Very Good
Highly recommend this hotel in Tianjin. Room are big and nice. Hotel breakfast are superb! Love it. Only thing is front desk customers service, was requested to extend 1hr late checked out requested and was rejected. Understood but the way of answering can be more polite.

We decided to travel before the Qingming Festival. Many hotels in the suburbs were fully booked, so we booked here for two days. Four adults and one baby, we booked a king-size bed room and a standard room. After checking in, we found that the room where the baby stayed was very cold. We contacted the front desk with a try-it attitude. The front desk manager was very patient and thoughtful. He upgraded the baby to a suite and had a lot of fun. The playground is very large, but the only thing is that there is no heating, the ground is cold, and it is a bit uncomfortable to stay for a long time.
