Seeing Whitecraig's sights from this hotel is easy with Lewisvale Public Park, Inveresk Lodge Garden (National Trust for Scotland) and Shepherd House Garden, Inveresk all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
"It was just a 1 night stay for us while visiting Edinburgh for a couple of days, we were then carry on to Inverness.  Most of the city centre hotels are  more expensive so I chose this hotel which is cheaper but 25 minutes out of centre. Our plans were to pick up a hire car but we didn’t in the end so we took a Uber from Edinburgh centre which is £25 but taxi back to centre cost £40. Obviously a car is a must for this hotel.  The hotel was usual premium Inn stand clean and basic which is all we need. Staff were friendly.  I had a surprise nice view from my room but not the other room."
