All guesthouse staff are volunteers or interns receiving training in the hospitality industry.” However, as long as you are charging guests for accommodation, the fact that your staff are volunteers or interns should not be used as an excuse for poor cleanliness and hygiene.

Onederz Kempot is a clean and welcoming guest house with a beautiful pool area that's perfect for relaxation. The food served here is quite good and adds to the overall pleasant experience. They offer entertainment options including table tennis and other games, which is a nice touch for guests looking to have some fun. Unfortunately, most of the games equipment is in need of repair and appears quite broken down. I hope the management will invest in upgrading or replacing these amenities soon, as they have great potential to enhance the guest experience. Despite this issue, the game area concept provides good entertainment value and shows the guest house's commitment to offering more than just accommodation.

The stay here was very good. The reception staff are helpful for check in and giving a quick tour of the place. The floating hotel has a spacious upper deck with a nice view of the river. The lower deck is open for setting up hammocks and there is also a floating library with a rows of books. In the afternoon, the lower deck stays cool with some shade from the sun, and it is a pleasure to watch the other boats pass by. Nearby there are many other floating restaurants with local and western options. Interesting and original, this hotel provides its guests with an authentic experience unlike any other.

Fantastic place to stay ! Chilled and very clean , the staff are lovely and the food and drinks in the restaurant are really good ! They now have a pool which is super nice to relax , good pool loungers and clean area , will be back when in Kampot

I liked the hotel, interesting interior. Very cozy. Large room, comfortable bed. Everything you need is available. Convenient location, markets, embankment, many shops and cafes nearby. Very tasty breakfast! Polite and smiling staff.

The quality matches the price. The room is quite old, and the blankets are even yellowed. However, the location is good, convenient for getting around. Breakfast consists of an omelet and bread per person. The owner is attentive, but the room is a bit dated.

The hotel room was spacious and clean IT could do with having a fridge within a short walk to the river and bars and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Normal hotel for its price category. Everything is nearby. The bus from Siem Reap brought literally 50 m. from the hotel. The embankment and the monument to durian are 5 minutes away. The seafood market is 1 minute away. The staff is attentive, we asked for hot water for coffee, they brought a kettle. We did not take breakfast.
