GGuest UserWe stopped for a rest stop on our way from Madrid to Andorra. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beautiful cathedral just outside. We arrived in the evening and were walking the city. There were at least three police cars parked along the road, which made us feel incredibly safe! The room was a bit small, but for the price, why bother with bikes? At least the chain's standards are pretty consistent! The check-in staff was average... they asked for my Madrid postcode and phone number... I've never been asked for these things before when checking in??? Parking requires scanning a QR code at the front desk, and exiting the garage also requires a manual code entry. We didn't realize it, thinking it would open automatically once we drove in, but we realized we had to enter a code. The garage door isn't a roller shutter, but an automatically opening gate, which almost hit our car as we were driving up the slope. And the water level in the room was incredibly low... I've never encountered such a low level of water before.
MMiloDusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general.
On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).
GGuest UserOverall, we liked everything. If I had to mention something, the room and bathroom were a bit small, but perfectly fine for a few days' stay. It's a 25-minute walk to the Historic Quarter. The cleanliness and staff were very good. The breakfast was quite comprehensive. They offer complimentary coffee and tea service throughout your stay, located at the reception.
SSquiddGreat little place to stay if you want to get away from it all ! Everybody there made me feel very at home. Food very good too, toasted bread with tomato and olive oil for breakfast. Very good value for money !!
GGuest UserOverall our experience has been favourable. The service was very good, and the hotel itself too, everything was fine.
I would like to point out that I was unable to eat breakfast due to my intolerances. It was my fault for not contacting the hotel beforehand, but it is true that these situations, which are so common today, could be considered a little more.
YYangdoubaba(Jeffrey Nie nie)Not bad, the hotel is a little small, the surrounding area is OK, but there are still fewer people, the weather is good, the things in the supermarket are too expensive, or a small place, not bad
YyossiasquerosiThe hotel has a spectacular facilities, sports terraces and a swimming pool. When we arrived we knew we had to pay a guarantee but they just left in cash, the bungalow is small and the porch the stairs were broken, the bungalows are very together and I touched us a group of guys who were up to the many. We went for a night, but I think more than not.
