The hotel boasts a great environment and an excellent location. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the rooms were cleaned promptly. All the staff were very professional, making for a truly satisfying stay. The beds were comfortable, amenities thoughtful, and the service was attentive and considerate. It's an ideal place to stay for both business trips and leisure travel. The room's underfloor heating was very warm, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Any issues we raised with the front desk were resolved quickly and efficiently. The after-sales service was also excellent; a staff member even kindly called to inquire when I left something behind. Highly recommend!

Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient. The subway station is right outside, and there's a large mall directly behind the hotel – a food lover's paradise! The cleaning staff were also very considerate, taking guests' feelings into account. Facilities: The disposable amenities provided were very comprehensive, and they even offered disposable alcohol wipes for the toilet seat, which was a thoughtful touch. Environment: The hotel environment is very good, though it is a bit noisy, but I suppose most hotels have some soundproofing issues, so it's not a major problem. However, I requested a quiet room, and they certainly met that need, which was great! Service: The front desk ladies were all very kind and enthusiastic, and they tried their best to fulfill any requests. I happened to be on my period during my trip, and the front desk staff kept boiling hot water for me, haha, I was so touched! I'll definitely be staying here again next time! 🥰🥰

The room is incredibly spacious! At over 25 square meters, it never felt cramped. There's plenty of storage in the wardrobe, and a full-length mirror is super convenient for getting ready. Even with a lot of luggage, everything fit perfectly. The bed was just right in terms of firmness, and I loved having the option of a memory foam pillow – my sleep experience was fantastic. The little sofa by the window was perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea and a book; it really added to the overall enjoyment!

This hotel boasts an excellent location in a bustling area, making it very convenient for getting around. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet, even though it's on a busy street. It's about a 10-minute walk to the metro station, but taxis in Shenyang are very affordable, and it's only a 20-minute cab ride to the high-speed rail station.

Location was great 30 seconds walk to train station , pick up point right outside hotel for taxis, good view towards North Korea side and bridge from higher floors. My room was very dated and old with musty smell and signs of age on walls and furniture. The bedroom was no frills i.e. no tissue or tea provided in room. Sheets were clean and ok. The bathroom has a slight smell of pee, and shower area is not separated from rest of bathroom so whole bathroom gets wet during shower. However bathroom is stocked with the usual necessities like toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, towels, toilet rolls which is good. Overall, good value for budget travellers due to low cost. I would not stay here again next time I visit Dandong as there are other similar priced hotels 1-3 minutes further from the train station, but without the view to North Korea.

Facilities: Well-equipped with smart features, and the lighting is just right. Hygiene: The front desk informed me the hotel was newly renovated in 2023, so everything is very new. Although some stains on the sofa are hard to clean, they should still be kept as clean as possible, otherwise, it detracts from the user experience. Also, some hidden corners, like the bathroom floor corners, weren't cleaned thoroughly enough; please pay attention to these details. Environment: The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The building management is good, offering a sense of security. Service: They were quick to help with my requests. Even though there's no robot delivery for takeaways, the hotel has dedicated staff who bring orders up, so there's no need to worry. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money! I paid to upgrade my room type, which was also excellent. The bedding was clean. The pillows were too low; an extra pillow should be provided for guests. Also, the cleanliness of the room's floor and desk could be further improved.

The location is excellent. All the bustling city centers after the Russian occupation are concentrated here, very close to Russian Style Street, Dalian Art Museum, and Zhongshan Park, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. I wonder if all hotels in Dalian are like this, but the decor inside is quite elegant and attractive compared to other hotels I've stayed in. They upgraded my room type, and the night view from the window was lovely, though I regret not taking photos. The breakfast in the morning was delicious 😋, with a good variety. On the second day, I ate a bit later, and the auntie clearing tables even asked if anyone needed more food – she was very gentle and considerate. The hotel is very clean; you couldn't see a single water stain on the bathroom glass. The conditioner provided smelled quite nice. Ice Bar – Thirst-quenching drinks: Both bartenders were witty and gentle, and you could ask them for anything. There's a gym available, and I really enjoyed the yoga ball; lying on it was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended! If I get the chance to visit again, I'd love to stay here.

The location is incredibly convenient, right at the subway exit, with a shopping mall directly behind it and another one just across the street. Despite being situated on a main road, the soundproofing is excellent; I couldn't hear any outside traffic noise whatsoever. The only minor downside was that the elevators could be a bit slow, especially during peak hours when many guests were using them.

The room facilities are relatively old, clean and hygienic. The weather in Dalian was cold in the past few days before May Day. I asked the waiter about the air conditioner. There is no warm air but natural wind, just like in the ice cellar. We came from the hotel over Xinghai Square. The central air conditioner in the previous hotel had warm air. But this one doesn't. The price of the food in the restaurant on the third floor is slightly more expensive than that in Dalian. The decoration of the restaurant is dignified and luxurious. Hotel guests can enjoy a 15% discount on some dishes ordered on the third floor. There is no discount for seafood.
