicycling. 🚲 I am already looking forward to coming back 🏞

This was a brilliant and comfortable stay. Comfy beds, japanese style toilets, smart lighting and the poeple at teh counter were really great and helpful. The owner was handing out peaches and to those who smoke, ciegrettes as well. Haha. Its a chinese thing to give out cigerettes I learned. But theres a bit if sound at night as big lorries trnasports during the night and makes some noise. There is sound proof. But the lorries sometimes can be big. So if you are not a light it should be fine.

I stayed at the Tilianya Boutique Hotel while in Nanning for an academic exchange, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable, perfectly suiting my business travel needs! The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, so I didn't waste time queuing. They patiently explained directions to nearby exchange venues and transportation routes, offered free printing and luggage storage services, and even helped arrange a temporary workspace – the attention to detail was exceptional. The hotel is located in the heart of the Xida business district, surrounded by office buildings, academic venues, and casual eateries, making daily interactions and dining very convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Nongyuan Road Night Market, so after my exchange sessions, I could easily pop downstairs to grab some local snacks and relax. Being right next to a subway station meant I didn't have to worry about traffic jams during my commute, saving time and effort getting to the exchange venues and other parts of the city. It's also very close to Nanning Railway Station, so getting a taxi for my return trip after the exchange took only a few minutes, meaning no early morning rush. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with meticulous housekeeping. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully and organize my exchange materials. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, 24-hour hot water was stable, and the high-speed WiFi was smooth. The facilities were comprehensive, offering far better value for money than other hotels at a similar price point. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning for an exchange!

It’s alright. There is hot water in the shower, and the room is as clean as it can - considering that it’s quite an old hotel, and the furniture (and carpets especially) is showing its age. The biggest problem was the Internet - the wifi barely works (and only in some devices), and if your room is deep inside the building, you won’t be even able to use the cellular data. The only big problem - sound proofing. If there are people in neighbouring rooms, prepare to hear every whisper. Make sure you’ve got ear plugs ready.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient! The facilities are new, the service is warm, and the hygiene is excellent. The bedding is soft like clouds. The free large parking lot is a thoughtful touch, and the buffet breakfast offers incredible value for money. Highly recommend!!!

I saw that this hotel just opened this year, so I decided to check it out. They said it just launched on Trip.com and offered a room upgrade for new guests, which was a nice touch. The room itself was pretty good, and you can choose your own breakfast. It's really close to the subway, only two stops from Qingxiu Mountain, which is beautiful with all the flowers blooming right now. It's also super close to the Sports Center. I wish I had more time to stay longer, especially with Jay Chou's concert coming up in a few days, but I just can't fit it in.

We stayed here for 2 days. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the furniture and appliances felt new. The most important thing was the AMAZING view of the mountains and the river — it was truly unforgettable to wake up to such a view from the window. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful

I stayed 3 night at the hotel, the room was great with a confortable bed (Which is nice after a long day of walking). The chinese breakfast was good as well and I really liked how the desk Lady on the morning helped me with planning my stay and give me food recommandation. You can rent escooter from the hotel and tour around! Finally don't forget tk check the rooftop (even if you don't have any laundry to dry) as the sunset is great from there !
