I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!

Good value for the price. Room faced SouthWest so got quite warm in the afternoon. Breakfast that was included is decent but not outstanding. Good location if you are planning to use public transportation since IT Park is a hub.
This is a quaint inn with a pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The linens were fresh smelling. The staff was helpful. The air-conditioning unit was a bit noisy, but adequate. The location is near Alona Beach. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and massage shops nearby.

Another fabulous stay at this wonderful little hostel. Great location, with some really amazing vegetarian/vegan restaurants within a few minutes walk.
The place is super clean, and the pods are so comfortable with fresh sheets, comfy mattress and soft pillow. Hot water for showers, towels, lock for pod door, all provided by the incredibly helpful staff. Can’t sing their praises any more, absolutely wonderful.

The room was basic but suited the price. There was no toilet seat and the water pressure was not consistent. The bed was a wooden box that made a really loud noise with every movement and on top was quite a thin memory foam mattress. The whole room was fine except the noise. Everything in the hallway could be hear as if it was right down your ear. The door cancelled out no noise and the hallway almost amplified everything. I do not know if it was guests or staff but we were woken u at 1am, 2am and 5am and the noise carried on until 8am when we left. The noise was totally unnecessary also, just loud footsteps, coughing, full volume speech, letting doors slam, just inconsiderate. Like I mentioned, the real issue is that you could hear all this as if it was right down your ear because of the door. Bring some earphones or cross your fingers and you'll be fine. Huge supermarket 1 minute away, good location for the South bus terminal, the room had a few marks but clean enough for the price.
Shower only water, cooler, no refrigerator, no safe, no elevator, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, room is neither small nor large, relatively simple hotel, The cleaning was perfect and beautiful, the staff responded well, the location was inconvenient, so I could rent a motorcycle at the front desk of the hotel, so I was able to rent it for 500 pesos a day, I think there is no problem considering the price.
This is a good place! It has a comfortable bed, powerful air conditioning, and a well-mainaiened pool. It's an excellent combination of price and quality.
During my stay, I noticed that on weekends local people often have fun and sing karaoke here, which adds to the atmosphere. I also rented a bike directly from the owner, which was very convenient

The room smelled stuffy, there were a lot of ants, and the cleanliness was average. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was generally poorly maintained and stuffy. There was construction work at the hotel during my one week stay.

Overall, the room is good and spacious enough, the staff is average with amenities sometimes missing and needing to be requested multiple times, though some staff are very professional and kind helping with our belongings and apologizing when we smells a pungent smell in the room and requested a change, which led us to book there multiple times but there are also times when staff are not recommendable due to how they handle our questions and requests.

AAnonymous UserHi! It was my first time in Tsai hotel and Residences.
I can say that the first thing we noticed is the staff (information desk). We have entered the hotel with a happy face since finally after a long ride we arrived, so yeah we exchanged greetings at the front desk asking to confirm our booked room but the staff is not so good in response like no smile at all just talking randomly like asking ID naa I don't feel good talking to her 😐 not like other hotels kakarating lang sa door ang good vibes nila just saying my experience lang naybe from other guests hindi ganito anyways it's not big deal then all in all Tsai Hotel is good, clean and nice👍👍tho sometimes if there's someone talking outside the room you can hear them a little bit siguro pag malakas mga boses. So thank you all Tsai hotel especially kay manong guard (the Tatay look) so kind..
YYhang MasecampoI would like to commend all the staffs from the hotel’s breakfast buffet area. They were so accommodating and ready to assist without a need to be prompted. Was just a bit disappointed at time of check-in when asked if early check-in was possible. Not because that the room wasn’t ready yet but it’s because of the Receptionist’s (Rhea-wearing eye glasses) approach and responses to the said request. Nevertheless, had a good stay and might be coming back to stay.
GGuest UserI really wanted to give them excellent with the very nice staff, but checking into a flooded bathroom was not good. I still highly recommend this hotel though. Exceptional value and location. Great staff. Especially the security guard.
ZzetaThe location is good because its near the terminal and you can find different restaurants near by, even a grocery store is just outside the hotel so its really convenient. The room is also clean and spacious. We book a studio type room so there’s a mini kitchen and a washing machine (but there is an extra charge if you want to use the washing). We dont have much picture inside the room but I included a picture outside the hotel and the view outside the balcony.

RRM ZThis is our second stay at this hotel, and little story, I booked the wrong day, the crew said “don’t worry” and right away helped us figuring something out.
The staffs went above and beyond, top of that they are super friendly.
The location is perfect, right by the sea, and in a reservation area that close at night and open in the morning. Which means absolutely no noise. The food is good and freshly cooked.
We will definitely return for a r3rd times asap.

Just checked out from this hotel and I'm blown away by the service! 🤩 The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. 💯 The breakfast buffet was lit too, so many options to choose from ❤️
UUknowsuke tripFirst of all, the service is perfect. They were very kind. I had to go to the port early in the morning, but they arranged a tuk-tuk for me. I was very grateful for that.
The location is also close to Alona Beach, and if you take a motorbike taxi, it will cost about 50 pesos.
You can also walk there, but it's a bit difficult at night, so I recommend taking a motorbike taxi. There is a very stylish cafe restaurant near the hotel, so please try it.
There were quite a few ants in the room, but it didn't bother me. If you are concerned about them, please use another hotel.
The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but hot water comes out!
AAnonymous UserWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great.
Pros:
- Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores.
- Staff are hospitable and kind.
Cons
- HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room.
- Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area.
- Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes.
Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)
GGuest UserThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
