GGuest UserExcellent location right next to the train station, 5 min walk to West Quay shopping mall and IKEA. On-site parking available which is very convenient. Parking lot is shared with Ibis and Novotel. There was a wedding event in Novotel in the second evening, the parking was full when we came back. Even though we paid for 3 days parking already there’s nothing the hotel staff could do. Luckily we managed to get the last parking spot later. The shower is nice and hot but the design of the shower cubicle does not give you proper privacy, maybe a concern depending on who you share the room with.

GGuest UserThe staff were very attentive and allowed us to check in early, They gave good advice on surrounding amenities, and were helpful throughout our stay. Although our room and shower room were was small, they were both clean and very well presented. The food in the pub was of a good standard and we were made to feel very welcome.

GGuest UserFriendly, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning made to feel very welcome live music in the bar on a Saturday night great blue blues band you could hear the bang quite clearly in the room but we were so tired. It didn’t matter if I hadn’t had my daughter I would’ve gone down and enjoyed the music.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient, there is a big supermarket and many small supermarkets nearby! The tenants of this hotel have whites and many Indians, there are washing machines and dryers, very easy to use! The refrigerator is a bit dirty and tasteful. The bathroom is shared and hygienic!
