It’s 7 days hotel, I don’t know what the premium should be but I would say that the location is great, barely 5 minutes walk to the church. Otherwise the room is basic and old. It was warm enough inside. The downside is that you can hear the people in the rooms next to you even when they are just talking. If you just need a place to sleep while in Harbin this is a good choice in terms of value for money.

Overall, there were aspects I truly appreciated, as well as areas where I believe improvements could be made. Firstly, I was very impressed by the variety of dining options available. The hotel offers numerous restaurants, including a thoughtful addition of a halal restaurant. The fresh fruit selection was also excellent and much appreciated. However, I found the hotel's distance from the metro station to be a bit inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer not to walk or who are traveling with heavy luggage. Additionally, I encountered a minor issue during my stay. I occasionally detected a faint smell of smoke in my room, seemingly coming from an adjacent room or the hallway. This somewhat affected the comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel can further enhance its management of smoking in public areas and guest rooms to ensure a fresher, healthier environment for all guests. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to experiencing even better facilities and services in the future.

Good hotel, good service. The location is also prominent. The lobby girl is nice. The hotel provided me the little gift such as warmer bag and tissue paper😄 They cleaned the room everyday. I will stay here again for sure.

Stayed at Pai Hotel near Sofia Church and Central Street and it was a solid choice. Location is excellent for sightseeing, and getting around by Didi is easy. Staff were patient and helpful during check-in, even using a translator app. Room was simple but clean with daily housekeeping. Lobby has free hot water, a microwave, and luggage storage. Heating was good during winter. Just note that rooms facing the train can be noisy.

I rarely write such detailed reviews, but this trip to Harbin, especially the arrangements in Xuegu, was truly a highlight. This guesthouse we booked was perfect for enjoying the snow. Just 30 meters from the entrance, there's a huge snowy field, and behind it, a mountain for hiking to see rime ice. The guesthouse is newly renovated but has no unpleasant smell. The room was spacious, very clean, and soundproofing was excellent; even with fireworks going off outside, I couldn't hear a thing, so I slept wonderfully for both nights. For such an affordable price, breakfast was included. The sweet potato porridge was delicious and fragrant, and there were also eggs, steamed buns, pickles, melon seeds, sugar tangerines, and frozen pears – all you can eat. Plus, there were free fireworks displays in the evening! The landlady was incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions and even providing us with lots of travel tips. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time during our two days in Xuegu. I hope to come back again and have already recommended it to my friends!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I experienced meticulous service – the staff were friendly and smiling, check-in was quick, and they proactively introduced me to the hotel facilities and local dining options. My deluxe king room was even more spacious and comfortable than I imagined. The room design was simple yet elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive city views, especially beautiful and calming with all the lights at night. The mattress and pillows had just the right firmness, ensuring several nights of deep sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries had a delicate botanical scent, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable, making for a great shower experience. Attention to detail truly shined through: daily replenished minibar drinks, bedside USB charging ports, and a smart curtain control system all made the stay incredibly convenient. The turndown service was particularly commendable; not only did the staff tidy the room, but they also thoughtfully left a weather forecast card and a small 'goodnight' snack. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodle station and freshly baked bread were my motivation to get up every morning. The hotel also has a gym and a sky garden on the top floor; an evening stroll there to watch the sunset was peaceful and delightful. At check-out, the front desk staff proactively asked for my feedback on the stay and assisted with luggage storage until the evening – the service was consistently thoughtful throughout. This wasn't just a stay; it felt more like a relaxing mini-vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone, whether for business or leisure; it's excellent value for money. Full marks!

Our whole group, big and small, managed to fit in with four large beds. You can see the Hagia Sophia right from the window – it's absolutely stunning! We can't praise it enough and highly recommend it. There's a supermarket and a morning market nearby, and it's just a short taxi ride to the Harbin Ice and Snow World and other attractions.

The location is superb, right by the airport, so I could just head out of the hotel and check in for my flight. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe. The place was very clean, and the front desk staff was so welcoming. I got a bit lost and called them, and they patiently guided me. It's a bit like a hostel, though you can constantly hear the airport announcements.

The room was quite clean, the bed looks a bit wrinkled because I sat on it. The bathroom provides disposable toilet seat covers and bath towels, which is great for those who prefer not to use communal ones. I booked a non-smoking room. There was a smell of smoke when entering the room and in the hallway, but not inside the room itself. I stayed for one night, and perhaps the shared laundry caused some smoke residue to stick to the sheets, as my face started to hurt a bit. I asked the front desk to help me change the sheets, and they immediately did so. They also brought an ozone air purifier (the machine shown in the picture) to purify my room. After just a few minutes of using that machine, the pain in my face disappeared. (You should know, I had been walking around Central Street today, then took a taxi back, and my face was hurting. I washed my face for a long time and used some products in the room, and only then did the swelling and pain subside.) In Harbin, where smoking seems to be everywhere, I'm truly touched that they went to such lengths for me. (And the smoke at the hotel I stayed at in Changchun was so bad that I couldn't sleep at all at night, and I even had to get injections for several days after returning home – my money! 😭) When you enter and exit the building, you'll encounter the cleaning aunties and the patrolling security uncles. For those worried about safety, this is a blessing, as there are security uncles patrolling at night. I'm not much of a talker, but the cleaning aunties and security uncles would initiate conversations. They even wished a student good luck on their exams, and I felt they were really nice people. The front desk lady also gave that student a bottle of iced black tea and a packet of coffee. If your destination in Harbin is nearby, I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in Harbin for three days, trying out hotels priced between 300-400 RMB, but this hundred-something RMB room was the only one that truly impressed me. The room was incredibly spacious with two super-large double beds. I was so satisfied! Even the more expensive rooms I stayed in didn't compare to this one. I actually regret not staying here for a few more days.
