Despite arriving late at night, we were very kind! Also, when I told him that I had to check out at 4:30 in the early morning on the tour, he got up at 4 o'clock and waited! The hotel is very clean, so I want to stay again!

Location is very good, only a minute to the MP bus station to MP and 10 minutes to the train station. As the town is small everywhere is within easy reach. Hotel has been renovated so everything is new with clean room and toilet, clean linens and towels. But Internet sucks and gets disconnected EVERY FEW MINUTES and each time you have to go to your settings to refresh otherwise it is a wonderful stay. Also note the room has no heating.

The best hotel in Kusko and all I have been renovated in Peru. Especially if you get a room with a panoramic view to the city. Very elegantly organized space. Good breakfast, not a Swedish table, but is prepared individually for everyone. Quietly, birds sing, down the city are scenic streets. Nearby is the famous twelve-angle stone, walls with a polygonal layout. Just near Saxayuaman-grandly ancient megalitical structure.the most interesting place in Cusco. I definitely recommend! But: be aware that the toll is not correctly displayed on all maps including Google, Maps.me and Trip.com They point the street correctly, and the building is not. The hotel is on the opposite side of the street. If you go on the map, come to the deaf wall, turn around and see the blue windows, entrance to the hotel. The name is written just on the wall right from the door, quite small, above the uranium of the eyes.

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

RReza MatinStaying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway. A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Her knowledge and passion for the area made exploring a delight. Thank you, Rocio, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay at Hotel Andian Dream so special! Your dedication to your guests is truly appreciated.

KKattyTravelerUnfortunately, I am not satisfied with the hotel. The first is no heating here, no battery. On the third day of stay I got sick because of the cold. Reading the reviews, I realized that you could ask for a heater, what I did. The second is the hearing is really strong. huge gaps in the doors of the room. I hear absolutely everything - as people come and go, watch TV, talk, etc. I often woke up in the night when people went on tour and clapped the door. The third is a very scarce breakfast! Just two bulks per person, a little butter, cheese and sausage, jam and on a small dish serve the crambles , on drinks tea, coffee and that's all the breakfast . I also had a problem with breakfast for the tours. I asked to prepare them for me, but nobody did. I had two tours and I just throw money out for two breakfasts. Fourth - in the 5 days of my stay, I did not clean the room, although I read that the cleaning is daily. For 4 days I asked why my room was not cleaned and I was told I had to give the key to the room and then they would have cleaned. But of course no one said :) Lastly, the woman who cooks breakfast seemed to me not to love me because I don't speak Spanish. At the same time I saw her being nice to other guests. I wouldn't advise this hotel!

GGuest UserCleaning lady friendly and helpful. Owners who normally run the place out of town. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to town. Most of the road to plaza is paved. I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserThe location is near the Plaza de Armas and is very convenient to go anywhere. The room was very clean. There is also a travel agency on the first floor. I am very grateful to the proprietress for her help. Came here for Machu Picchu and couldn’t buy tickets online. When I arrived at the store at 5:30 in the afternoon, the proprietress helped me book a bus➕train trip that would leave at 3:30 in the morning. She also asked me to run to the Hotwater Town Visitor Center as soon as I got off the train, because most people came to queue for that train. Those who buy tickets will wait for dozens more people every minute they are late. I bought the classic Line 2 at 8 o'clock the next morning as I wished, and later booked two one-day tours at the boss's house, as well as a bus to Puno in the evening.

DDovolenI took a chance and booked despite the lack of reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bed was cozy with fresh, clean white linens, and the towels were also spotless. The breakfasts were excellent. The place is quiet, safe, and offers a beautiful view. The central square is just a 7-minute walk away. I would like to express special thanks to Isabel for her care and attentiveness. Thank you for the comfort, I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserAmazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

GGalewinThe location is pretty far from the main square and you have to walk up the hill to the hotel. All the bars, shops and restaurants are nearby the main square where it takes about 15 minutes to walk down. No car can stop in front of the hotel. So be prepared to walk up the hill and stairs. But the view from the room is awesome and the surrounding area is lovely. Price is very reasonable for this cute hotel if you don't mind the walking up and down.

GGuest UserDue to the change of schedule, the 8-person room dormitory was not extended two days later, so I made a hurry to reserve a private room. I also wrote a review for 8 people, but the location and service are great value for money. Although it's very tired for older people, I don't want to spend money on dormitories when traveling alone, so I use the hotel. Because this room is a private room, there are private toilets and bathrooms in the room. And the bed has a double bed and a bunk bed, so you can stay with your family or friends for up to four people. I was in the dormitory and moved to my private room, so I gave me a towel and used my cell phone until late at night without earphones. But the dormitory is inside, facing the road, the car sounds a little late. Traveling alone, the hotel fee is too expensive, and it would be good for people who don't want to stay in the dormitory.

MMariolaThe owner was taking care of breakfast and baggage when we traveled elsewhere. Breakfasts are fine, they could be bigger and more diverse (every day baking, a little butter, a little jam, 3 ham and cheese for two people and a mini portion of eggs). Paper cups were usually, but there were no available glasses, cutters to use in the room. When we checked, no one was in, but fortunately there was a guide who contacted the owner. The room is quite cool but there is an electric heater, so we had a very warm. The bathroom is a little, the shower boils a little water so the bathroom is wet. Cosmetics sets available. Beautiful view of Cusco panorama 🙌🏻 Good quality ratio to price.
