The hotel room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. They provided water and towels, but the water in the shower was pretty cold, and there was no hairdryer. Also, be aware that there's a 1000 peso refundable deposit required upon check-in.

Everything was perfect during my stay. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely well taken care of. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet.

We stayed for a night at a Deluxe Double Room ,our 2nd time.. And this time we stayed on the 5th floor where internet connectivity is available. A larger room and has windows that see the road in which public utility transports pass by. Front desk officers and staff are nice and serve with a heart. The room is okay to saty for fee nighta. Location very good! Its in the city center. Attraction are just walking diatance like the magellans criss and sto nino churchz amenities they offer towels one shampoo one soap tootbrush and water. The bed foam is thin. The staff are very nice because we requested for an additional pillow they gave us 2. Thinis agood for short sta

The room had everything we needed, and we also had access to their pool. It's a bit far from the city center, but we were very satisfied with our short stay. It was clean and the view was beautiful.

There are always staff members wearing orange T-shirts on duty, so you can feel safe. The air conditioning was on properly, so I was able to stay comfortable. Thank you very much.

It's relatively close to the airport, but walking to the terminal with a carry-on in the heat was tough. If you walk up a small slope, the airport shuttle bus comes by, and I think it was only 15 pesos. There's a small mall, supermarket, and restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have trouble during your stay. The shower only has cold water, and there's no hairdryer. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush.

Very nice place and comfortable. Simple and safe place to stay in the city proper. Staff is helpful to help carry my luggage too.

The shower curtain got the molds but still acceptable given the cheap price. There is a public sports complex 5 minute walk away. Can swim in the 50 meter pool for 50 pesos. The staff members are attentive enough to quickly respond to my request.
