3-Star Hotels in Balearic Islands, Spain

I was very friendly received at my arrival and the staff were always helpful and premature during my stay. The room was very clean and clean, but the establishment has come somewhat in the years – a renovation or at least the exchange of individual furniture would be desirable. The electricity supply worked only after a few trials reliable. Unfortunately, I could not take the dinner and morning meals, but in the morning, alternatives were friendly offered. Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Bahamas Azuline. The food at the buffet was delicious(PLEASE COVER THE FOOD SO THAT THE FLIES DONT TOUCH IT), with a nice variety and fresh options every day. The staff and workers were all extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, our first room was not very clean, and we had requested three beds but were given a dirty sofa as the third one. Thankfully, after bringing this up with reception, we were moved to a much better room the next day. One funny but slightly annoying detail: there are a lot of chickens nearby that start making noise early in the morning. (00-13h)If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend asking for a room near the pool area — the chicken sounds are much quieter there. Don’t come with a wheelchair person since it’s quite a nightmare and difficult to climb from the beach to the hotel. The hotel also offers cool activities, which add a nice touch to the overall experience. Despite the minor hiccup, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough. The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am? On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time? The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further. Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

The hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

O staff foi todo muito simpático. Infelizmente pedi especificamente um quarto sem cheiro de tabaco e para fazerem cama de casal e não foi o que recebi.. Além disso, o hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de um parking grande e o pequeno-almoço e o jantar surpreenderam especialmente pelos preços baixos.

The hotel staff was amazing. I arrived late at night and had no issue with checking in. The bar is alright, I only dislike the token system they got, but after all the staff do their best to accommodate all your requests. The food is actually pretty good, with plenty options, and the opening hours of the bar & restaurant are perfect. I asked for a nice view with the room I booked and they nailed it. I had a great time overall.

Everything was good just they should offer complimentary 2 water bottles when traveler checked in infact they can include the water bottles price into room price

Best hotel ever! It’s worth the money! The staff extremely accommodating, and the buffet is the best! My holiday with my friend became perfect because of this hotel!!! Highly recommend! Will surely come back!
