I brought the elderly to Shenyang on the weekend to experience the bathing culture. I also wanted to visit the Shenyang Forbidden City. For convenience, I chose this hotel in Fangcheng, next to Huaiyuan Gate. The location is really great. It's within walking distance to Zhong Street, the Forbidden City and Shuai's Mansion. In the morning, you can also visit the Xishun Street morning market. The morning market is not big, but all the food commonly eaten by nearby residents is very smoky. I will choose this place next time I come to Shenyang!

I chose this hotel after experiencing a special forces trip in Dalian with my roommates on the weekend. The hotel is located near the subway entrance and the transportation is very convenient. The lobby smells good as soon as you enter it. The environment is also very good. The room environment is also very good. It feels like home and is very clean. All facilities can be used normally. I chose this as the most convenient airport hotel to Shenyang's Taoxian Airport. Just an 8 hour stay before a very early morning flight. I A little awkward to walk to and from. No sign or pedestrian lane, just common sense. About 8 minutes walk. It did not seem that reception spoke any English but all were polite and we managed. I departed too early for their breakfast, so can't comment on that. Somewhat better facility than the other airport hotel. You'll need to pull the blackout curtains, however to sleep. Disappointingly hard bed, and a strong smoke smell, but one is accustomed to that. I don't think much can be done.

Excellent Guest Service, very clean rooms. However, like almost evey hotel in china, the smell of sewer gas is a signficant problem. Management needs to use the correct devices to prevent the smell from coming up the drain pipes in the shower and the bathroom. Turning on the fan to vent the smell only draws more of the smell into the bathroom. Just search on TB or JD or PDD and you will find some inexpensive devices that will block out this smell.

The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Dandong Railway Station. It is located in the old town of Dandong. It is very clean, has a smart toilet, and has good service. The room has windows, good ventilation, and good sound insulation. The breakfast variety is average, but it is enough to eat normally and there are also choices
